3.1 Brilliant white tight bubbly head stayed on a slowly carbonating pale gold body. Grass, cereal & bread aroma. Medium bodied, sharp on the tongue with a softer back. Grass, cereal, biscuit, hops & earth tastes.
3.3 Clear yellow appearance. Aroma is grassy, citrus and hops. Flavour is crisp, biscuit, grassy and cereal.
2.9 Light beer, smells of freshly cut grass. Session beer, had a couple of bottles on a sunny afternoon in Camden market. Does have a potential to become popular.
3.3 Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen (02/08/2019) - almost clear golden pour with a white head. Light citrus fruity with accents of lemon, some straw, cereal, minerals, light to medium body, light grassy crisp hoppy finish.
3.7 can at home catching up with my reviews. the beer was light and clean and smooth and fruity
3.0 33cl glass bottle poured into a small shaker type glass. Best before 29/10/2019, cost £5.50 from ‘Maple’ restaurant in Westfield London. Pours a light straw colour, clear appearance with lots of carbonation but very little head. The head that does appear is pristine white with large bubbles. Aroma of white bread, cereal grains, light lemon. Slightly sweet. The taste follows identically to the aroma. Clean and refreshing, as desired sitting in the sun on a hot day. Nothing on the palate. Smooth but thin mouthfeel. It does the job it was born to do and does it well.
2.6 Bottle. Disappointing as I like Thornbridge but found this very sweet and a slightly odd aftertaste
3.8 Crystal clear, tiny head wich disappeared quick. Crisp and tasty, well balanced. Nice one
3.3 Decent Kölsch beer. More character than your usual lagered beers. Very pleasantly drinkable.
3.5 Bottle from Damian. Clear, pale yellow colour with small white head, aroma of malt, slightly herbal. Taste is malty, fruity, light body, lower bitterness, bit sour, pleasant malty finish. Nice light beer.
2.5 Clear crisp beer slight golden look Nothing much going on
2.9 Bottle. Yellow gold, thin short lived white head and low condition. Gentle sweet chalky grain notes and a hint of peppery hop in the nose, clean and malty in the mouth with a slightly estery fruitiness and a low dry bitterness, finish is brief and chalky with a gentle bitterness.
4.0 Delicious. A good all round beer
3.1 Thornbridge Tzara (330ml Bottle, 4.8%) Aroma: Apple, Pear, Slight Floral, Mute. Appearance: Clear Pale Yellow, Minimal white head. Taste: Apple, Dry Grass, Light hops. You can tell this has been aged like a lager, it's light in flavour, It's very refreshing though. It's not going to blow you away, but it's still a decent beer. One for the lager drinkers who want something a bit different.
3.0 Like a good clean lager with some of the depth of a decent beer. Really liked it.
2.7 Aroma; malt, doygh, apple, mash. Look; soon gone off white head, clear pale pale golden body. Taste; malts, dough, caranek, apple, - short juicy tail. Feel; ok body, ok co². Overall; easy kölsch. [btl@Dům]
3.0 From backlog. Taster at Haand Festival. Yellow with white head. Malts, hops, Fruity.
3.4 crystal clear pale/yellow. smells like ripe pears. taste fruity front with bready malt body and clean dry finish. very tasty.
3.0 Bottle from Vinmonopolet Re. Won at work. Very light yellow body. Light, crisp and refreshing mouth feel. Thin body. Lively carbonation. Fruit, malt, pear flavour. Some esters. Nice. Not the most interesting beer though.
2.1 330ml from bottle bought at M&S. Disappointing Kolsch, pours light and pale, with no head, and it is closer to a cheap commercial metallic lager than anything else
3.2 Pivo u flaši. Popijeno u Stella Beer2Go dućanu i kušaoni piva u Medulinu.
3.3 17/08/2018 - draught glass @Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Clear golden, nice creamy white head. Nose is grains, grassy, ripe fruits. Taste is grains, bit grassy, bit sweet corn feel, ripe fruits. Except for the sweet corn feel, not unpleasant at all. Kölsch tick!
2.7 Flaske. Helt klar let gylden, flot luftig hvid skum som hurtigt svinder helt væk. Ikke megen aroma, minder mest om pilsner. Smager ikke dårligt, men ikke nogen stor smag, fin sommer øl, meget let drikkelig, ganske let bitterhed.
2.4 Aroma of wirt, very light in taste, not much hops, short aftertaste. Not a beer to remember.
3.1 Aroma: Fruity wheat and malt. Flavour: Fruity sweetness with some bitterness and a fruity finish. Colour: Yellow amber with a white head. From: Bottle @ Citti Harislee Germany Apr. 2018.
2.9 Tap at Samo Pivo in Belgrade-Serbia. Golden clear pour, a small foam which lowers quickly. Nose: honey, straw, sweet maltiness. Mouth: a feel of corn, it talks to a commercial lager somehow.
2.4 Not very strong aroma. Very light golden colour, practically no head. Lovely bitterness but softly sweetish hint at the same time.
2.9 From a beer hawk mystery case. Pours very light golden. No head. Mild lagerish aroma. Taste of pale malts, mild hops and sweetish. Tangy and refreshing.
3.0 Botelski. Clear golden, medium white head, bubbly, ok lacing. Aroma of malt and bit fruity hops and caramel. Flavour is sweet hoppy fruits bit with an ok maltiness, fair.
2.9 5 - 3 - 6 - 4 - 11 Crystal clear, pale golden body with a small, short-lived, white head that leaves some lacing. Malty, lager-like, strong aroma of grain, cereal, pale malts, and sweet fruits. Strong flavour of grains, cereal, pale malts, sweet caramel, and a sweet generic fruitiness. Moderate sweet taste with a long-lasting light bitter finish. Medium body, smooth texture, moderate carbonation. Quite nice. It doesn't have the metallic background I often find in pilsners, and it's much sweeter and have a more pronounced yeasty fruitiness. I still find kölsch to be a strange beer style, though. [33 cl bottle, enjoyed 8 months before BB date, from Vinmonopolet Ullevål, Oslo]
