3.5light and bubbly. this had a nice enough flavor, just didn't fit the weather or mood I was in.
2.9Ar: Lemon peel, orange pith, and lime; light grainy malt; a bit of white grape and white pepper. Ap: Golden and lightly hazy; medium white head with moderate-low retention; head is made up of loose matrix of foam, with a broad ring of suds and a splotch of covering. T: Lemon, lime, and white pepper; a little light pils malt; citrus and pineapple yeast flavor; no sweetness; low bitterness, with lots of citrus, white grape, and resinous hop flavor; finish is more white grape. M: Light body with medium carbonation; somewhat watery; dry finish. O: Good flavors, very bright and hoppy, but the body just doesn't come together--too little carbonation and comes across as watery.
3.4Pour is a chill haze yellow with a large white head. Aroma is a decent Belgian yeast ester with something odd which I'm guessing is sake. Flavor is more of a citrus hop with that odd flavor some sake. I had sake once. I remember i didn't like it but I don't remember what it taste like. This was a decent beer with a surprising hop out of nowhere.
3.4Can. Pour quite clear gold with medium whitehead. Medium to slightly high carbonation. Body is a little on light side. Aroma is yeasty. Taste quite some Hefeweizen style, hint of peach, light yeasty banana, hint of lemon, some sour but quite sweet. moderate yeasty mouthfeel but the finish was dry.
3.1In einem Restaurant in Philadelphia. Trübes Gelb mit etwas Schaum. Aroma: Grassig, Kiefernadel, Zitrus, Mandarine. Geschmack: mild süsslich. Grass, Stroh, Südfrucht.
3.616oz can from Windsor Hy-Vee, in a Sam Smith pint glass. Aromas of grapefruit, tangerine and lychee with undertones of malted barley and flowery hops. Pours high-clarity goldenrod yellow with three fingers of foamy off-white head and an explosion of bubbles all over the glass that produces a little light lacing. Opens up crisp, floral and ricey with a light fruitiness emerging towards mid-palate. Finishes malty with an aromatic floral hoppiness. Light- to medium-bodied with a hoppy mouthcoating astringency. Much more interesting aromatics than I expected! That got my hopes way up for a minute, but in the end the flavor was much more average along the lines I initially expected. Still drinkable though. Cheers!

Tap from Growler Guys.
It's funny. I was just looking over my ratings and thinking that I haven't had a Stillwater in forever.
Wow, rice-based saison. Wouldn't have thought of that. Hazy...what is that color?....light tan? muddy maize? pour, limited head. The thing that hits hard and unexpectly is the new-school hop aroma (citra, apparently, though I couldn't have called it from the aroma alone). It's nice, but incongruous. This smells for all the world like a pale ale. Mouthfeel seems thin, even for 4.2%. No malt base, unsurprisingly. Classic Stillwater yeast. I sort of like this, and at 4.2 it's good but it's simply not in the league of the really high-end low ABV table beers.

June 26, 2021. Can. Wow, I lowballed this so hard. On a 100 degree day in Seattle this was fucking money. Lovely soft hints of lemon, delightful yeast, super table beer.

Moving most of the way.
May 20, 2022. Draft at the Shambles. Yeah, the above pretty much. Perfect to sip in the sun. 3.8-3.9 is right on target.
3.9Tami into snifter. Yellowed gold color, this white head retains just a touch of lace. On the cold side as this place is wont to do. Nose is a bit hard to get, a bit astringent. In the mouth light, hops and lemon pith lightly flavor. Finish picks up just the slightest body before finishing with hops which fade quick. Nicely done lighter beer easy drinker.
3.8Slightly hazy pale yellow/ straw appearance with no foam retention. Slight yeasty funk on the nose with sweet orange and rice. Flavor is a dry rice with a light orange peel and faint coriander. Dry and smooth mouth feel. Very light and balanced easy drinker.
3.0Unclear yellow pour with a medium size bubbly head. Aroma is fruity and grainy. Taste has straw, citrus, coriander and apple. Dry finish.. Nice beer!
3.2On tap at Das Beer Garden. Very pale clear yellow. Smells of fruity and sweet grain and slight yeasty funk. Tastes of more yeastiness in the form of earthy and spicy notes, a faint bit of citrus, and the slightest bit of grain. Very light and well carbonated. Seltzery feel to it. It's a very drinkable beer, but almost no grain presence, so it's hard to say it's all that good.
2.8Looks lie a saison with yellow body and white head. Hoppy aroma. taste is like a light boerhuis bier with a ricey finish.
3.8On tap at TCBW 2019. Pours pale yellow colour. Thin white head. Rustic, wild, hoppy, earthy aroma. Funky too. Palate is pleasent and dry. Slightly fruity and funky taste. Very light, well balanced, well drinkable brew.

3.2Poured clear straw color with a soapy, 1-finger white head that was gone quickly. Light bubbling along the glass. Aroma is light and citrusy. Some straw notes too. Body is light, with some oil to it. Long, dry finish. Flavor is earthy with a touch of citrus to it. Maybe a note of grain too.

3.5Pale yellow with no head but lively carbonation. Aroma of grains, coriander, and orange peel. Taste is lightly sweet and lightly bitter. Light citrus and coriander with a dry finish. Very refreshing.

3.3On tap at BrewDog Birmingham
Pours hazy yellow with thin white head.
Easy one. Bit yeasty, sharp carbonation, citruses. Good
3.6Pint can. Spicy saison yeast aroma with notes of rice, grassy hops and a little bit of lemony citrus. Pours clear, pale golden colored with a thin white head that has little retention and no lacing. Starts with spicy saison yeast and rice adjunct flavors. Finishes smooth and quite dry with grassy hop flavors as well as a little bit of lemony citrus. Pretty nice.
3.4The aroma is hops citrus/floral. Pours a hazy yellow with big white foamy head, mostly diminishing and excellent lacing. The taste is bitter. The body is medium, the texture creamy, the carbonation lively and the finish bitter and long. Good taste!
1.8Pale straw color. Sweet grainy aroma. Crisp and dry, strong carbonation, honey. Medium to light bodied, Hop bitterness is moderate, hop flavor is low. Drying in the finish. Rice wine character is low, but rice flavor and sweetness is high. Novelty beer, I wouldn't seek out again.
3.91 pint can at Polar, Madrid. It pours hazy lemonish yellow with a thick but short-lived off-white head. Aroma is very hoppy: grass, cypress, lemon rind, yuzu. Taste is bone dry, fresh and bitterish. Mouthfeel is light, slightly watery and medium-lasting in the dry finish. Nice.
3.3Tap at Port Street Beer House. Tea aroma, bit grassy, yeasty and esoteric. Hazy golden color with small sized white head. Sweet taste with hints of sourness. Tea like, bit grassy and herbal. Thin body, watery, average carbonation.

Craft TCR Bottleshare. Thanks to Dan the man for the can. Hazy paleish gold beer, decent white head. Airy palate, fairly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light malts. Nice floral citrus, tangerine and something hard to place. Modest seltzer and saison herb. Light dry finish. Not bad.
3.5Can, 44cl. Pours clear yellow golden with a medium, staying frothy white head. Aroma has pleasant fruity hops, blood oranges, apricot, mango, lime. Medium, lively carbonation, fine dry and slightly light mouthfeel. Flavour has a fine crispness to it, light bready, rice, firm bitterness, citrus zest, lime peel and grapefruit. Quite easy to drink.
