3.433cl bottle. Pours misty ruby red with a tall airy pinkish head. Aroma: natural raspberries, distant funky notes. Light body. Taste: raspberry, funk, thank god not that sweet, refreshing with a pleasant tart ending. Very drinkable.
3.015-12-18 // old bottle from a shop in Belgium.
BBD February 2015. Himba syrup nose. Clear golden red. Nice colour. Sweetish. Mild framboise. Geht schon.
3.1Aroma: Cereals and fruits.
Appearance: Soft red color with clear/hazy liquid and minimal white head.
Taste: Medium sweetness and light sourness.
Palate: Light body with thin texture and average carbonation. Sweet and sour fruity finish.
Overall: Not too sweet and not long memories. Easy to drink and strong fuit features.
2.8250 ml bottle, as Timmermans Framboise Lambicus, from Bris Ølutsalg, Jørpeland. ABV is 4%. Pink to red colour, moderate off-white pinkish head. Sweetish aroma of ripe and over-ripe raspberries. Sweet flavour, ripe and over-ripe raspberries again, not much acidity. Little lambic character. Sugary and thin mouthfeel. Won't buy again.
3.3Deep ruby-colored beer with a medium fluffy light pink head. Nose of sweet raspberries, berry frosting, and slightly tart red fruit skin. Flavor is tart and sweet with sour raspberry, macerated berries, and a little funky yeast. Good fruit beer, if a little bit too sweet for my taste.
3.3Robe rouge rosée, limpide, mousse correcte mais s'efface vite. Au nez, le fruit est présent. En bouche aussi, soutenu par une légère amertume herbeuse. Sympathique, ne fait pas trop sirop et le fruit est présent.
3.1From beer of month club. Nose is sweet and raspberry. Body is light and thin and sweet. No real complexity here - seems like a wine cooler I drank in high school. Low abv and would be better as a sour or something. Rating for style but would drop more for beer overall.
Never got to the point I couldn’t finish it but wouldn’t seek out.
3.3Dark red, clear pour with lots of lasting pinkish foam and thick lacing. Fruity nose, raspberry and sweet. Lots of carbonation. The finish is dry, though the initial tastes are sweet and tart. Some good yeast background. Refreshing. The raspberry flavor was strong and not artificial.
I am surprised at its overall low rating. It is not complex, but it is very good at being a lambic.

2.7A pink colored lambic, with a light-pink colored firm layer of foam. It has a sweet aroma, like a fruit-flavored water ice-cream. The taste of raspberry is the first thing that comes to mind. But in the background is also the taste of sparkling water, which makes the beer "flat". A slightly sweet aftertaste remains.
3.708/18 Dom.Bardzo fajny lambik.
3.6(bottle 0,25l from Pivotéka U Křížů (Opava)) Overall: Good, tasty, nice pleasant strong raspberry.
Aroma: Strong raspberry, sweet.
Appearance: Clear light amber-pink color. Medium white head.
Taste: Medium sweet, raspberry, light sour.
Palate: Light-medium body. Dry, light sour finish.
3.0330ml bottle. Pours a clear medium red with a small, fizzy, short lived, off-white head that leaves spotty lacing. Sweet fruity aroma of bready malt and raspberry. Sweet fruity flavour of grainy malt, raspberry, sugar and light vinegar with a dry, crisp, tart, acidic finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. One dimensional, but ok.
2.7Reddish amber color with a small head that stays. Aromas of red fruits. Taste refreshing of fruits. A bit sweet that end sour. Medium body with good carbonation. Overall a refreshing lambic fruit beer.
2.9Pohodový nasládlý lambik. Na horké letní dny příjemně bodne. Proč ne, osobně ale víc preferuji neochucené lambiky, tento byl ovšem také poměrně fajn a neurazil.
3.3330ml bottle from Valhalla's Goat, Glasgow (£2.99):
This one was an interesting offering in that it was very sweet throughout but didn't quite turning sickening, although it threatened too towards the end of the taste but stopped short of it. There was a nice combination of berries featuring with raspberries dominating & some strawberries sitting before some blackberries seen things out. It was a relatively easy beer to drink with fine carbonation & some subtle malts helping the balance slightly but I doubt I could drink more than one of this in a row.
3.225cl bottle at home, bought at Van Erp, Groningen. Appearance: clear reddish amber with medium pinkish head. Aroma: raspberries, strawberries and a hint of brett. Taste: pretty high sweetness, low bitterness and subtle tartness. Notes of raspberries, some caramel and other red fruits. Palate: medium bodied, watery texture and soft carbonation. Reminds me a bit of lemonade. A bit one dimensional.
2.2(nez de fraise (!), moins lambic que diabolo (la robe l’atteste déjà), pas vineux (peu acide), très simplet, ark)
3.2Amazing strawberry beer, that lacks in ABV but makes up for it in spades with bursting, juicy fruit flavours. Almost not like a beer at all, but a great example of a fruit beer. Bottle in some awful Irish bar, Brussels.
3.2Clear reddish color with light pinkish head. Aroma has some sweet syrupy berry notes but also a small dose of lambic funk. Taste starts sweet and slightly tart, fruity and a bit funky. Light to medium body with medium carbonation. This one is probably the best of the sweet lambics from Timmermans.
3.4Bottle from Wirral Beer Festival and drunk at Ben's. Dark pink beer with small pinkish head. Aroma of raspberry and light malt. Taste is light lambic notes, raspberry and light malt. Decent.
2.7F: medium, bit off-pink, quick gone.
C: red with coppery tones, almost clear.
A: raspberry, red fruits, white sugar.
T: raspberry juice, bit lemon, bit syrupy, grenadine, bit tart, not good example for the style at all, medium body and carbonation, 25cl bottle from Cora Woluwe-Saint-Lambert in Brussels.
4.0Bottle from Beer Hawk. Pours red with a pink head. The aroma is Cresta raspberryade. The taste is Cresta raspberryade. It’s more alcopop than beer but it’s delicious! I’d read that Lambic is sour but this is all sweetness and light. A bit girly but flavoursome!
3.3Bottle from Cafe Bruxelles, Leicester. Pinkish colour, clear with an uneven white head. Strawberry and raspberry aroma, fruity and fresh. Light sweet taste with a touch of hardness mid-sip. Short to medium finish, heavily carbonated. A refreshing beverage.
3.3From old tasting notes. Hazy rose colored brew with a bubbly head. Sweet berry nose. Intensely tart raspberry flavor dominates the palate. Sour fruity finish. Brief tangy aftertaste.
2.3250 ml bottle. Pours with a clear red color and a tiny white head. Nose s a little too much aritifical raspberry and sugar. Taste follows the nose. Sweet & artifical. I am missing the beer.
2.5Bottle.
Aroma: raspberries
Look: pink
Taste: raspberry juice
Overall: a juice...
3.3Bottle at home. Pours clear reddish, nose is light raspberry funk, little metallic, taste is tart raspberry, jam, juicy.
