3.5 6%ABV. Blonde. Poured out golden Amber. 6ºSRM. Nose has some clean citrus and soda like aromas. Some lightly acetic aromas. Mouthfeel is watery and weissbier like. There are sweet pale malt flavors on the front of the palate with pale gold honey, flower nectar, pale waffles. There is a nice strong note of honey in the mid palate and slowly fades in the finish. The palate is has a faint acetic flavor, not sour, but the funky character remains, giving a clue as to its origins. Finish is sweet and bitter and lightly beery. Very nice.
3.7 Bottled in Witlof in Mestreech. Hazy light orange color with giant white head. Bittersour nose. Aroma is wheat, herbs with yeast. Flavour is same with hops rising and complex fruit. Very well- balanced and the lively carbonation in the bottle makes it an excellent summer beer!
3.6 Draft notes. Hazy straw pour with off white head. Nose was yeasty pale malt, hops, florals, more hops and fruit in the flavor,
3.7 Bottle at Örebro Ölcafé. Fruity and yeasty smell. Similar taste with a bready malty aroma. Nice and tasty.
3.8 Bottle bought at Struise Beershop in Brugge. Pours hazy golden with a small white head. Almost no carbonation, dunno if this is intentionel or not but, it was a pleasant one to drink. Orange zeste with a pleasant fruity taste, spices and a medium dry bitter finish.
3.5 Bottle from Struise in Belgium. A hazy golden/yellow coloured pour with a thin white head on top. Hoppy, malty, yeasty aroma. Tastes vaguely hoppy, malty, yeasty, dry with a slight bitterness. Improved as it went on. Decent.
3.3 33cl bottle, served in tulip glass. Pours golden with very small white head. Aroma is caramel, ripe fruit and yeast. The flavour has an extra-cereal character that certainly works, very balanced and peculiar. The palate is dry, moderately bitter and almost no sweetness. Medium body, soft carbonation. Not bad.
3.2 Bue en bouteille de 33cl. Blonde classique belge. Maltée, peu houblonnée. Ensemble correcte sans plus.
3.1 Bottle. Nose is yeast, fruity esters, herbal hop notes, grass. Taste soft fruitiness, straw, very strong yeast, dough, with a dry herbal and lime finish. It’s a passable blond Belgian ale. I’ve always been fascinated to try struise’s beers for the local market, and I’m a little underwhelmed. Perhaps it’s better on tap locally.
3.4 Sehr trübes goldgelbes Bier mit einer mittelgroßen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, trockene Früchte, helles Malz. Geschmack leicht rauchig, trockene Früchte, Citrusfrüchte, interessant.
3.3 33cl bottle shared at home. Hazy yellow / orange with a small white head. Light to medium body with moderate carbonation. Medium sweetness and subtle bitterness. Yeast, citrus, tropical fruits, herbs and spices. An ok blonde brew.
3.0 Bottle from a coworker traveling abroad. They knew I liked the brewer, but this is weak sauce for them. A yeasty and sweetish fruity blonde ale. Ok by style standards but weak for Struisse.
3.0 [9/21/15] Bottle at Struise Bruges Beershop. Clear gold. Aroma of yeast, spice, fruity esters. Flavor is yeasty, fruity, with some spiciness, and a bitterish finish. Medium-bodied.
3.1 Murky honey color, zero head. Aroma: fruity, yeasty, lime, butter, faint candy sugar note. Taste: Blonde moutfheel, but relatively strong Stout taste? Bitter, tobacco, yeast note, fruity undertone with lime. Aftertaste is mildly bitter.
3.1 Hazy golden yellow colour with white foam head. Aroma of yeast and fruit. Taste is slightly sweet with a leather finish.
3.1 33 cl bottle @ home. Pours cloudy golden yellow with a white head that leaves some lacing. Aroma and flavour are citrus, yeast, and spices - with a dry finish.
3.5 330cc bottle. Pours hazy blonde with thin white head. Lots of yeast (kind of wet straw, barn) and spice, peppery notes. Also a bit lemony and floral. A very nice blonde ale.
3.4 33cl bottle from Struise Beershop, Brugge. Pours hazy golden with a decent and lasting, white head. Yeasty aroma with some slightly funky notes, fruits, herbs, citrus, spices and hints of barnyard. Moderate sweet with a bit too yeast dominated flavours, but also fruity, hoppy and pleasant with medium bitterness and some acidity. Medium(+) body with carbonation a little bit on the soft side. Certainly Belgian and certainly decent, but a bit too yeasty to be a favourite. [Belgian beer #200]

3.3 Hazy light yellow pour with a white head. Really light smell with some yeast. Taste is quite full.
3.1 Aroma of cider or apple juice. With a slight taste of honey. Really light and gentle. Could drink lots of it.
2.8 Odeur de pommes. Petit goût de miel. Arrière goût légèrement houblonné qui reste longtemps. Pas la meilleure des struise

3.1 Bottle. Pours a hazy blonde beer with a small white head on top. Aroma is bready, light lemon, yeasty. Flavor is medium sweet, very flat and one-dimensional. Easy drinkable, soft mouthfeel and rather boring to be honest. Was expecting way more from Struise.
3.2 33cl bottle. Hazy pale yellowish colour with a thin white head. Spices, orange, floral and yeast in the aroma. Average to soft carbonation and medium to light body. Taste is more on the sweet side with malty and fruity notes at front and some sourness at finish. Overall, a nice beer.
3.3 Aroma of pale malt, yeast, citrus, spices, light hops. Flavour is moderate sweet. Finish is quite dry and fairly bitter. Quite herbal and fresh Blond Ale.
3.8 Bottle at trollekelder, gent. Hazy blond. Orange blossom, floral and delicate sour aroma, mildly bitter and juicy taste with just a little toasted bread. Medium body (light, in struise standards), mild bitter, orange finish. Really nice.
3.6 0.33 bottle. Hazy, dark gold color and a small, white head. Aroma of fruits, yeasts, leather, barnyard, and a hint of alcohol. Taste is relatively sweet with pale malts in the forefront, some fruity notes later, and delicate sourness in the end. Medium body, a tad creamy texture, and soft carbonation. Finish is delicate with the same leather, fruit, and pale malts as before. Overall the beer is good although it purports to be more than it really is.
