2.9 330ml bottle. Pours black with a very thin beige head. Aroma is coffee, roasted malt. milk. Taste is light sweet, coffee, chocolate. To me it’s more of a sweet stout.
3.2 Botella. Deep dark brown, close to black, dark brown hue, beige head, ok lacing. Sweet soft roasty malty aroma with a pleasant presence of dark chocolate and some dark fruit. Ok palate. Flavour: Sweet, roasty malt, chocolate, dark fruit, soft, medium bitterness. Quite pleasant. Nice surprise.
3.2 Bottle. 6.0%. Best before 20.07.19. Pours a dark brown, almost black, with a tan head. Good lacing. Roasted, malty aroma. Hints of bread, chocolate. Light alcohol overtone. Dark fruit and a metallic note as it warms. Flavour is roasted malt, metallic. Hints of dark fruit, chocolate. Bitter finish, slightly dry. Light fruit note, hint of alcohol. A wee bit too much carbonation. Overall fairly good; the aroma is better than the flavour. Could do without the metallic notes. 09.02.19.
3.3 God og velsmagenden øl. Meget sød øl uden bitterhed. Frisk øl med god aroma
3.5 Pours black with two finger tan head. Aroma is heavy roast and light cocoa. Taste is light caramel and chocolate, warming to heavy roast. Finish is smooth roast malt. Actually, a pretty good bock beer.
2.5 barwa ciemna z rubinowymi refleksami, ladna piana, oblepia szklo. w aromacie i smaku kawowe, delikatna wedzonka. Wodniste z palona goryczka na srednim poziomie.
2.8 Bottle at Walled Off Hotel, Bethlehem. Meh, a bit rough around the edges but not too bad.
3.3 Dark brown, clear, weak head. Caramel and bready nose, some yeasty frutiness. Sweet with light acidity. Decent dark lager.
3.1 Bottle from Inn At Home, Guildford. A dark coffee aroma with yeastie lager tones underneath. Dark and dkossy. Thick creamy off-white head. As per aroma, initially bitter with a shot of coffee. Then an almost synthetic sweetness comes through. Light-medium bodied. Thin but wuth some slickness. Average carb. An astringent edge to the finish. For me it's almost a coffee stout/lager hybrid. Too much of the latter. But better than expected.
2.5 Backlog rating from RBESG 2008, grand tasting: Brown, creamy head. Citric, pine, roast, light industrial nose. Roast, choc. Light body, a bit flat. Roast aftertaste.
3.1 Bottle from a friend. Brown color, white head. Bitter taste with a bit of roasted malts, nuts, toffee, a bit of chocolate and toast. Bitter finish with nuts, toffee, toast and chocolate. Good brew.
3.1 Flaska drucken på Talita Kum, Beit Jala. Hade inte förväntat mig så mycket rostade smaker, känns inte så tysk kanske men ganska trevlig. Mörkt bröd, fudge, choklad i bra balans. En lätt brödkryddig beska. Ok.
2.7 Bottle split at RB Best Hotel Lobby Share, post festival, 31/01/16. Rich chestnut brown with a decent beige covering. Nose is dark malts, spice, sweet fruits, toffee. Taste comprises toffee, fruit loaf, black peppery spice, light cocoa rub. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Not great.
2.7 #1192 Tap. Clear very dark brown to black body, medium beige head. Aroma of coffee, dark chocolate, roasted tones, metal. Taste is neutral, slightly bitter, very slightly sour finish. Coffee, metallic notes, roasted malts. Light body, medium carbonation. OK, but not very impressive...

Drunk 04/may/2016. dark brown color, small off-white head. smells of spices, caramel, earthy, milky, light chocolate. decent smell. medium to full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of spices, caramel, metallic, watery, lightly astringent, earthy. finishes lightly bitter and earthy bitter with notes of caramel and spices. okish, smell is nice, but taste is rather unpleasant (might be a freshness related issue), bit below average.
4.0 Wow, an excellent surprise. The body is packed with malty flavors that produces a nice white foam. Delicious in the balance between sweetness and bitterness. Very good!
3.5 Bottle@john Bull with Maria. Clear Brown. Two finger foam. Intense toffee. Biscuit. Sweet. Dry Finish. Actually very very Good.
2.2 Taybeh Dark is a bock, and bock is one of my favorite beers. Foam is thin but persistent. The aroma is very limited and have little caramel. The taste is roasted malt, some chocolate and sugar. Sweetness level is satisfactory, but palate is not optimized. Hop bitterness set a reasonable stop for sweetness, but as a whole it will never a good bock and will never ever be comparable to the good German ones. It is not a bock I would recommend, but not also overrule totally. Its origin from Palestine is probably the most exciting, for it is not beer from this country that characterizes the Danish supermarkets assortment most - and it’s probably very good!

3.3 Bottle bb 22/7/16 scura discreta schiuma media persistenza buone note maltate tostature delicate leggero cioccolato amaro contenuto ma non stucchevole
3.4 RBWG16. Bottle pours with a mahogany colored body that supports a tan head. The modest aroma offers up dark roasted malts that are sweetened by prunes and blueberries and then it flows into mild spicy black strap molasses. The taste delivers earthy blueberry like esters as well as malts, some prunes, a modest degree of chocolate and then dark roasted malts. This is a really nice tasting roasty offering.
3.3 Bottle shared by DSG at the hotel lobby fart share - thanks again, Barak! Pours a mostly clear tea amber with a small lasting beige head that settles into a ring. Notes of chocolate, toast, tobacco, earth, and brown sugar. Light-medium bodied, with moderate carbonation and a relatively sweet mouthfeel. Not bad. Underrated.
1.6 Bottle at RBWG: Poured a caramel brown with off white head. Malty and cardboard boxy. Oxidized cardboard malt ash.
3.2 Bottle. Pours a dark brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is bready malt and toffee. Medium mouth, toasted malt, bread, cocoa, light dry finish, good.
2.4 Bottle pours out a copper amber topped with a sand head. nose is caramel candy some corn toffee. Taste is more of the caramel sweetness corn. Just happy to get another country tick.
