4.0 Dobrze nachmielona Black Ipa, z żywicą i palonością w tle.
4.2 Dark brown very close to black. Malty, hoppy grapefruit aroma with hints of lime and burnt notes. Taste dominanted by the roasted/malty flavours with hints of hoppy grapefruit also has very slight chocolate undertones, has a very very slight pine aftertaste along with the bitterness. Well bodied.
3.8 Bottle. Malty aroma and taste, hoppy notes, roasty notes, citrus fruit, medium bitter. Medium to full body, malty and hoppy bitter finish. Ok.
Zero alkoholu w smaku i goryczce :) spore zgazowanie, można wymuszać pianę żeby zredukować gaz Do polecenia :)
3.7 9.1.21
3.8 Pours near black with a big, frothy tan head, and a lovely aroma of roasted coffee with a sprinkling of citrusy hops. The citrusy hops big themselves up in the flavour, alongside the roasted malt, with coffee and some chocolate going on, before a delicate bitter finish
3.6 Bottle from Beer52. BB Aug 2021; Drank Jan 2021 - Black. Good frothy beige head. Aroma of roasted coffee and roasted malts. Taste of roasty/burnt malts, roast coffee, earthy roast, chocolate, caramel. Good hop bitterness, piney, earthy. Citrus fruity, grapefruit. Quite dry. Bitter roast/burnt coffee and chocolate malty piney hoppy citrus fruity. Liked this. Good BIPA. (2021-01)
3.8 Bottle from Beer52. Black with a large tan head. Smooth milk chocolate, pine, a little earth and some bitter lemon. Good balance of hops and malt; a decent BIPA this, and very drinkable.
3.4 Aromat: owoce pestkowe, brzoskwinia, nektarynka, truskawki, trochę żywicy Wygląd: barwa czarna, nieprzejrzyste, piękna beżowa pinka, ładny lejsing Smak: nieco palności, nieco życzywiczne, brzoskwinie, mango Podniebienie: średnie ciało, nisko nasycone, gładkie
2.5 Jan 2021. Small brown bottle from Beer52's American style beers brewed in Poland. A dark beer, reasonably strong, with modern citric hops. The hops are not too aggressive, making this a reasonably workable black IPA, though it's not a concept I've ever really been comfortable with. I can, however, drink this. I'd like more oomph from the malt. I'd like more overall character, and less citric influence from the hops. I don't see this as a potentially good strong stout ruined, as there is so little character in the stout anyway, it turns out that the hops are actually adding something to what would otherwise be a fairly flat and characterless stout. Oh for a decent brewer with courage and skill! This tastes like what it is - a homebrew by the numbers. No imagination. No sense of adventure, judgement or taste. Anyone could make this, and probably already has. Plus points, however, for a reasonably balanced use of the hops for the style. And, despite all my quibbles and complaints, it was drinkable. [2.5]
3.5 Large frothy light brown head stayed on a near black still body. Malt, grain & iron aroma. Medium bodied, sharp with a lighter smooth back. Grain, malt, rye, chocolate & bitter hoppy tastes. Deece.
4.0 52. Very stouty roast. Fizzy. Nice stout, more than BIPA. Tasty
4.0 One of the better dark IPAs I have tried, slightly smoky, smooth roasted flavour, a little berry and a hit of chocolate. Hoppy bitterness too, really good balance.
3.9 Bottle, from Beer52. Jet black, thick and sustained beige head, pleasant fruity blackcurrant, roasted barley and a hint of smokey phenolic, full bodied and well balanced in the mouth with some sweet grain notes offset by a chalky roasted barley note, some dark berry fruitiness and a touch more phenol. Finish has a solid chalky bitterness and some grain, with a hint of fruitiness at the end.
4.4 Lovely deep black colour with a decent head. Very hoppy in smell and taste, all in all a delicious beer
3.6 330ml bottle via Beer52: BB 26th Jul 2021. Black bodied, beige/tanned head. Nice maltiness to the nose and taste, the hops also playing their part in the brew. Mild leather and peat feel below a chocolate like flavour, interesting and decent beer all round.
3.8 Citrus, pine resin and genlte dark chocolate fleshed out with ashy roastiness fills the nose. Taste is dry with flavors of sunflower seeds, chocolate, cocoa and hoppy fruity back. Solid one, thumbs up!
3.4 33cl bottle from Beer52 .thick creamy beige head. Clear almost blank pour. Lovely bitterness
3.7 Bittke. Pours black, off-white head. Aroma of sunflower notes, slight roasted malt, earthy notes. Taste is semi-sweet, gently bitter. Flavors of roasted malt, slight notes of tropical fruits, slight resin. Full-bodied, slick smooth texture, average carbonation.
3.0 Nic specjalnego
3.5 bottle from beerbay pitch dark, smooth light brown head. malty and roasted malty aroma, also roasted nutty aroma, rather mild hoppy note. Flavor is roasted malts, flowery hoppy under the roast, which is quite prominent. slighly unbalanced as the roastiness and maltiness is a lot more in there than the hoppy notes, but fairly well tasting nevertheles.. quite dry, yet still full bodied. The 6.8% suits the beer well, making it not watery.
3.3 Bottle. Aroma- clear sunflower, some nice pine notes, maybe subtle cocoa in the background. Black, unclear, with a good looking, medium, beige head and some lacing. Taste- good malty side, with nice sunflower, no roastiness and silky structure. On the hoppy side, you can feel some subtle resin notes and to be honest, that's all. There's nothing wrong, or unpleasant in this beer, but it's not as intensive as I expect. Low bitterness. Medium-low bodied, with a low carbonation. Simple, drinkable Black IPA, that's all.
4.2 03/09/2020 Czarne. Światło się nie ima. Piana bardzo duża a drobno pęcherzykowa. Jasny brąz. W aromacie żywica, cytrusy, czekolada. W smaku podobnie. Dochodzi muśnięcie palonocią i iglakową goryczką. I prażony słonecznik. Klasyka w bardzo dobrym wydaniu. 21/04/2022 Idealnie czarne, bez przebłysków. Can glass w ¾ wypełniony jasno brązową pianą. Aromatyczna klasyka stylu – cytrus z żywicą i prażony słonecznik. Nie za słodkie, nie za wytrawne. Bardzo lekko palone. Cytrusowa goryczka. I mało gazu. Bardzo smacznie.
3.6 Spoko IPK'a.
3.7 Mocno goryczkowe, karmelowe, czekoladowe trochę cytrusów, a nawet zakwasu
3.5 500ml bottle (Pothouse, Tallinn) (7:4:7:4:13=3.5) Pleasant roasty grainy aroma, some spicy hops. Rich roasty taste, pleasantly burnt, massively hopped, bitter and spicy, quite a bite. Medium full palate. Resiny bitter finish. More a very hoppy dark beer than a BIPA, with all the burntness and roast. But who cares about technicals, it's tasty and covers the alcohol well.
3.7 # 1010; 4/2018. Parádní, suchá BIPA s jemnou, ale jasnou, příchutí černého rybízu až bezu.
