3.0 330 ml can, bb 05/2021 Amber, clear, off-white head. Nose - earth, grass, malts, some citrus. Taste - bitter, malt, citrus perhaps. Short bitter aftertaste. Meh.
3.3 330ml can. Pours dark orange with a large head. Aroma is over ripe mango, banana and toffee. Taste has caramel to start with a bitter mango and toffee finish.
3.6 Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 26th January 2020. Gold with shallow foam and initial lacing. Citrus and grassy hops amid earthy pungency in aroma. Zesty peel and tropical fruits in-mouth with plenty of malts. A caramel finish with hints of peach and citrus. Rather sweet, yet quaffable. Smooth slightly oily texture on a light to medium body.

4.2 6.4%?!? Man it drinks like a dream. Beautiful IPA. Well rounded with balanced hopping. Don't get me wrong, it's a hop BOMB but it has this malty slightly sweet backbone and again this creamy texture that just delivers. Aroma is worth a mention, all on. Oranges and tango, a tip of the cap to steward brewery. This a gem Cracking.

3.7 Can. Very clear amber with a modest off white head. 3+ Aroma of kumquat marmalade - juicy, a bit stinky, a bit caramelised - bread crust, pine needles. Rich bread crust and toffee with oozing citrus and a long piney bitter finish. Good, substantial.
3.7 Supermarket beer. Fairly clear orange gold with a tall white head. It's looking good. Nice pine and zesty fruit nose. Barley sugar maltiness. Sweet and sherbety. Sweet flavour initially. Dry biscuit malt. Pine and leaf hop builds plenty bitterness though. Medium body with refreshing carbonation. Earthy moderately dry finish. A fair old mix of flavours. Fruity, fresh, resinous, leafy and earthy. Nice drinkable stuff.
3.6 33cl can. Pours hazy orange, with limited white foam. Aroma is intensely hoppy and resinous. Body is average, like carbonation. Taste is markedly bitter. Final is not particularly long.
3.5 33cl can from Horsham in UK, many thanks to my wife's couisin Betka. Big, tan good retention head. Amber light hazy colour. Aroma is orange, tangerine, mellow tropical fruits, caramel. Taste is rich malty base, mellow orange and grapefruits, sweet tropical fruits, caramel, biscuits, medium carbonation, taste is better than aroma, nice hoppy if bit more on the sweet side, good, enjoyed.
2.3 Had a bottle from Lidl. Classic amber ale colour. Nose is malt and light mango. Fruity sweetness and soda, hoppy bitterness.
3.4 4/VIII/19 - 33cl can from Tesco’s, shared @ the ferry ride home, BB: 6/VI/20 - (2019-1152) Clear orange beer, big creamy dense off-white head, stable, adhesive. Aroma: tropical fruits, some citrus, pretty malty, some caramel. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet and malty start, caramel, sugary, bit oxidized, soft bitterness, bit piny. Aftertaste: some citrus, honey, oxidized, some ripe sweet tropical fruits, mango, pretty bitter, hoppy, bit resinous, alcohol. Weird, was this canned XI/18 or V/19? Tastes pretty oxidized for that matter.

3.0 Bottle from Lidl. Hazy golden/amber body with a thin off-white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of tinned peaches and steel. Flavour of salted grapefruit and metal. Thin body with a watery, slightly oily texture. Soft fizz. Simple and forgettable. Earlier Rating: 5/17/2012 Total Score: 3.5 Bottle from Oddbins. Hazy amber body with an off-white head. No visible carbonation. Slight lacing. Aroma of herbs and honeycomb. Herbal, earthy flavours with restrained lime and orange notes. Tangy, bitter finish with a light alcohol burn. Medium body with an oily mouthfeel. Soft carbonation. Not as punchy or hoppy as I’d hoped, but this is a decent British IPA.
3.6 Bottle from Sainsbury’s Edinburgh. Clear dark golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and moderate hoppy - fruity. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish. 150419
2.9 Misunderstanding. Bought in the supermarket, judging by cans appearance only. Full of malt sweetness, caramel, terrible hopping. Was tired after all day of mountaineering but still no love. 2.9
3.5 330ml bottle. Poured a clear medium amber colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, light caramel, light resin hop. The flavour is moderate bitter light sweet with a crisp, caramel malt, sweet toffee, resin, light pepper spice, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Really rather enjoyed this. Most unexpected.
3.5 19 March 2019. At Makars Gourmet Mash Bar, Edinburgh. Shared with the lovely Anke! Pours clear dark golden with a lasting, frothy, off-white head. Aroma of yellow grapefruit, pine resin, mango flesh, mandarin peel, pear, apple peel, spring onion. Taste is light fruity sweet, mandarin, mango & yellow apple mixing well; medium hoppy bitter then, at best, notes of grapefruit peel, pine, 'spicy' spring onion, bitter mango, faint sourish edge. Dry, piney hoppy finish, bit resinous, floral dank onion, grapefruit, sweet mandarin. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Quite smooth for something called Radical. Okay.

Cask by gravity at Barney’s Beer Festival, Summerhall, Edinburgh (16 May 2014) - clear golden, minimal head, sweet malty aroma, poor lacing, sweet, superbly balanced ale, very easy to drink (7 3 8 4 16)
3.1 Bottle from Lidl. Better than the other Stewart Brewing - Lidl collaboration. There’s a nice fullness to it. The only downside is a paper-y finish, which loses it a point or two. Good value though. Earlier Rating: 3/25/2017 Total Score: 2.3 Bottle from Aldi (Scottish Beer Fest) Stewart can produce some excellent beers and the odd dodgy one. This is one of the latter with little personality. Anonymous.
3.5 Bottle from Sainsburys. Deep amber in colour, with a slight, white, head. Juicy hops, tangerine and mango fruits, light malts, and a dry finish. Enjoyable.
3.3 Creamy light tan coloured head stayed on a clear copper coloured still body. Tropical fruits, Haribos & melon aroma. Medium bodied, soft on the palate sharp carbonated back. Zesty tastes of bubble gum, peach, melon & hops with a punchy pithy finish.
