4.3 Got in a trade with larryi86. 16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 8/21/2019. Pours very hazy deep golden amber color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a large cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/zest, wood, mint, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy hop earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops and bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of huge tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/zest, wood, mint, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy hop earthiness. Mild pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/zest, wood, mint, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy hop earthiness on the finish for a while. Amazing complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with a fantastic malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/grainy, fairly sticky, and lightly resinous/rindy mouthfeel that is fantastic. Minimal warming alcohol for 7%. Overall this is an amazing NEIPA. All around amazing complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and pretty refreshingly with the mellowly bitter/resinous/drying finish; fantastic soft feel. Amazing Mosaic, Citra, Chinook, Centennial and Columbus profile. Extremely juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a perfectly balanced wheat/oat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. A highly amazing offering, and top tier style example. Loved the hop profile as expected.
3.7 Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Hazy yellow with white head. The aroma is hoppy, onion, citrus (grapefruit), herbs. The flavor is mild sweet and mild bitter with notes of citrus (grapefruit), onion, malt, herbs. Medium-bodied.
3.4 Can at a tasting. Cloudy yellow. Fruity, grassy and piney hops. Sweetish, tropical fruits, grassy, vegetal, bitter finish. Medium-bodied, smooth .
4.1 Can pour into shaker pint glass shared by AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! Appearance is cloudy, orange-yellow with decent sparkle at the edges of the glass, 2-finger width rocky white foamy head with good retention and nice soapy lacing. Aroma is strong lemony citrus, more moderate grapefruit and pine. Taste is strong but more balanced between the citrus, grapefruit and pine with a hint of herb. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste with good balance between sweet and bitter. Overall, scores high across the board. A nice NEIPA.
4.0 Pours hazy dark straw into a shaker. Bright white micro head with good retention recedes leaving soapy and gloppy lacing. Hot pineapple and mango aromas. Sharp with mango and pineapple upfront turning to passion fruit and dry dusty tropical fruit skin and pith in the lasting finish.
4.2 From tap at The Blind Tiger, New York. Smooth tropical juice aroma with citrus, mango, grainy pale malt, orange, guava, pineapple, zesty grapefruit peel, soft herbal dankness. Medium bitter flavour and mildly sweet. Above medium body with an incredibly velvety mouthfeel. Quite good!
4.0 Probably their best IPA, really made the lupulin dance in this beer. smells like a vanilla hop milkshake. Flavors of pineapple, guava and freshly cut grass. Sooo juicy. Reminds me of Burial Beer Company’s brews.
4.1 If the palate was a tiny bit better it would be the perfect beer. Hoppy without being over the top.

4.2 Pours a hazy pale golden amber coloration with a medium, frothy head. Smell is bright and hoppy, with juicy tropical and citrus fruit notes of pineapple, papaya and grapefruit and a light, grassy dankness. Taste is a great balance of sweet tropical notes of pineapple, mango and papaya and slightly zesty and bitter grapefruit. There's also a very nice grassy, herbal dankness to this. Finishes with a light/medium bitterness and some dankness lingering in the aftertaste. Soft, pillowy mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation. This is my kind of NEIPA, with a great balance of sweet and juicy tropical, zesty and bitter citrus and herbal and dank green notes, plus a good bitterness that is actually rather strong for the style.

4.0 Can, by way of a trade. Cheers Jeff. Grey tinged, pale gold. Thin, foamy, super sticky, white head. Nose has ripened grapefruit. Some pineapple. Hint of allium. Hint of sweet biscuit malts. Taste has a light, biscuit sweetness. Gets a little juicy, and pithy. Smooth and creamy mouthfeel. Low carbonation. Finish gets pithy and oily bitter. Great IPA.
