2.8 500ml can from T-Market, drunk overlooking the Sea Garden, Burgas on a warm summer evening. Pours clear with a thin fast-settling frothy head, medium lacing but no visible rising carbonation. Rusty brown in colour. Aromas of burnt caramel and honey with metallic hints. In the mouth, light - almost watery texture, minimal sweetness and alcohol presence, flavours similar to the aromas with some biscuity malt coming through later, mild bitterness leading to a clean short finish. Overall, a dark Marzen, but otherwise nothing special.
2.2 Tap. Pours caramel brown with light beige head. Aroma is caramel, malts, some metal, dust. Taste is caramel, malts, some dust, bitter notes, light roast. Another boring beer!
3.1 Bottle. Pours a reddish brown colour with a thin white head, plenty of malt in the aroma, the taste is medium bitterness and with a dry bitter finish.
2.6 On tap at Alaus Biblioteka, pours a clear dark amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out fungal notes, feet and bready malt. Flavour is a bit different, with sweet bready notes, a touch of caramel, with a bit of toasted nuts. Sweet and lacking depth. It’s okay.
2.9 BBE 10 06 18. Kuparisen tumma kuulas väri, niukka reunoille vetäytyvä nopea vaahto. Tuoksu makean liköörikonvehtimainen. Suutuntuma vahvan liköörikarkkimaisa, hapokas, liukas, lievä viinaisuus, makea. Suussasulatteluun sopiva.
2.7 Bottle at home. Pours a light reddish brown, very clear, small off white head that dissipates quickly. Nose is brown bread, some hay, taste is the same with a nice buttery caramel note. Nice mouthfeel, enjoyable.

3.7 "The colour of the beer is dark amber with a large amout of foam. It tastes a little sweet of caramel and roasted malt, but with a crisp finish. All together alot better than what I was expecting for some reason." - beersoftheworldproject.wordpress.com Date: 27/01/2017 Bought at: Netto in Copenhagen, Denmark.
2.9 50cl bottle from Tosano. Clear dark amber to red color, thick creamy white head, reducing but lots of lacing. Lagery smell, a bit punchy. Aroma of caramel, roasted malts, vaguely nutty with an hint of vanilla, some biscuit, light bready, sugar. Taste sweetish, mild metallic, some unpleasing bitterness. Average carbonation, medium body, oily texture, clean finish light sharp with fuel notes.

2.8 Bottle. Clear dark amber with a good beige head. Malt and caramel in the aroma, hints of wood. Rather sweet, little bitterness. Dry but sticky finish, high carbonation. Drinkable, but sweet and overcarbonated.
2.1 This one is a märzen at 5.8% ABV. It pours a amber brown/red-ish color with about two fingers of foam. It has some very sweet and malty notes right away followed by a light hoppy bitterness in the aftertaste. It’s a little too sweet for my liking. It’s nothing too fancy, really but not undrinkable either.
