Tiny Rebel The Full Nelson

Tiny Rebel The Full Nelson

Our ‘Maori Pale Ale’ came together after months of experimentation with a very unique hop – Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand. Strong grape flavours are complimented by the sweet Munich malt, makings this beer crisp and refreshing.

4.6 Aroma: nose of lichee (+) and green apple (++) and white grape (++), then a bit of fresh bread, more grape and some mango ; Appearance: pale amber/orange, hazy, white persistent foam ; light sweetness, medium bitterness, some faint acidity ; Palate: medium body, slick feel, lively carbonation, bitter and sweet finish that lasts for less than a minute. Overall a very good beer, very refreshing and very aromatic. An instant favorite

Hops is noticeable and very nice, not overbearing but gives a very nice flavour. Finish is quite long, malty and hoppy, with nice fruity tones. Very nice pale ale!

3.6 Bottle. Nose is herbal, grassy, melon, grape, light tropical. Taste is malt, grassy, herbal body leading to a spicy peppery finish. Gentle tropical notes and lots of melon and grape. Really nice, balanced beer.

3.9 Very unique hop nelson sauvin very vineous works well in beer lychee juicy fruit dark gold with decent head nice stuff.
3.8 My Bottom Line: Pineapples, lychees and white grapes ride this New World-style Pale Ale’s bubbly leanness into a delicately grassy bitterness. Further Personal Perceptions: -A sheet of foam covers the misty dark blond. -Drinkability is very high. -Citrus fruit joins the fun too. -Bitterness is quite low; these hops mostly focus on aroma and flavor. Bottle.
