4.010-12-2020; can; at home (bought Bier&Zo, Rotterdam, The Netherlands).
The beer has there right looks for a DIPA. The colour is a pale yellow. The beer is very hazy, like it should. On top some frothy white foam is formed. Foam retention is average. A nice drape and some lacing are left on the beer. Not bad.
The aroma of the beer is nice. It has some nice malt aromas as a base. Biscuity, with a bready note. Not bad. The hops are nice and robust. They give aromas of zest, lemon and lime, grapefruit, some stone fruit and a touch of pine. Also a slight resinous touch is there. In the back there is a nice slight nutty note, reminding me more of German hops. It is a nice bouquet. There is also a nice alcohol aroma, bringing that final DIPA touch.
The taste of the beer is also nice. Sweet malts and sweet alcohol, together with some sweet fruit aromas. But, the bitternes of the hops brings good balance, especially combined with the sour fruity notes. Nicely done.
The palate of the beer is also nice. Medium carbonation, with a nice tingle from the alcohol. The body is medium and the texture is nice and smooth. The finish of the beer has nice alcohol warmth, fruity hops, some zest, some pine, delicious, nice. Great DIPA from Thornbridge.
3.8Can from Lupe Pintos. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of marmalade and Lockets. Flavour of orange and honey. Medium to full body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. Heavy and sweet.
4.1Can from Thornbridge, ordered online as part of 15 year Jaipur celebration pack.
Aroma: Grapefruit, pineapple, lemon
Hazy golden colour with finger of head
Big juicy mouthfeel. Alcohol there but not too upfront in the taste. Richer depth than standard Jaipur. Grapefruit predominates. Honey sweetness. Actually, grapefruit spread with honey a close comparison. Nice carbonation. Cracking.
3.4Big, beefed up version of Jaipur. Increased alcohol is evident on the palate as is the hoppy bitterness. All the same flavours but dialled up to 11. Not sure it is entirely necessary though.
3.5Bottled, 330ml from the Thornbridge Brewery Shop, Bakewell, Derbys. Gold to amber with white head. This has quite an assertive resinous bitterness from the off, hoppy, sharp in character. Dry grapefruit flavours, lemon rind, grass, pine needles. Very pleasant.
3.3330ml bottle from the Thornbridge online store. Looks like the regular version. Nice aroma of sweet fruit, syrup and assertive alcohol. Very bitter, but with a sweet alcoholic note at the end. Quite a lot of aniseed notes. Good, if not altogether balanced.
4.0On tap @ Thornbridge Den Bosch.
Hazy light golden with a white head. Tropical fruit aroma with some light malts. Taste is medium bitter to bitter with a long bitter finish. Alcohol is very well hidden as this was one smooth beer. Really enjoyable.
3.5Jaipur X. Troszkę mi leciał tym alkoholem, ale nie przypuszczałem, że jest go aż tyle. Niezbyt orzeźwiające, grejpfrutowe, lekko słodowe, z alkoholową goryczką i wyziewem. Ale wciąż spoko.
4.0De Decervecitas. En copa Teku. Jugando a Avernum 5.
Hazy yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, citrus, fruit peel, orange and pine. Flavour is malt, fruit, hops, pine, grapefruit, orange, warming, sweet, pine and bitter.
3.7Draught at Taphouse.
Cloudy golden colored with a medium sized white head.
Fruity aroma of citrus and pine needles.
Fruity flavor of hops and pine needles with notes of caramel and citrus.
Hoppy finish.
3.7Sample at Beavertown Extravaganza 2017. A dark golden coloured beer with an off-white head. Aroma and flavour of malt, hops, spice, peach, apricot, grapefruit and with a bitter finish.
4.4Pours a hazy, light golden colour with thin white head. Big New World hop aromas of citrus fruits, some grapefruit and pine. Taste delivers a big hop hit at first, piney resinous hops very much to the fore, with tropical fruits, grapefruit and caramel flavours then revealing themselves beneath this. A great beer - big flavours, hoppy and fruity - Jaipur on steroids! Finish is dominated by hop bitterness, but it leaves you wanting more. Fantastic beer!
3.5Pours straw yellow with small head. Aroma: a lot of citrus and tropical fruit. Taste: medium body, dry , with citrus coming out. 10% ABV extremly well hidden.
4.0Bottle in garden, this one is almost in the Best Before, but still great. 23rd September 17. Pours clear and golden, aroma is pine, ripe citrus fruit. Taste is really smooth and balanced, pine, peach, sweet and bitter linger. Hides the ABV and great to have a more traditional dipa for a change ...
4.6Bottle from Beer Hawk. Pours pale and cloudy with incredibly thin head. Aromas of tropical fruit. Sweet and sour taste with caramel and citrus, surprisingly lightly hopped. Aftertaste is like a sherbet lemon!
3.2From keg at Beavertown extravaganza in London: second day, 9th september 2017....
3.7Pours cloudy yellow with low white head
Aromas hoppy and malty of sweet fruits, hints of tropical fruits, caramel, pine, resin
Taste has hoppy notes of pine, caramel, tropical fruits and a malty backbone
3.9Pours hazy golden with a moderate frothy white head. Aromas of peach, apricot, grapefruit, resin. Taste is very fruity with resinous and pine notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
3.9Keg at the Draft House Camden, deep gold with a thin head and a fruity boozy nose with a hint of onion. Rich, boozy and dry-bitter. Lots of peppery hoppiness, bittersweet and malty, great balance between malty sweetness and drying alcohol.
3.7Slightly hazy deep gold colour with rather reasonable white foam. Aromas sweet of fruity tropical hops with grapefruit, mango and pine resin notes. Palate, full body with smooth texture leaving slightly boozy warming finish. Taste, sweet and slightly boozy of pine resin with tropical fruits. Overall, rather nice, but rather strong too, hoppy sweet and boozy beer.
3.9Bottle from Hops and Crafts Exeter. Pours clear light gold with a white head. Aroma of lemon, orange blossom, pine & fresh bread. Taste of lemon, pine, orange rind ,biscuit & booze(thou not to obvious for 10%). Light bodied, nicely carbonated. The finish is bitter & dry with more orange rind, pine, lemon & booze . The best beer I’ve tried from Thornbridge.
4.0330ml bottle. Clear golden orange colour with a thick off-white head, eventually settling. Aroma: fruity, resin, pine, mango, stone fruits. Taste: very hoppy, fruity, piney, resin, stone fruits, mango, malt, obviously some alcohol warmth with this so you know it’s 10%. Medium body, soft carbonation. This is a quality IIPA.
3.74/4/17. Bottle thanks to cgarvieuk! WL beer! Hazy orange pour under a small khaki head. Citrus, floral, and spicy hop punch, minerals, pale malts. Citrus flavor, sour orange, citrus, floral, spicy, pale malts. Probably a little old, which is my fault, but actually held up well considering. Thanks, Craig!
3.3L:

S:
-grapefruit,peach,citrus,passionfruit,oranges,tangerines,after a while i the glass it developes unpleasant chlorine and methane Aromas
T:
-grapefruit,peach,citrus,passionfruit,oranges,tangerines,grainy
-medium to high bitterniss for the style
F:
-medium carbonation
-medium body

O:
Make sure you drink this fast (preferably out of the bottle), as the chemical Aromas could turn you off of this really fast.
Luckily, there was nothing wrong with the taste.
3.8Aroma:
Medium aroma of malts, honey, orange, tropical fruit, hops and citrus.
Appearance:
Hazy/turbid golden/amber beer with heavy yeast and with a slight/medium white head.
Taste/Palate:
Starts heavy sweet with malts, honey, orange and tropical fruit; ends slightly bitter and dry with hops and citrus.
Overall:
This beer is intense and balanced, but lacks complexity. Not a lot of malts or hops, most of the flavour comes from the yeast. Still manages to make it work and really pleasant.
4.1Pours yellow with a small head.
Aroma is full of piny and resinous hops, clean but heavy malt and some herbal and spicy notes.
Flavours include spicy and herbal hops, more piny notes, some clean malt but finishes pretty dry.
3.6500 ml bottle from Hawthorne Cellars. Pours golden with medium head. Floral aroma. Flavour is well balanced for ABV and is hoppy, citrus, and pine. Enjoyable.
