4.3 Pours hazy gold with white head. Healthy lacing. Nose is metal, lime, tart. Taste is tart, lime, lemon, Sprite, grass, crisp, refreshing, delicious.
3.8 Draft from TH. Sour saison with some tropical notes. Pineapple, toasted coconut, cider, lemon peel. Another fine one! It seems like TH is hitting their stride.
3.8 Pours a pale golden, straw coloration with a medium, frothy, quickly receeding head. Smell is mildly tart and quite hoppy, with little estery aromas coming through, and notes of citrus, pineapple and a hint of cat piss and grassy dankness. Taste is dominated by a zesty, citric acidity and notes of grapefruit, lime peel and white grape, with lighter notes of pineapple, hay, peppery spice, oak and a hint of grassy dankness. Finishes with a light tartness and some citric acidity lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation. This is a tough one. While it almost completely lacks any of the traditional estery yeast notes or funkiness commonly associated with Belgian Saisons, it does have some rather nice hoppy notes and an almost mouth-puckering citric acidity to it. A very modern take on the traditional Belgian Saison that is somewhat lacking in complexity, but makes up for that with a spritzy sourness and hoppy drinkability. Almost seems like a cross between a NEIPA and a Belgian Saison, although everyone has to decide for themselves how much of a desireable mix this really is.
4.3 Very cloudy light orange, off white lacing. Lovely wine forward Nelson aroma with bitter grapefruit peel and wood. Whoa, damn. That’s good. Nelson, Ciara, simcoe? Chewy dank with pine needle, bark, table sugar, great full body, lovely fresh OJ finish. Solid.

3.7 500 ml bottle. Pours a mostly clear, amber color and topped by a small, thin head of off white foam that shows good retention before settling into the body below. The aroma shows notes of bright citrus fruit, grapefruit, tart white grape, earthy, funky yeast, light tartness, and some grainy malts. The flavor follows suit and shows more of the citrus fruit with grapefruit and white grape skins most noticeable, light tartness, a dose of earthy funk, and light oak notes to go with mild citrus hop bitterness on the back end. Medium bodied and fairly smooth with soft carbonation that leads to a clean, dry, slightly tart, and bitter finish. Really solid saison here.
