Elegante Hopfung mit den Sorten Select, Tradition und Smaragd verleiht einen zarten Duft nach Aprikosen und Blumen, eingebettet in eine würzig-fein ausgeglichene Herbe. Helle und leichte Braumalze lassen beim Brauen die strohgoldene Farbe und das weiche Mundgefühl entstehen. Kalte Gärung mit untergäriger Hefe sorgt für die feine Kohlensäure, den trockenen Trunk und den feinen Hefeschleier im Kellerbier.

3.0 Enjoyed: Poured from bottle into mug. Appearance: Blurry pale yellow colour, nice and rich head. Aroma: Grains, hay, malt, hops. Palate: Medium body, light to medium carbonation. Taste: Malt, grains, bread, gentle citrus, hops, gentle bitter aftertaste. Overall impression: Easy, drinkable and unobtrusive.

2.5 Relativ mittelmäßig, leicht saurer Geruch. Kaum schaumkrone, hellgelbe Farbe. Hinterlässt keinen bleibenden Eindruck.

4.2 Fine, fresh & mild fruity. These would be the attributes i choose to describe this incredible blend of ingredients. Even if this sounds more freshman like, the beer is not more than that and this what does the trick, amazing simple. For those of you who buy keller beers only from September to march need to try this one in spring and summer. Its cozy mouthfeel arranges well with the fresh hops and tempered malt characteristics and also with the visual attributes. Very good for all seasons and occaisons.

4.2 Eine trübe aber dennoch ziemlich helle Farbe. Geruch nach etwas Aprikose. Leicht und zugleich erfrischend. Minimal Malz dafür aber schön Zitrusartig und fruchtig. Im Abgang wird der Malz stärker. Ein Kellerbier das eher an ein Helles erinnert.

2.8 Z wyglądu, wizualnie całkiem nieźle, piana biała, z drobnych pęcherzy, szyje, powoli się zredukowała do odrobiny na powierzchni, barwa słomkowa, zamglone. Aromat diacetyl, zioła, siano, leciutko rozpuszczalnik, owoce. Smak goryczka się pojawia, z posmakiem warzyw, siana i ziół, plus leciuteńko słód. Piłem lepsze Kellerki.

3.0 Bottle. Hazy pale golden colour with a medium fine pored, almost creamy white head, nose is grassy, grainy, fruity and herbal with notes of pear and elderflower, taste is slightly sweet, herbal and citric with a quite dry finish and a slightly watery mouthfeel.

2.7 Subtle aroma of grains, caramel and grass. Pours clear golden-amber liquid with little to no head. Light bitterness and sweetness, flavour of malt, caramel, grains, nuts and some earthy notes. Creamy texture and very drinkable.

3.4 Golden and hazy with a frothy head. Grainy smell with a little citric spiciness. One of the more bitter Kellerbiers, missing a bit more maltiness I'm used to with such beers.

3.0 Bleekgeel bier met bescheiden witte schuimkraag. Aroma is grassig, kruidig, licht moutig. Licht zuurtje, wat metalig en bittere nasmaak. Verfrissend, wel wat vlak.

2.9 Als Kellerbier ist es wirklich schwer zu identifizieren. Es ist zwar trüb, aber geschmacklich überwiegen frische hopfige Aromen. Hat den Vorteil, dass es nicht muffig ist, aber dafür erinnert es auch eher an ein leichtes Pils. Gut zu trinken, aber kein uriges Kellerbier.
