Be afraid! Be very afraid! This puppy is twisting history. It is a grissette from back in the days when mother nature was a young stud. Twisted with a smack load of hops and fermented with Brettanomyces.

4.0Aroma - lemon, stone, wild nature in the yeast, Brett yeast, dry hops, and some wheat.
Appearance - the body is a cloudy yellow orange, with fine particulates. The head is white and 2+" and foamy and fades slowly. Some dappled lacing.
Taste - has wheat, Brett yeast, dry hops, some coriander, lemon peel, and peppercorns. There is a wild nature about this. Also, some mineral stone like quality.
Palate - the body is light, texture is average, carbonation is average, finish is dry, sharp, and complex.
4.0Bottle.
A- Bretty, mild funk, slightly sour, mild citrus.
A- Orange color, clear liquid, off white head.
T- Brett, slightly funky, slightly tart, citrus, mild spice, slightly soapy.
P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish.
O- I've been wanting to try these Fuck Art series brews for a while. Not a surprise that I have now enjoyed yet another fantastic beer from a great series by To Ol. This is how Brett should be used. Adds a nice light funk to it without being overbearing. Well balanced and refreshing.
3.8Bottle pours golden with a white head. Aroma of floral citrus and some spice. Taste is spice, citrus and a bit tart.

4.2Ottima saison, giallo vivace e schiuma fine bianca. Aroma piacevole con sentori floreali, agrumati e fruttati. Bevuta scorrevole, si avverte la frutta gialla, una punta di agrumi. Carbonazione media. Una saison fuori dal canone, molto moderna.
3.7Pours hazy golden with low white head. Aroma of elderflower, citrus, gooseberries, quite floral. Taste is mild tarty with a fruit sweet and light funky finish. Light and smooth body with average carbonation.
3.8Hazy golden color; Medium body; Aroma of yeast, floral hops, grass, fruit/citrus, & some spice; Flavor of malt, brett/yeast, floral hops, citrus, grass, and pepper/spice; Nice dry finish; Fairly high carbonation; Classic in the making.
3.9Bottle. Pours pale yellow and hazy with a fat white soap-foam residing. Scent is belgian pale with properties of soap, lemon zest, and saison properties. Taste is light, frothy, gorgeous saison with flavors of pine, lemon zest, slightly soured kettle notes, orange, and plenty of dry properties on the finish. Tiny bit soapy. Great.
3.5Bottle to snifter. Looks good; a cloudy orange with white head. Smells and tastes mildly tart and funky with notes of fruity hops alongside a mildly to moderately semi-sweet backbone. Mouthfeel is medium-bodied and semi-dry. Enjoyable.
3.3Amber and cloudy beer with a refreshing taste, nice after flavour and the head of the beer remains to the bottom of the glass
4.1750 ml bottle into tulip glass, no bottle dating(12881511 cap code). Pours slightly hazy/cloudy medium golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass. Aromas of big lemon, lime, peach, pineapple, pear, apricot, red apple, mango, melon, white grape, peppercorn, clove, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light musty funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/spicy/light funky yeas, moderate pale malt, and light earthy hop notes; with great strength. Taste of big lemon, lime, peach, pineapple, pear, apricot, red apple, mango, melon, white grape, peppercorn, clove, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light musty funk, and yeast earthiness. Moderate peppery yeast spice, light herbal bitterness, and slight tart/tangy notes on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, lime, peach, pineapple, pear, apricot, red apple, mango, melon, white grape, peppercorn, clove, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light musty funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy/light funky yeast, moderate pale malt, and light earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/spiciness balance, and no cloying flavors after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from bitter/spiciness and carbonation, increasing through the glass. Medium-high carbonation and medium body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, and grainy/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.4%. Overall this is an awesome grisette style. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy/light funky yeast, moderate pale malt, and light earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink. Awesome well developed Brett complexity, with a balancing malt backbone. A very enjoyable offering.
3.7On tap at Brewdog bar. Pours golden yellow colour. Thin white head. Notes of whine, woody notes, spices, fruits, notes of citrusses, flowery notes in the aroma. Notes of wine, herbal notes, malts, oak. Notes of dry white wine in the end. Slighty sour, bitter dry finish. Light bodied, moderately carbonated, interesting saison.
3.7Bottle from Whole Foods. Pours clear golden with frothy, white head. Nose is yeasty pale malt, mild funk, hops, citrus. Tastes grainy, hoppy, dry, with some florals, yeast, and funk. Lighter body.
3.6Nice, drinkable, refreshing very belgian-like brew. Aroma is peachy, some stone fruits, crispy, slightly acidic, tart, peppery a touch of esters and Bretts. Nothing outstanding here, but good, refreshing saison.
3.3From tsp at salon piva, bratislava, yeasty, wheat, light citrus, medium body, soft to average carbonation, good, bud nothing exciting.
4.1Always game for the revival of some obscure beer style, and, lo and behold, I’ve ended up drinking two grisettes in a week’s time. Everything’s coming up Milhouse, I guess. Not precisely sure why I like this brew so much (the name helps), but it has a whole lotta different elements coming into play, pilsnerish with its malts and hops yet with a saison soul and the undercurrent of a yeasty gose. And, hell, I’ll through some American citric pale ale goodness into the mix as well, because why not. The subtleties of the brett make me think more age might add complexity, but I’m perfectly fine with this pint as-is. Starts with grainy light malts hinted with the slightest bit of tartness on the periphery, then a floral hop bitterness offsets a grassy, wheat-tinged middle. Finishes with a citric flourish chanting USA!, and the fade is bread and yeast and Euro hops. Like I said, there’s a lot going on here, all of it good. Very nice beer.
3.7A golden color with a white head. The aroma is floral and spicy with some lemons present. The flavor is a bit dry with very little bitterness or sweetness present. Im getting some lemons, grassy notes, and hay. Overall this beer is tasty but not complex/ Good lawnmower beer. F-n A!
3.8Bottle. Deep amber color, medium white head. Aroma of dusty and peppery summer fruit. Taste is lightly fruity white pepper and straw. tasty.
3.4Average frothy white head. Fair lacing. Mostly diminishing. Flat dark-yellow body. Aroma: moderate malt, caramel, light hoppy, banana, bubble gum, alcohol and strawberry yoghurt. Initial flavor: moderate sweet light acidic. Final flavor: moderate sweet light acidic bitter; long duration. Palate: light medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation, metallic finish. dulçor maltado lembra muito pessego e iogurte de morango; leves notas de vinho branco, condimentada, com perfil lupulado bem cítrico, sabor bem alcoolico; 70 s
Jan.3.2017.small white head. fair lacing. mostly lasting. hazy thick dark-orange body. aroma: moderate hoppy, citrus lemon, spicy, light yeasty, apple. Initial flavor: moderate sweet. Final flavor: moderate sweet light acidic bitter; long duration. 140 s
3.5Saison peppery phenols, little brett rotten fruit, light to medium noble hop.
3.533cl bottle. Slightly hazy golden with a small white head. Citrus, yeast and bretty. Good.
4.1Bottle in subscription box. Pours somewhat cloudy golden yellow with rich head. Active bubbles. Aroma floral, spicy, Belgian style yeast although mellow overall, despite a little sourness. Unusual and tasty.
3.833cl bottle from Beer52.com. A straw coloured pour with a thick white head; sour grainy aroma with some Belgian yeast; soft in the mouth with a complex meld of tastes - sweet honey, grains, and sour fruit; then a clean refreshing finish with a dry yeastiness like champagne. Very good indeed.

3.7Bottled. Pours clear golden with a large, fluffy white head. Aroma yeast, a little citrus, spicy notes and brett. Sweet flavor that ends up being dry. Medium bodied, watery to oily texture and soft to average carbonation. A very nice Saison indeed. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

3.9Honey yellow, cloudy. Medium white head. Nice fruity aroma. Mango, passion fruit, peach. Spicy yeast resembling fruit. Light to medium body. Oily. Dry funky yeastiness and pretty much hops tasting. Light to medium bitterness. I hate this beer’s name. Otherwise a very nice one.
