2.7 Botttle 0,33L. Almost clear, golden color with medium big frothy white head. Aroma of straw, hay, tobbacco and grass. Taste is light sweet and grainy while finish is light bitter with touch of malt and dark honey. Medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation. After reading comments bellow, it looks like we're not talking about same beer...
4.5 In my opinion this comes near to perfection when it comes to summerly pale ales. I tasted this one at first in the summer 2 yrs ago at a bbq. It got everything a pale ale needs but its not dried out. The hops is mainly focusing on the citric and orange/melon notes not too many bitternotes. Malt comes thru later on with cookie crisp notes. Very well done. A fresh atlantic ale that reminds of the impact of the harsh but beautiful atlantic ocean on a hot summer day. Should be buyable at more locations.
3.6 500 ml bottle. Unclear golden, foamy head. Mango, lychee, honey, pineapple, dry citrussy hoppy notes, hay, straw and grain. Mild dry bitterness, fruity sweetness. Full bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry hoppy fruity finish. A very nice Pale Ale!
3.6 Old rating - 500ml bottle, pours amber with a white head. Aromas & tastes of citrus, fruits, grass, herbs, grain & malt. Medium body. Light bitter finish
3.6 Enjoyed: Poured from bottle into flute / footed pilsener glass. Appearance: Blurry amber/ocher colour, medium head. Nice label on the bottle. Aroma: Gentle malt, grains, gentle fruits/citrus, grass/herbs, hops. Palate: Medium body, gentle carbonation. Taste: Malt, grains, citrus, hops, bitter with nice bitter aftertaste. Overall impression: Very tasty and drinkable, well-ballanced. Aroma is nice but it’s a pity that it is not stronger.
3.5 Stabiler großporiger Schaum. Fruchtige Zitrusnote nach Mandarine. Starke Säure mit leicht nachhängendem Geschmack. Viel Kohlensäure.
4.0 Bottle. Clear golden color, frothy white head. Resinous, piney, grassy hop aroma. Dry, medium bitter taste. Resinous, citrus fruity aftertaste, with a light malty note. Full body, medium carbonation. Once upon a time my very first contact with hoppy IPA-Beers and still one of my favorites.
5.0 Süffiges und würziges Bier
3.3 Piwo klarowne o ciemnosłomkowej barwie. Średniej wielkości biała piana o niezłej trwałości. W aromacie słodowo-chmielowo i coś estrowego. Trunek nieskowysycony.
2.8 Bottle from an online shop. MHD 24.07.21, Could be 7 months since its bottling if they allow a year. Clear straw with a decent fine-bubbled lid. Nose is very mild grains, smells like a light lager. The flavor is also really mild. I'm wondering if this batch missed the dry hopping that's described on the label. It tastes like a slightly hoppier lager (very thin body) with a tiny tinge of ale like flavor. A bit citrusy indeed. Do I have Covid since the last beer 1h ago? Or is this a mis-bottled mild pils? Easy drinking at least, no big failure other than being too boring.
Sehr angenehmes Ale. Honig und Zitrone sind deutlich spürbar. Der Hopfen ist ausgewogen und sehr angenehm.
3.6 Pite jakiś czas temu. Ocena w celu uzupełnienia profilu. https://www.instagram.com/czgr_
3.1 Ar: ok intensywnosc, slod wyrazny i sporo chmielu - ziola i igliwie. Wyg: slomka, klar, piana srednie ziarno, brudzi.
3.4 Bottle. Slightly hazy pale golden colour with a medium foamy white head, nose is citric, grassy, herbal and slightly grainy with notes of lime, cucumber, sugar melon and passion fruit and some cardboardish hints, taste is quite dry and citric with a fairly bitter finish, body is on the lighter side. Has a lot of features of a pilsner.
3.0 okay, a little too hoppy
3.4 Optik:Voluminöse Schaum Geruch: citrusfrüchte. Zitrone Limette Geschmack: Sehr schlank trocken und spritzig und frisch . Zitrus lästig
3.3 Beer with yellow color, fuzzy aspect, soft to medium bitterness, soft carbonized, good volume of foam on top, (drunk a 33cl bottle beer, bought at "REWE Center", Ingolstadt, DE #1171)(#219 DE)(#4 Mecklenburg-Vorpommern).
3.2 (500ml bottle, Berlin. 17 Aug 2020) AROMA: hop forward, some citrus and rind, grass, some dough cream and yeast. Light on the grain side. APPEARANCE: light golden honey yellow, hint hazy, nice froth white head that lingers, middle ground of a good pils and light ale in presentation. TASTE: hops, leaning toward the fruity kind, lightly green and grass with soft resin, enough malt and bittering hops to have some darkness and chocolate but not extra bold PALATE: almost medium in body, creamy and a bit watery, just a jab of acidity then smooth middle and mediocre followthru. OVERALL: decent hoppiness but not overdone, but a bit under-malted. Almost like a session ale. A good beginner ale with some nice hop notes but nothing too special otherwise.
3.2 Pale gold with a thin, frothy white head. Aroma of lemons, flowers, pine. Taste is mildly grainy bitter and more reminiscent of a well made Helles than an APA. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Okay.
4.0 Süffig und etwas herb
3.3 Bottle. Clear, pale gold with white head. Aroma is mild, grassy hops, light malts, some Pilsener-like cardboard notes. Almost sweet with mild bitterness. Lively carbonation. Enjoyable and refreshing, but lacks a little character.
3.4 Nice taste, didn't expect it from an Störtebecker version at it brewes so many different ones. Not a crazy price, easy to drink
3.7 This is a nice hoppy beer, going towards an IPA, without quite reaching that level. The bottle promises citrus and tropical fruit, which for me remained hidden. This was compensated with a strong smell and of fresh pine, which came back in the taste, but milder and combined with the grassy hops we know from standard lager beers. All in all, a little watery and lacking balance, though refreshing enough.
3.8 Frisch Hopfiges , nicht aufregendes Ale.
3.5 Pale golden beer with a firm head. The beer tastes like a mix of an american pale ale and a german helles. That means a bit sweet and dry mixed with citrussy hoppy ale. Very Nice!
3.7 Very hoppy sour but also a sweet smooth beer with a hint of bitterness to finish over all an enjoyable beer
