Fuck Art – This is Architecture is a Table beer or Belgian Pale Ale. It is a massively hopped 5% Pale Ale fermented with brettanomyces, that gives a fat funky ending to this quaffable beer.

3.4Bottle. Clear orange color with tiny white head. Aroma - Yeast, pepper, apples. Taste - Medium bitterness, light sweetness, bread, spice, orange, grass.
3.3Aroma is orange peel herbs oils grapes honey. Taste is bitter herbal hops with some tart juicy lemon. Some deep malty honey as well. Bitter harsh finish. A bit too heavy to drink. Meh.
3.3Tap Craft Bier Fest München. Dry citric, Belgian nose. Amber red hazy, off white head. Weirdly tart entry - grape vinegar. Fruity hop notes, wide bittering, hay malt, tropical fruit residue, is this what a house tastes like?
3.9330 ml bottle at Wild Turkey, Castelgomberto (VI), Italy. Colour is hazy golden orange with a medium, frothy, white head. Aroma is fruity, hoppy, citrus, orange, orange zest, grapefruit, peach. Notes of malt too. Taste is fruity, malty, spices, herbs. Medium sweetness and medium bitterness. Light to medium body with average carbonation. Finish is fruity and sweet. For me very good!
3.60.33l bottle. Hazy golden color with high white head, not lasting for long. Aroma: citrus, spicy, coriander. Taste: grapefruit peel yeast, bit tart, spicy. Light body, moderate to lively carbonation. Higher bitterness.
3.9Medicinal brett funk, rotten fruit, medium grapefruit bitterness, a bit high on carbonation, very refreshing.
3.733cl bb05/21, tak & merci idiosynkrasie. Bref: obviously an hommage to Orval in the laboratory guise of a clean Scandinavian APA: a PoMo Farmhouse APA of sorts. - Fresher herbal, fruity jam nose with a cultivated, still juicy orchard fruit brettiness: green tea infused into musty grape jelly, flower blossom. Flavour of laboratory-distilled fresh spring meadow, dandelion-flower, again made palatable as if in a beer jelly. Nicely thick pale malt cake underneath. Very short, bitterish finish with some Orval Strisselspalt leanings. "Fat funky ending" sounds both apt and questionable. - Why architecture? - Extremely drinkable and Proef-clean, a perversion at these Danes’ output and selling points. Wonder how this ages.
3.6The addition of the brett makes this a great beer. Not a fan of these styles but this is exceptional.
Bottle drom De Schans Uithoorn
3.7Nice and surprisingly accessible saison with decent amount of fermentation character, not needlessly sour or spiced. Son brett would be lovely but the seats pal malts already work with the modern hop. Nice brew. (33cl bottle from Saveur Bière)
3.7Bottle at home, orange beer, small head. Aroma is fruity, brett/sour. taste is the same, not bad,
4.0Po przelaniu do szkła tworzy się zwiewna, puszysta piana. Barwa złota, lekko zamglona. Zapach intensywny i przyjemny, sporo cytrusów, iglaków i siana, w tle jakieś przyprawy.
3.70,33l bottle at home. Pours almost clear golden with off white quickly dissipating head. Nicely rounded funky sour bretted beer, light fruitiness - some kind of berries, maybe raspberries. Spicy. Sparkling, lively carbonation. Refreshing. Light bitterness that lingers for a while. Slightly sweet. Fairly complex and balanced.
4.7Amazing nose of apple orchards and meadows and green green grass of the homegrown, also caramel and berries and deep forests of the nirth. Pours clear deep gold with a big frothy head and beautiful lacing. Taste is medium sweet-sour-bitter, perfectly balanced. Medium to high carbonation, medium to light body, some stickiness. Wonderful beer, pure gold. Just brilliant balance.
3.7On tap, Urban House. Hazy orange golden colour, white head. Aroma is funky, barnyard, bacterial, brett, fruity, somewhat winey. Taste is bacterial, funky, brett, some lemon, tart, bitter. A bit apricot maybe. A bit sour. Tart bitter aftertaste. A bit watery. But good one.
3.7Bottle. Pours orange golden, with a massive off white, creamy head. Aroma is a brilliant mix of wooden yeast, phenols, kandi, light funky, floral bretty notes and tropical hops, as well as some malts with bread and honey. Medium body with a creamy mouth feel, and soft carbonation. Flavour is tart, wooden yeast, floral bretty notes and hoppy citrus peel.
3.4Tap at Mikkeller Bangkok. 5.1%. Poured a hazy medium amber with a thin white head and some broken lace. The aroma is light bretty yeast. The flavour is moderate bitter with a dry yeasty, light alcohol, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
3.4330 ml bottle. Hazy orange colour with huge stable head off. Aroma of apples, belgian funky yeasts. Taste of straw, apples, sour a lot of carbonation, bottle almost exploaded. Easy drinking
3.8Bottle @ Billie’s Bier Kafetaria. Orange colour, white foam; Fruity, citrussy. Hoppy with tart notes. Refreshing. Good.
4.2Brown bottle, 330ml. Pours medium amber brown with a thick white foam subsiding average. Scent is Belgian ale and light hops. Taste is medium Belgian ale and a nice sharp complex mix of mid hops. Pepper. Herbs. Light grain. Mouthfeel is dense and creamy. Dry. Great.

3.3Bottle from Wine Emporium 260516. There is certainly plenty of carbonation in this beer as the initial pour was all foam. Eventually the mountain of foam settled to leave a vibrant golden beer sitting in the glass. There was quite a lot going on in the aroma of this beer and melon aromas were particularly dominant, along with some peppery spices. The flavour exceeded my expectations as far as funkiness goes. All in all not bad but not the best Belgian Ale that I have had and certainly not the best To Ol beer I have had either. I find that sometimes their beers can be a little bit hit and miss and I think that this one was more miss than hit.
3.5Murky orange pour, large puffy head. Grass and farmhouse aroma and taste, orange peel, horseblanket. Medium body. Drinks far heavier than 5%
3.4Farmhouse funk. Grassy taste.some booze warming. Lacy. This is a must share. Americo’s bottle.
3.8Bottle. Pours a cloudy amber orange with a mostly lasting sudsy off white head. Aroma is of oranges, honey, caramel, hint of spice, funky. Taste is of blood orange, some funkiness, bread, hint of pine, light pepper, butter. Oily mouthfeel, medium carbonation.
3.9Pours a nice cola colored brown. Aromas of malts, fruit, and a touch of spice. Has flavors of chocolate, caramel, and a touch of wood that finishes with some nice Brettlike notes.
