Bottle. Light red colour, hazy, no head. Faint nose. Mouth is raspberry, lacto. A bit like German Bionade drink. Medium bitterness. Medium carbonation. Good, but not very interesting.
750ml bottle [4.3% abv]. Cloudy, reddish golden colour with small, bubbly, off-white head. Tart-ish, minimally earthy and herbal, Lambic-like raspberry aroma, hints of mustard seed and honey, a touch of raspberry flavoured sherbet. Taste is mildly tart, slightly sweet, fruity, sweet-ish and sour-ish, juicy notes of raspberry, a touch of sherbet; soft palate, soft carbonation, dry finish. Extremely unagressive concerning sourness and carbonation, superbly balanced. Wouldn’t suffer from some earthy raspberry dirtiness.

Keg at The Hop Inn, Newcastle-Under-Lyme. A clear deep pink colour with no head. Aroma of tart raspberry, slight lactic acid and subtle wood.
Taste of tart raspberry, some lactic acid, slight wood, a little farmyard and subtle cherry. Light bodied and a slick texture. A tart and sour raspberry finish. As expected, raspberry dominated and sour but it’s the perfect balance for a Berliner weisse. Lovely and fruity.
750 ml bottle. Pours a dark pink. Sharp tight bubbles. Creamy and sharp fruit taste not overlly rasberry taste. Clean finish.
From tap at Uiltje Bar, Haarlem. Aroma is sweetish and tart red berries, tart raspberry, ’roosvicee’. Flavour is tart, a bit sweet and moderate to medium sour. Body is light. Pleasant Raspberry Sour, easy and very drinkable.
Bottle from the brewery. 4% version. Pours pink with no head. Nice tart raspberry aroma. The taste is lovely fresh raspberry. Just the right balance between sweet fruitiness and tart sourness. Excellent.
Bottle during RBWG GT. Pours a clear pink ruby with no head. The aroma is berry, oak, floral. Thin body, strong raspberry flavor, nice sourness, light oak and funk, crushable, very nice.
Draft at Uiltje bar. Aroma of tart, raspberry and oak. Fresh fruity taste of raspberry awesomeness, mild oak, tart and sharp bittersour fruit. Delicious.
Bottle. The essence of raspberries, lacto notes, sour but not over the top. Very simple yet very intense. Excellent.
On tap @ What’s Brewing, Stavanger. Pours hazy orangy pink, with a creamy head. Aroma is tart with raspberries and musty fruits, as well as farmhouse and light lactic notes. Light body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart, with lactic acid and raspberries, as well as some musty earthy notes. Lingering tartness in the finish.
On tap at Whats Brewing, Stavanger. Pours hazy deep pink/red no head, nice loooking. Aroma is strong raspberries, with some light sour acidic notes. Taste is dry and clean raspberries, less raspberries than suggested by the aroma, still enough to make this a splendid one, long dry moderate acidic finish.
Keg at the North Riding Brewpub in Scarborough. Pours ruby red and clear with a slight head round the edge of the glass. Nose of strong raspberries and a little bret - really good! Taste is amazingly sour with plenty of fruit flavour and some salt. Great licker of the lips!
On tap @ Borefts 2014. They really struggled get in this out of the tap. Pours a wonderful looking pink light blurry red body with a huge pink lacing head. Nothing to say on the looks, and it just smells amazing of fresh raspberries. Also, sour lime, cherries and sour fruty raspberries. Dominates a lovely aroma. So much flavor in such a little beer! Raspberries, fresh from the tree. It’s smooth and comfortable in the mouth. A little sour tartness, but it’s definitely not over-sour this. Wonderful refreshing and moreish. Something I could drink anytime anywhere!

Bottle. Strength higher than listed here. Nose is pronounced raspberry, cherry, slight sour, almonds, marzipan; soft and appealing. Taste is a bright, refreshing lemon, cherry, dough, green apple and a pleasing dry raspberry and marzipan finish.
I’m very bored of the oceans of sour, but this is a simple idea perfectly executed. A light refreshing lunch time drink.

Pours pinkred, small white head. Smell is pure, herbal raspberry. Taste is dry, sharp sour. Mild fruityness. Very dry ending. Bit too weak, but not bad.

At Ghent Beer Festival. Pours hazy and bright red with a quickly dissipating head. The aroma contains lots of raspberries, some other fruits, some sugar, lactic acid. It tastes heavy sour and medium sweet. Light body, acidic aftertaste, slick texture. A bit too light in body. Nice. (Edited 5/1/18)
On tap at Mikkeller & Friends, Copenhagen. Pours cloudy deep red with small off-white head. Fruity, raspberry, citric, bit sweetish and moderate tartness. Light bodied, easy drinkable and refreshing. Nice.

Little hazy bright red beer, no head. Aroma: lots of raspberries, no head. Aroma: lots of raspberries, indeed, bit funky, sourish, metallic. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots and lots of raspberries, nice acidity, lovely beer. Aftertaste: more real raspberries, sourish, lemony touch, lovely sour beer!
Kernel’s take on the present craze surrounding Berliner Weisses flavored with actual fruit, this one with raspberry. At GBF. Loose and unstable, bubbly head quickly dissipating, ruby red colour with pinkish hue. Aroma of fresh red sweet raspberry, tomato juice (as usual in a raspberry beer), violets, roses, lemon zest; vivid fruity, sour onset, red raspberry in full glory with a lemony acidic edge, softish carbo, supple mouthfeel, very lightly bready and a tad soapy, fruit and lactic tartness persisting and cutting through it all, aftertaste has again that tomato-like quality often found in beers made with actual raspberry. In the same league as the raspberry version of Ich Bin Ein Berliner made by Alvinne and Laugar, both in terms of content and quality.
Smell of straight raspberry spritzer. No head, somewhat dull sour taste, is this beer? A bit watery. I love this brewery, but I would not say this is a good take on a Berliner Weisse.
Reddish juice looks with not much head. Aroma has lots of sweet raspberries, sour berries. Taste is sour at first then raspberries pop up with sweet notes. Lightish body and medium carbonation.

Aroma of funk, barnyard, sour berries, red apples, sugar.
Taste follows this, with some more ripe pears.
Medium to light slick mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes medium sour, a bit dry, fruity, a bit funky.
Very nice. Easy and fresh, but also really aromatic and diverse for the ABV. Very fruity and with just the right amount of sourness. Perfect summer beer.

Czerwoniutkie landrynkowo piwo ze szczatkowa piana ktora i tak zaraz znika. aromaty... no maliny, maliny, maliny.. do tego troche cytryny. co ciekawsze, te maliny w aromacie wcale nie sa jednoznacznie kwasne. sa i kwasne i slodkie - fajny efekt. W ustach kwasnosc dosc wysoka o nieco mlecznno-kefirowo-cytrynowym charakterze. nieco dretwieje jezyk. pozniej ciut ciut chlebowych. mam wrazenie, ze w posmakach sol, ale nie wiem, czy to nie jakas zmylka percepcyjna. Bardzo malo zlozone prawde powiedziawszy ale zarazem bardzo intensywne. niskie+ wysycenie, malo ciala, praktycznie brak goryczki, oczywiscie brak czegokolwiek z alko sie kojarzacego. Na sniadanie jak znalazl. az szkoda, ze nie ma upalu, jeszcze lepiej by pasowalo. bdb

Tap at Salt Horse. Pours raspberry pink with no head. Aroma is raspberry and lactic. Taste is raspberry sweet, raspberry tart, lactic. Medium-high acidity.
Draft at Craft Beer Co, Covent Gardens. Bright reddish-pink color with no head or lace. Tart, fruity aroma and flavor. Not super sour, but enough sourness to counterbalance the sweetness. Clean, light, and refreshing. Great beer for daytime drinking.
