Attention: from the brewer:
This is the draft version called "Gueuze Tilquin- draft version" and it is 4.8% or 5.3 % alc/vol. It shouldn’t be confounded by the bottle version which is called "Oude Gueuze Tilquin à l’ancienne" and is 6.4% alc/vol (either in 375ml or 750ml).

3.8 on tap at Volo. poured bright haze amber gold with bright white top. Aroma peach fruity tartness. Nice. Taste, long lingering, tart yet balanced with apricot, peach sweetness feel on side. Very tasty creation.
3.6 On tap at Ambasada Zagreb. Unclear golden coloured, small white head, mild brett and herbal nose. Yeasty, fruity, slightly citrusy and some brett with rather strong carbonation.
3.5 Early rating from Beer Buddy app
4.0 On tap at The Beer Cellar in Glen Ellyn, IL. as a 7 oz. pour to plastic showing a fairly clear, orangey/gold color, with a presentable layer of off white froth that reduced to a lingering thin ring, light film, and doily-like lacing. The nose was mild funk, slight herb, tartness, citrus & peel, pit fruit, with some vinous qualities. Medium bodied, the taste was similar notes, with seltzer-like liveliness to a rather dry effervescence, even keeled tartness & tanginess, and touches of earthiness & oak to the finish. Restrained the drinkability notion, maybe due to the price, but one to savor.
3.5 Had at Bsr Volo downtown. A very simple sour with a bit of old oak on the nose and palate. Some pale stone fruit, a bit of mineral, honestly not that vibrant complex or interesting.
3.1 Draught at Rbabarrab. Low and quickly disappearing fluffy white head. Hazy dark orange body. Sweet fruity, mainly apricot, aroma. Sour dry apricot flavor with little hops bitterness, low carbonation and a long bitter sweet finish.
3.6 Keg at Beer Merchants Tap, Hackney Wick. Huge oaky, Misty, fruity nose. Crisp and very nicely even sourness. Woody finish.
3.9 A completely unexpected, but very welcome rating - which I'd missed stupidly at Moeder Lambic 7 years ago and managed to keep on missing for years after. On tap at Lya, because of course it would be! 5.3%. Hazy golden body, traces of foam. Fresh, clean herbal-bretty-funky aroma, bitterish. Brett-driven taste, hrbal and lightly citric, lovely balance, so damn drinkable. Excellent!
3.7 Ottima birra acida con gusto molto complesso. Note si ossido.
3.5 Citron, citronskal, bitter og gæret.
4.0 10/05/2019 Miss Gueze Tilquin in forma strepitosa, sexy e sinuosa piu' che mai.
4.0 Piękne, w idealnym świecie stale na jednym z kranów, kwintesencja elegancji lambikowej, wzorcowe, podrecznikowe gueuze. Jest trochę stajenki w której ktos przyjarał blanta.
4.0 Poured golden, hazy with minimal foam. Aroma is citrus and grapefruit. Taste is sour citrus with some tartness. Medium body and carbonation. A classic!
4.2 Quel plaisir de boire une Gueuze Tilquin à la pression. L'acidité est présente mais moins soutenue que sur certaines gueuzes. Belles notes fermières et boisées. Du travail d'artiste.
3.9 On tap at the Tangent Cafe in Vancouver. A translucent light amber color with a white head and a faint indistinct nose. A light body, but intensely soured and tart mixed fruit notes. Nice, but very unseasonal for December. A summer beer for sure.
3.7 On tap, 't Brugs Beertje, Bruges - Pours a clear yellow colour with a small white head that settled. Aroma is tart with some grapefruit, cider vinegar and woody notes. A good balance of tart sourness and light sweet flavours, grapefruit and vinegar notes and some bitterness in a dry finish.
3.8 WFP 11 Aroma: wild, lambic notes, a little bit of a “horse” note, peaches and some vinegar Taste: sour, wild, lambic notes and some vinegar
3.6 Draught at WFP11 Aroma-fruit#, barnyard Appearance-golden, hazy, white head Taste-medium sourness, light sweetness and bitterness Palate-medium body, sticky, average carbonation, long finish Overall-very good
4.0 Tap. Aroma- intensive citrus notes, mainly lemon and pink grapefruit. Subtle wooden oak note in the background. Golden, quite hazy, with almost no head. Taste- fantastic balance between sour citrus fruits, some tartness in the aftertaste and delicate wooden notes. Mega refreshing and still multi dimensional. Very elegant, low bodied, with a medium carbonation. Awesome Oude Lambic.
3.8 Draft in New Orleans. Almost clear body, tiny white head. The aroma has oak. The taste is very fruity, not too sour. Very much oak.
3.9 Keg at foeders. Amsterdam. A clear golden yellow coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is onion, tart lemon, leafy, pithy,. Flavour is tart lemon, horsey funk, lemon rind, fairly clean, prickly citrus, citric acid. Palate is dry. Lemon rind, sharp, highish carbonation. Good.
4.1 Keg at Burnhearts, 4.8% version. Slightly hazy yellow, large creamy tan head good retention. Aroma of funk, mold, leather, fungus. Taste is funk, lemon, mold, pepper. Medium bodied, lingering tart and funk. Medium bodied lingering tartness.
3.9 Poured from the tap (5.3% version). Hazy gold with dissipating white head. Mild tartness, mellow funk and horseblanket. Good blend.
4.0 Sample at District Pourhouse during the "Deep Tracks Only Cellar Cleaning" event for CCBW on 05/17/2019. Slightly hazy yellow-gold color with a medium white head that burns away steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lace. Funky fruit, wheat and malt in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of funky citrus, herbal yeast and doughy malt. The finish is funky barnyard and yeast flavors. Good beer all around.
4.3 Perfect
3.7 Una gueuze molto semplice, bionda senza schiuma quasi, acidità minima quasi amabile.
3.8 Version "seca" de una gueuze
