3.5On tap at Borefts 2016. Clear pale gold colour lasting white head. Light saison and lemon aroma. Light saison in mouth but plenty of character. Good. Full not thin . Dry finish. Decent hop flower fresh on finish. Very impressive Good won my ambivalence over. Pepper white bitter finish.

1.9Hell bitterer, sehr trockener Antrunk. Laff, stark bitter bleibend, hart überhaupt Aromen zu finden. Okay.... 9/7/6/6//6

3.3750ml bottle. Pours yellowish orange with a smooth head. Aroma of fruits, spices, hints of yeast and earthiness. Taste is smooth, slightly watery with some spices, earthiness, grainy malts, farmyard and yeast. Finish is heavily carbonated, slightly spicy and earthy with some farmyardy notes and hints of grainy malts. Okay table beer.
3.1Pours a cloudy yellow color. Aroma has some bread, herbs and yeast. Taste is surprisingly flavorful for such a low abv. Lots of banana citrus and herbs in profile. Only complaint is the palate and finish are slightly watery.
3.8Bottle in garden, 3rd July 16. Pours light straw colour. Aroma is fresh, citrus, yeast, spice. Taste is full especially given the extreme low ABV. Yeast, spice, funk, citrus. Very refreshing and enjoyable.
3.2Bottled (from Saveur Biere). Hazy yellowish golden colour, mediumsized foamy white head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is floral, fruity some grassy, herbal and earthy notes. Flavour is quite much the same. Quite nicely dry palate.
3.9Bottle. Nose is yeast, funk, honey, floral. Taste dry, lime, hints of grapefruit, light floral, dry slightly spiced finish, hints of honey, funk, floral. Mouthfeel is light given the low alcohol.
Fantastic table beer, that is light, characterful, and dry. Perfect for a hot lunchtime.
3.233 cl bottle @ home. Batch #547, BBE 08/2017
Aroma is rather soapy and a bit musty with apricot. Also some funky yeasty notes. Flavour has minerals, grassy hops, some funky yeastyness, oaty notes and some apricot. Quite rich for this ABV.
3.6Bottle. Cris and slightly sour with notes of rye bread, grapefruit and clove. Drinkable.
3.6Bottle, shared with Mafair. Medium golden, moderately hazy, need to be cautious as there is a lot of yeast sediment. Persistent lovely white head. Cereal grains, bready yeast, light honey, light grassy notes, mild peppery notes, moderately dry finish. Light all around, but very pleasant.
3.50.75 l bottle from K-Citymarket Ruoholahti, Helsinki. Aroma has fruits. Visually it is golden, clear, bubbly and with a head. At first when the yeast is in the bottom of the bottle you’ll get dry and bitter ending. There might also be some taste of wheat. For an ABV of 2.9 this tastes more than just plain water. Later on when you get to the yeast there is also some grapefruit. Mixed with the yeast colour is dark golden and cloudy with a big head.
3.3A muky, dark yellow beer, a head is medium and white. Aroma has strong sourness, fruitness, some chalk, personal. Taste has strong sourness, that’s dominating flavour, fruitness and herbs. The end is spicy, dry and sour. Low alcohol % cannot be noticed, medium bodied, strong carbonation. Interesting and sour saison. Personal and tasteful.
3.7Golden hazy body with pink-brown reflections; fine bubbles; very fine foam. Aroma of agrums, honey, grass. Well hoppy, so bitterness is obvious from beginning to end; body is a medium; ideal as a starter. Remarkable owing to the very light alcohol degree. Should be successful in hot summers for whom who enjoys real beer...
3.4Bottle. Pours a murky dark orange with a thin mostly lasting off white bubbly head. Aroma of orange, caramel, yeast, mixed spices, malty. Taste is of orange, light citrus, pepper, bread, dry finish. Oily mouthfeel, soft to medium carbonation.
3.4Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty citrus hoppy weak yeasty aroma. Fruity malty citrus hoppy yeasty flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy citrus hoppy yeasty finish.
