0,5l bottle from Edeka in München, drinking it on 19/07/2021 BB 21.12.21 Pours clear intense gold with large frothy white foam on top and visible carbonation on pour, ok lacing. Aroma of malt, grains, hay, grassy hops. Taste is sweet with malt and bready notes, hay, and a dry bitter finish with grassy hops, almost slightly spicy. Light body and smooth drinking, average to medium carbonation. Another good Tegernseer Export, i like the hoppy finish in this one.
Farblich zeigt sich dieses Bier mittelgoldgelb. Die mäßig vorhandene feine Perlage steigt gemächlich nach oben. Dieses Bier sollte also nicht zu rezent sein. Die weiße, feinporige Schaumkrone gibt sich flaumig-stabil und zeigt eine mäßige Haltbarkeit.
Die Duftnoten wirken erwartungsgemäß süßlich-malzig, aber auch deutlich würzig.
Wie erwartet, vernimmt man einen mäßig rezenten Antrunk, welcher aber frisch und bereits leicht süßlich wirkt. Der Mittelteil überzeugt mit einem sehr vollem Körper. Dem getreidig-brotigen Malzton steht eine kräftige Würze und eine deutliche Hopfenherbe gegenüber. Sehr extraktreich! Das spürt man sowohl in der Aromatik, als auch in der Haptik. Durch die feine und zurückhaltende Rezenz bekommt man ein ganz gutes Trinkgefühl und dieses Bier wirkt fast cremig im Mund. So ergibt sich zwangsläufig auch eine hervorragende Süffigkeit.
Im Abgang dominiert die Hopfenherbe, welche sich nach längerer Zeit in eine etwas trockene und fast aschige Aromatik wandelt.
From bottle. Mostly malt, grain and hay, light dry citrus notes. Dry bitterness with a malty sweet backbone. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively to soft carbonated, dry bittersweet finish. Solid.
Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.
Straw coloured, sweetness to the aftertaste for me, another decent Bavarian beer.
Bottle. Clear golden color, fine white head. Biscuit cracker, floral aroma. Dry taste, medium bitterness. Cracker malty, floral hoppy aftertaste. Full body medium to high carbonation.
Smooth, floral, sweet Bavarian Helles. A great example of the style and very easy to drink
Bottle delivered from House of Trembling Madness. Golden pour, head gone quite quickly. Sweet bready malt, some corn, medium hop, nicely balanced.
Klare goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Getreidiger, malziger, schwach floraler Geruch. Geschmacklich getreidig, malzig, leicht floral hopfig. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.
Bottle from Hops and Crafts Exeter. Pours clear pale gold with a white head. Aroma of hay, grass , lemon, doughy bread , pepper & rich tea biscuit. Taste of more hay,corn,pear, weak tea & a strange floral & medicinal note & some booze . Lightish bodied with a smooth mouthfeel and bittersweet k carbonation. The finish is sweet & slightly dry with some more hay , sugar , booze & that weird floral medicinal note & a slight saltiness.
Trotz ordentlichen 5,6 % Alk. etwas wässrig. Getreidig, minimal floral, hinten raus recht gallig. Puh, ehrlich gesagt nicht so besonders. Aber immerhin zumindest optisch recht ansprechend.

Did not do an official tasting but it was quite enjoyable. I remember it being well balance, with nice smoothness and a nice amount of good feel and flavor.
I will search this out and update, when I have a chance.
Schönes Helles, ordentlich crispy wie sich das gehört, in Nase und Trunk süffig süß, Getreide, sehr lecker.
I could choose this lager easily for a good session. Its such a shame in the UK that these standard lagers are not the standard lagers replacing insipid Fosters, Carling and the like..
Bottle from Tschorn, limpid gold with a thin head and a lightly corny and hoppy-dry nose. Crisp and sweet, with noble hoppy bitterness, full bodied but not complex.

Pours a clear light golden colour with a large throthy white head. Nice looking beer. Gentle carbonation. Aromas of cereals, hay, straw, grass and bread. Taste is more of the same notes with added faint notes of cardboard and lemon. Light to medium bodied with a little grassy bitterness on the finish. Lots of fresh flavour even with a slightly metallic aftertaste. Nice lager.
Flaska från webbier.de. Klar gyllengul vätska med vitt kompakt skum. Doft av gräs, hö, bröd och smör. Smak som doften, bra kropp, lätt lite dammig vätska, distinkta smaker. Trevlig.
Auch dieses Bier kannte ich schon bevor ich es kaufte. Wie das Helle, trank ich auch dieses in einem Rucksachtoutistenbeisl in der Nähe der Wr. Westbahnhofs, als ich eine solche Sauftour noch aushielt.
In einem bottelshop fand ich es neben em Hellen wieder. Beim Zahlen an der Kasse meinte der hipster-bärtige Verkäufer, das es sich beim gekauften Produkt um das Spezial und nicht um das Helle der Brauerei handelt -das hätte ich jetzt nicht erwartet, dass in einer Flasche auf der "Spezial" steht ein Spezialbier und nicht das Helle ist. Aber offenbar hatte er seine Gründe mich zu fragen. Ich war aber froh, das Spezial zu bekommen.
Geschmacklich ist es voller als das Helle, aber an Süffigkeit ist es kaum zu übertrumpfen. Es ist etwas komisch süßlich im Mittelteil, aber das unterstreicht eher die ftiefen Getreidenoten, als plump zu wirken.
Kein übertrieben spezielles Bier, aber ein solides, tiefes Bier mit tollem, vollen Körper.
Dość gęsta piana, klarowne. Słodkawy, dość intensywny aromat. W smaku wytrawne, nuty winogronowe, kwaśnawe, przypominające szampana. W tle przewijają się nuty bananowe. Posmak kwaśnawy, finisz delikatnie goryczkowy. Pijalne. Solidny Heller.
Aussehen: klar hell golden, weiße mittlere rasch zusammenfallende Krone, mittlere Perlung
Geruch: Heu, Gerste, Zitrus, mittel bis schwach
Antrunk: schwach zitrus, wässrig
Midtrunk: nur eine leichte bitterness die ungewöhnlich für ein Helles ist.
Abtrunk: auch hier diese leichte bitterniss, holz mit etwas schärfe im Nachgang.
Fazit: ein Helles mit ungewöhnöicher Bitternness und Schärfe die jetzt zwar nicht unbedingt stört aber auch nicht hätte sein müssen. Trinkbar aber es gibt bessere.
Draft 0.25l at Proeflokaal t'Kelkje, Amsterdam, The Netherlands. 25.01.2020. Pour it clear golden color with small white head. Aroma nice grains, light herbal note. Taste nice easy drinkable, light bitterness, smooth finish really nice.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of cooked corn, green beans, light malt. Taste is creamy malt, more vegetal notes. Light spice on the finish.
Clear golden, white head. Malty, hoppy aroma, slightly doughy. Bready flavour, mild, spice. Decent quencher.

Appearance - golden with gentle carbonation. Decent proportionate head.
Nose - sweetcorn, green beans, brown bread.
Taste - creamy malt, tomato plant and hop spice.
Palate - light bodied, creamy Helles type middle. Gently dry finish.
Overall - nice.
Aroma is medium malty. It smells like grain. Clear, light yellow to golden color with a medium sized, white head. Flavor is medium sweet, light bitter. It tastes like grain and honey. Body is medium, mouthfeel is thin. Finish is short and medium bitter. Very nice Helles.
Very drinkeable beer. Looks good. Nothing special but also nothing bad.Not sure why this is called dortmunder style but I like it
Hm, dziwne piwo. Takie zwykłe, niechlujne powiedziałbym. Skład - niemieckie prawo czystości, klasyka. Barwa złocista, biała piana, klarowne. Słodowe, ścierkowe, no słabe, niepijalne wręcz. Jestem na nie.
Schmeckt mir am besten aus der Flasche; Im Glas verliert es ein bisschen seine Kraft.
