2.8 Hazy brown. Medium body and flavor, lean texture, average length. Sour, dry, not bitter. Vinegary, fruity. Nothing in it for me.
4.0 On draft at craft beer cellar Clayton Aroma 7 /10: funk, currant, dried cranberry Appearance 3 /5: clear reddish amber, small foamy head that dissipates quickly Palate 4 /5: bubbly, medium body, tart with no puckering Taste 8 /10: tart cherry, grape, finishes with wine tannin flavor and a little earthiness. Overall 18/20: really well balanced for a sour. Tart without too much tartness, enough complexity in flavor sustain my interest. Final: 4.0
Riktigt gott.

4.3 Bottle from Beergium at Mon Petit Cafe. Aroma is strong cherries, tart raspberries, oak, some vanilla notes. Taste is medium sour with sweet finish, very fruity, tartness is broken by some caramel and vanilla in the background. The art of blend really shines here.

3.9 Draught at the taproom. Rimson color, white head. Sour taste with cherry, blackberry, oak, tart, wheat and citrus. Sour finish with cherry, wheat, blackberry, tart and grass. Excellent sour ale.
3.9 Dark reddish brown colour. Thin head. This has a dark cherry aroma, touch of chocolate. Has a deep cherry note, that sort of darker cherries you get from some krieks. Tart, but with a touch of sweetness, and maybe some sweet malts. There’s this almondy note...pit I presume, that contributes complexity. All in all, solid fruit sour.
