Stiegl Pils

Stiegl Pils

Enjoyment of first-rate beer with a pleasant hoppy character. Straw-colored and warm amber glow, pleasantly sparkling with a dry body. Using the aromatic hops from the Mühlviertel region, it entices you with a bouquet of fresh hops and a distinctive bitter finish. 11.4°

1.9 Cerveza de estilo pilsner industrial de sabor casi neutro olor difuso a cereal y amargor medio
3.7 Austrian favourite at present
3.3 "Stiegl-Pils", Fläschchen von Ganick, Prenzlauer Berg. - Hell goldgelb, blank.
3.8 as far as mainstream lagers go this one is pretty good. bottled is fine but best enjoyed fresh on tap
2.8 On tap. Clear yellow body with an average-to-large, frothy, white head, mostly diminishing with fair lacing. Light-to-moderate hoppy (herbal, grass) and light malty (grains) aroma. Moderate bitter and light sweet flavour; short bitter finish. Light body with watery texture; average carbonation.
3.5 Bottle, Saphirhopfen 2017.Pale golden, white lace. Grassy and citric hop aroma. Medium light mellow body. nice flowery hops on a light honey ist malt body. Very pleasant hoppiness.
3.4 Bottle at Magic Beer Room. Paaaale golden body with a lasting white head. Dry aroma, a grainy maltiness mixing with flowery and herbal hoppy notes. Dry, grainy taste, sweetish touches, light honey, some flowery hoppiness, mild bitterness. Quite a classy macro lager really. Well done Stiegl!
3.0 Bottle 500 ml. Light-golden, color, good snow-white head. Aroma: hoppy, light floral, herbaceous and fruit theme, pilsner malt. Taste: light, clean, malt, light fruitiness, slightly watery, pear with lemon peel, grassy, drinkable.
Hindamiseks teen vaid ticki.
2.8 Aroma malt, eple, sitrus, humle. Utseende klar lys gylden med hvitt skum. Smak malt, sitrus, eple, humle. Middels fyldig, fruktig, mild bitterhet, noe høyt karbonert. Tap på Hemma Gastro Studio, 40cl
3.5 500 ml bottle. Clear pale yellow color with a large white head. Aroma is mildly grassy, some citrus leafs. Taste of sweet malts, grains and grassy hops, but very moderate. Light body with medium carbonation.
3.1 At Chappys. In a Stiegl glass! Pours pale yellow. Initial bread yeasty taste. Long dry finish ---Rated via Beer Buddy
2.9 Złociste, klarowne piwo z obfitą pianą, która ładnie zdobi szkło. Aromat niestety głównie słodowy. Smak, i tu niespodzianka, wytrawny lekko goryczkowy. Finisz również wytrawny.
3.7 In tap at the brewpub in Salzburg-Austria. Yellow clear pour, white cap. Nose is pellet, grassy tettanger feel. Mouthfeel is firmly bitter, a bit chicory, some maltiness to balance it. Solid.
2.9 On tap and bottled. Pours a pale and thin yellow gold with a white head. Aroma: sweet malt, bread, grain, mild honey and lemon aroma. Taste: sweet malt, biscuity malt, very mild honey flavours. Thin to medium bodied. Moderate to high carbonation. Clean finish. This is mild flavoured but still quite decent and easy to drink.
2.8 Pils rubia dorada, buena copa y retención, aroma a malta y gusto a malta pils y regusto final amargo, buen burbujeio, nada compleja, ideal para días calurosos.
3.2 Aroma is malty and fresh. It smells like grain with some grassy overtones. Clear, light yellow color with a big sized, frothy, white head. Flavor is medium sweet, light bitter. It tastes like bread, grain, no mor fruit. Body is medium, mouthfeel is thin to creamy. Finish is first light sweet and then medium bitter. It a very nice Pils to me with good body and a nice mouthfeel, quite sweet. 0,33l bottle.
4.2 500 ml can. Clear pale yellow color with a large white head and great retention. Great lacing. Fine carbonation. Clean and smooth Euro lager flavor with just a hint of pils malt crispness and minimal bitterness in the finish. Very good.
1.8 Słodowe, słodkie z wyjątkowo nieprzyjemną niską goryczką. Bardzo słabe piwo.
3.1 From May 2007 Purchased at Wilbur's Liquors in Ft Collins. Pours fron 0.5L bottle a clear straw gold with a fairly large head of foam that shrinks quickly leaving jst a bit of spotting on the surface and very little lacing. The smell has a good Pilsner nose to it. Some light malty character with good hoppy notes. Smells very Austrian. ;^) The taste on first sip is fairly malty, I note a bit of biscuit that is quite flavourful, but the hops move in and give the brew, at first, a nice balance and then, the light bitterness that they impart take control and I'm liking the end result. Further sips in, and as the beer warms, the hop bitterness intensifies a bit but in a lipsmackingly good way. This Pilsner is *way* easy to drink and being at the abv that it is, I'd see no problem having this session beer all day long, especially with the warmer temperatures head my way. The body is just right for the style and it's pretty lightly carbonated. Bottom line: This is a very nice Pilsner. If it was available locally, It would be on my regular rotation. I recoomend it.
3.8 Clear golden, rich head, good lacing. Aroma of lime, lemon, herbs, flowers. Light bodied, medium carbonation, citrus, flowery taste, mild bitterness. Great pilsener!
