2.0 Für meinen Geschmack zu bananig

3.1 Feines Gebräu!

3.1 Optisch trüb und bernsteinfarben bis ocker. Die weiße feinporige bis fast cremige Schaumkrone zeigt sich flaumig-stabil und durchschnittlich gut haltbar. In der Nase ganz typische, weiche, leicht fruchtig-hefige Noten von grüner bis leicht reifender Banane. Den Beginn macht ein leicht samtiger, süßlicher-hefiger, durchaus ansprechend frisch wirkender Antrunk. Der Mittelteil bietet ein sehr angenehmes, sämiges Mundgefühl. Die Aromatik zeigt sich ganz typisch fruchtig Hefig mit schönen Noten von Banane und Aprikose. Sonderlich aufregend oder vielseitig ist das alles zwar nicht, aber dieses Bier kann dennoch mit seiner eher simplen, aber doch sehr feinen Aromatik punkten. Im Abgang schwingen die Aromen noch ein gutes Weilchen nach.

3.2 Enjoyed: Poured from bottle into weizen glass. Appearance: Blurry ocher/orange colour, medium head. Aroma: Wheat, yeast, banana, pear, hint of cloves, hint of caramel. Palate: Light to medium body, gentle carbonation. Taste: Wheat, yeast, grains, bread, hint of caramel. Overall impression: Easy, drinkable, pleasant.

1.5 Gele weizen met een witte schuimkraag. Het bier smaakt zoetig en mooi granig. Heeft iets banaan achtigs en zeker iets van het gist. Eindigt zoetig en een beetje plakkerig.

3.3 500ml bottle, berlin (June 25, 2021 - 3.3) (update: 06 Aug 2023 - 3.3) AROMA: light yeast and grain, soft mellow cloves and doughy bread, nice balanced natural wheat beer nose. (similar as last time, fair amount of banana, cloves, herbs, easy grain and yeast. 6 -> solid 6) APPEARANCE: slightly hazy brownish straw yellow, respectable head but not huge, ok residual, looks pretty good (honey golden, light haze, good visible carbonation but the head died quickly like a softdrink. 4 -> 3) TASTE: tart, sour dough, classic flavors of banana herbs and cloves, touch flowery and vegetative, maybe a bit light from a grain perspective (active yeast, bread dough, cloves, maybe a touch of rosemary, citrus, ripe banana, lightly sweet, soft backbone of grain. 6 -> 7) PALATE: medium (light medium), relatively sharp upfront with acidity along for much of the ride, crisp, ok bitter on the end, a decent rollercoaster of feel (crisp, a tad biting/acidic, some roundness and creaminess in the middle, medium-ish body. 3 -> 3) OVERALL: good. a solid weizen beer with both traditional characteristics as well as some uniqueness. nice flavor depth and intensity, seems like a bit extra time was spent making this, including not skimping on ingredients. (not bad. good classic weizen nose with taste nicely following the nose. a bit disappointed in the head this time but decent looking otherwise. fresh, flavorful. 14 -> 14)

4.0 Bernsteintrübes Bier mit dick-dichtem Schaum hat man im Glas, in die Nase bringt es bananigen Hefeduft. Der Antrunk ist frisch, aber mit vollem Körper. Feines Prickeln umrahmt die Bananennoten der Hopfensorten, und sorgt für die durchweg vorhandene Frische. Zum Ende hin wird es wieder hefiger, doch nur kurz klebrig. Ein sehr schönes Weizen, "deftig" frisch, mit sattem Aroma.

3.0 Ganska mkt jästsmak. Ljusare i färgen än väntat. Ofiltrerad. Dik.Biko.

3.5 Piwo klarowne o jasnobursztynowej barwie. Obfita, biała piana o umiarkowanej trwałości. W aromacie drożdżowo i bananowo. Trunek średniowysycony, pełny. W smaku analogiczne doznania jak w zapachu. Poprawny, pijalny weizen.

3.4 Schön ausgewogenes Weizen, karamellig-bananig, rund

2.7 Piwo o bursztynowym kolorze, zmętnione, z niską białą pianą typu kożuch, nawet trwałą, która pozostawia ślad na ściankach szkła. Aromat banany, leciuteńko kolendra, cytryny, karmel, troszkę drożdże, zboże. Smak słodkawo-zbożowy, goryczka minimalna, w przewadze słodycz, cytryna, trunek szczypie w podniebienie. Ogólnie to brakuje mi wygładzenia, świeżości, no i efektu wow, a tak jest średnio i nijako.

3.6 A moderate, quite stable obe-finger foam over the light-yellow, pretty sunny for Weizen color. Deep banana notes and other citruses. Wheasty and pleasant notes of wheat, banana, caramel, and clove. Very decent.

3.4 Hazy amber with white head. Smell of wheat and elder flowers. Taste is wheat, yeast, citrus. Very easy to drink.

2.9 Piwo zlociste, klarowne. Piana biała, wysoka. Aromat bananowo goździkowy. W smaku drożdże, banan, kolendra.

5.0 Fresh taste. Nice lemony feel about it. Dark golden colour with a nice head Palatecleansing taste with fresh citrusy notes. Excellent end-of-night-beer.

3.2 Aroma of banana, wheat, grapes, sweet fruit and hay. Pours semi-transparent amber liquid with a large soapy white head. Sweet taste with little bitterness, flavour of banana, wheat, caramel, grapes and a hint of liquorice in the finish. Full body with a creamy texture and medium carbonation, flat finish.

2.9 Hazy orange colour with white head. Aroma of ripe bananas, clove, strong metallic notes. Taste follows aroma with sweet banana, wheat and slight spiciness. Odd metallic aftertaste. Maybe wrong batch?

2.2 Feinporige Schaumkrone eines hellbernsteinfarbenen, leicht trüben Weizens. Geruch nach Banane und einer leicht hopfigen Säure. Rezenter, voller Antrunk mit leichten Brotaromen. Voller, leicht bananig-malziger Körper. Langer, leicht saurer aber flacher, störender Nachhall. In Ordnung, aber nichts besonderes.

3.5 Weizen dal colore oro carico, velata e sormontata da abbondante e bianca schouma pannosa. Al naso si percepiscono principalmente aeomi fruttati, in primis banana matura, ma anche crosta di pane, chiodi di garofano e caramello. In bocca l'attacco è dolce di miele quindi le note fruttate della banana e frutti rossi, spezie caramello. Corpo medio ed una buona feizzantezza.

The beer pours a light yellow with a relatively small, three paper white head. Even, yet fluffy, the head dissipates to a thick wedge which remains for the duration of the drink. Lots of aggressive carbonation in the glass. Hazy. The aroma is standard stuff. Banana, wheat, light spice and light citrus. The taste follows the aroma to a tee. Tasty but unspectacular. Instantly forgettable on the tongue. Quite heavy carbonation in the mouth. Decent, if not world beating.
