Starting with a base of German wheat & pale malts this crisp slightly hazy foundation was then accented with a blend of Sterling & Citra hops providing a intricate blend of herbal grass & tangerine citrus flavors and aroma. to pull this all together and to complete the ’cleansing’ aspect of my vision i gently finished the ale off with a touch of white sage, lending a mild earthy spice character to the blend. of course let’s not forget our house saison yeast that brought all the elements together leaving a dry yet intricate finish.

3.7 gyllen, gjærpreget, urter, eple, frisk..........................................
3.3 Lightly cloudy pale yellow with one finger head. Aroma of wheat, honey, floral hops, and citrus. Taste is similar but less citrus and hops are only pronounced in the finish.
3.8 330ml can served in a pint glass. Pours a hazy pale yellow color the forms a small and not very persistent light bubbled white head. Few lacings formed and left in the glass. Spotty and lingering. Nose is great. Very bready, fruity and flowery. Strong citrus notes of tangerines, orange zest and grassy hops. Strong notes of wheat and pale malts. Slightly sweet upfront too. Strong notes of tangerines and sweet pale malts. Quite spice and flowery. Notes of what and herby hops. Medium persistent bitterness. Medium body. Medium to low carbonation. Flowery, grassy and zesty aftertaste. Excellent drinkability. Masterpiece Farmhouse.
4.2 Tasted from can into sampler glass at 2018 Centennial Fest, it poured a mostly-clear yellow colour with white foam, lasting with lace. Very light body, almost neutral grainbill, but nice soft wheat aspects plus pepper, clove, great herbal/earthy sage notes, noble hop balance. Light body, strong carbonation with almost a Champagne-like bite, lingering malty/herbal/earthy aftertastes, bone dry finish. Refreshing and absolutely delicious.
3.7 Pours a hazy yellow-gold color with a medium white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Partial rings of lace. Aroma of citrus, herbal yeast and malt. Medium body with flavors of peppery yeast, citrusy hops, spice and malt. The finish is fruity with a yeast and hop aftertaste. Above average overall.
4.1 Can from Jane’s Beer Store in Mountain View, CA. Aroma is citrus, sage, bright wet hops. Taste is tangy, herbal, and then smooths our really nicely with some juicy fruit, maybe peach. Finishes slightly bitter with citrus peels and mint. Perfect with Trader Joe’s marinated steak and potatoes.
3.6 Aroma: Wheat malt, spicy and fruity yeast notes. Interesting spicy, herbal profile: grass, mint, pepper, coriander, citrus. Appearance: Hazy straw, frothy white head. Taste: Medium, boozy bitterness, dry, very slightly acidic. Palate: Average carbonation, quite smooth, medium body. Overall: Decent herbal saison, quite refreshing and interesting. The biggest downside is somewhat boozy taste. Not bad and not great. I guess I can taste sage, but not sure.
3.9 Can at The Vanbrugh, Greenwich. Hazy gold pour with a white head. Peach, apricot and tangerine aroma. Taste of sweet spice, tangerine, mango. Lots of sweet fruit in the finish. Very good.
3.5 12oz can at home. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thin white head. Citrus, yeast, herbal and grassy hops, light fink. Fizzy carb, light body. Crisp finish with pepper and citrus. Nice summer choice (can says sage, if so it's very subtle, can't read the date code).

2.5 12floz bottle, no date, $1.75 unit cost, pint glass. Color is light yellow, slightly hazy, and has a modest head. Phenolic aroma segues to a palate of hay and mild herb spice.

3.6 35,5cl can at home. Pours a hazy orange amber colour with a small soapy white head with low retention and leaves a bit of lacing. Aroma of tangerine, pale malt, slight butter, sage, fruity hops, slight hop resin. Taste is moderate sweet, medium bitter with a moderate dry finish. Notes of hops, tangerine, citrus, slight sage, dry yeast, slight herbs, bread, dough. Texture is oily, medium to light bodied with medium carbonation
3.6 12oz can. Pours a lightly hazy yellow-gold with a tiny white head. Aroma is floral, pepper, apple, and sage. Taste is bread, pear, pepper, cracker, and some sage. Peppery, hoppy finish. Dry. Light-medium body. Medium, unassuming carbonation. Crisp but pillowy mouthfeel. A tiny bit of grapefruit comes through on the back of the tongue as the beer warms.
2.9 Can at home bought from honestbrew.co.uk. pours slighty thin looking. Has a hint of sage / peppery tasting. Not over found of this beer
3.7 Can, Brewklopedia, Leicester. Hazy golden with a white head. Funky green apple with tart strawberry. Woody yeast. Bready with bubblegum and traces of banana. Citrus with spices. Hints of lime. White grape juice and spices. Very good.
3.7 Can. Hazy golden. White head. Bubblegum, sage, citrus. A little dry. Yeasty and lightly bitter.
3.6 Pours hazy yellow, white foam on top, quite a log of it actually. Nose is wheaty, some grassy hops, umami - kind of reminds me some hopped up wheat IPAs. Taste is herbal, sage is not overpowering but you can certainly feel its presence. Bitter, herbal bitterness. Overall, quite decently hoppy, balanced and definitely drinkable beer. Drink it if herbal is your thing. I tend to like it but not too much.
3.2 14/20 funky wheat beer with subtle sage aftertaste- works quite well. Clear, crisp, yeast undertone
3.3 Sample from can at Extreme Beer Fest, Ralston. Poured hazy golden, white head. Aroma of spice, lemon, herbal, yeast. Taste was mild sweet, tart, citrus, herbs, yeast.
3.4 Big essential oil smell on this. Yeah the sage dominates. Almost mint freash. This is mixed well with the hops. Decent for a change of pace. The strength helps.
3.8 Tap @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren, Aarhus. Pours lightly hazy golden with a medium white head. Notes of esters, citrus, light stone-fruity, dry finish.
3.4 Backlog entry. This beer was well rounded, no major surprises and as expected.

3.8 12 ounce can. Hazy yellow gold color. Small fluffy white head with clinging lace. Tart, earthy, spicy malt nose. Light, sweet yeasty wheat malt flavor. Spicy notes of sage and mint. Soft palate has grassy, bready notes. Some light citrus as well. Tasty and refreshing.
3.3 Flaske. Klar gylden fint hvid skum. Frisk blomstret duft. Citrus/krydret/blomster smag, sødlig med en ganske lille bitterhed til slut. Ok men ikke noget speciel.
