2.8 Bottle. Pours a grains, hay, nuts, biscuits, almonds and hints of red berries, bread yeast and wet grass. Taste is grains, almonds, bread crusts, rye and hints of dried fruits, wet grass, leaves and sour yeasty tones. Light body, medium to high carbonation. A bit muddly in its taste profile, going all over the field with semi-sour, nutty and grainy notes seemingly in no particular direction. Interesting experiment that needs to be worked on.
3.5 Bottle at home, cork almost went through the roof, but to my surprise a gusher did not follow in its wake. Smells funky, grainy. Aroma is malt, grain, bread, yeast, light fruit, some apple, barnyard, herbs and spices. Flavour is light to moderate sweet with a little bitterness in the dry finish. Body is medium, carbonation is high. Nice bready spicy funky Saison, a bit peculiar and not the most stable, but good.
3.7 Hazy yellow-amber colored, strong frothy white head, excellent retention. Aroma is classic Saison, malt, straw-hay, bit citrusy, Belgian yeast and peppery. Taste is medium sweet malt, fruits, peppery, straw, Belgian yeast, medium peppery and some lemony bitterness, dry finish. Medium bodied, bit creamy, lively carbonation, zesty.

3.3 On tap at Taproom Malmö. Hazy golden with a large white head. Aroma of fruit, light funk, some yeast and malt. Similar taste. Also some "tutti-frutti". High carbonation and with a medium body.
3.7 Bottle while watching Theydon_Bois explain his top 5 shitting yarns on youtube. Clearish copper coloured with la large frothy white head. Fruity nose; ripe apples, grapes, dust. Also some light funk. Much the same things in the flavour with some white pepper, dry flowers, grass and wood also. Medium body, carbonation is a bit high and it has a light greasy mouthfeel, but otherwise it goes down easy.

3.0 Too old, the green bottle has allowed skunkiness to set in even at a bar as diligent as RLRL. Hints of good stuff underneath so I’ll give a middling grade.

3.5 (Stillwater / Hof Ten Dormaal ’Bronze Age’) Bottle 375 ml, corked and caged. Served into a teku at home, ABV 6% Opens with a loud pop and gushes. The pour is all a thick white foam with just a bit of beer underneath, should be the other way round. That little bit of beer, is clear and orange coloured. Aroma is grainy, some citrusy notes. Nice taste, less grains but still there, fruity notes, a nice touch of citrus, light yeast, some floral notes too. Medium body with good carbonation. Pretty good but that gushing ruined it for me.

3.7 Semi-opaque gold, very strong white head. Farmyard, hay, and yet some noble hop as well. Medium bodied, malty notes with some sourness and yeast. Nice. I’d say some of the flavour is a bit Pilsner-ish, but in a good way.
