3.0 Clear brown orange small white head. Strong hoppy aroma good malty Base. flavor is malty and sweet bitter hoppy.
3.4 Bue en bouteille de 33cl. IPA classique bien que moyennement houblonnée. On sent bien le grain. Finale un peu étrange et pâteuse.
3.7 botttle at home .. golden amber .. big white headd .. soft peach passion fruit nose ... over fizzy zezty fruit .. lightest caramle .. big juicy fruit .. light dry bitterness.. ety finish
3.5 Draught @Ølhus København. Poured hazy golden with a white head.Aroma is mostly lemon, mild tart nose. Refreshing. crisp and sweetish
3.6 Draught @Ølhus København. Poured hazy golden with a thick white head. Lemon, zesty, mild tart nose. Refreshing. Really works nicely here with the tart, the crispness with the lemon and softly sweet fruits. Juicy.
3.1 Hop smell that reminds of Zhigulevskoe. Must be Sorachi Ace or some other Asian variety, more suitable for pilsner. Thick foam, cloudy. Not much in the taste, overwhelmed by hops. Overall not very good. Wouldn’t buy again.
3.9 Pours cloudy copper. Aroma is balanced and complex, hoppy, pine and grass, malty, slightly roasted. Taste is more roasted, nice balance, nice bitterness.
3.5 330ml bottle from Brewdog online. Orange amber colour with a large frothy white foam head leaving lots of lacing. Aroma of citrus, pine, hop resins. Taste is malt caramel with mellow citrus, woody pine and spicy earthy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry bitter finish. Quite drinkable.
3.7 backlog. Amber orange with firm head. Some pine and grapefruit in the aroma. Nice mouthfeel. Fine IPA and quite crushable considering the abv
3.4 Bronze with a frothy head. Aromas are dominated by sugared grains, rye, wheat offers notes of barnyard and a pinch of fruityness. Moderate carbonation with a slick full body. Sweet with only a light bitterness developping. Lasting grainy finish. Interesting indeed.
3.7 Közepes, örökké tartó hab, sötétborostyán szín. Citrusos, déligyümölcsös, enyhén gyantás illat. Gabonás, citrusos, enyhén gyantás, hajszálnyit édeskés ízvilág. Ezen túl rendkívül komplex, a felhasznált különböző gabonák hatására. Hosszú lecsengésű, kissé fanyar, nagyon testes, mégsem nehéz, közepes szénsavtartalommal és keserűvel. Nagyon finom, minden kortyban új ízek fedezhetők fel.
3.1 330ml bottle. Slightly hazy golden colour with a huge off-white head. Aroma: malt, grains - rye and wheat, grapefruit, hops, spices. Taste: same as the aroma, with some caramel sweetness, the finish is hoppy, citrusy, bitter. Medium body and carbonation. Not bad, but not really for me, not so keen on rye in beer.
3.1 Bottle. Pours golden with a white head. Deep malty aroma, cereal, bread and some flower. Nice palate, full body, medium carbonation, bitter finish, quite long. Flavour is malty caramel, hay. Balanced. This is like a well hooked Pilsner.
3.7 Sampled from bottle @ Van Moll Brewpub shared by Joes. Hazy orange color, average sized off-white to beige head that lasts for a decent while. Aroma is lightly malts, hops, rye and indeed a hint of oatmeal, although I must admit I doubt I would have detected it if I hadn’t known. Flavor is very much similar, the malt, oat, rye are in there with a nice hoppy touch and firm bitter. Medium body and carbonation. Quite nice.
4.6 Tons of head, amber lots o carbonation. Huge malty fruity aroma, fantastic. Big hop character, top of the mouth fresh hop bitterness, fruity citrusy. Great combo from the rye and hops, a little boozy but really really satisfying and delicious. Not sure I get the oats or wheat, but in all this is a fantastic ipa. A bit nutty finish but that might be the oats. One of the best ipas Ive had in a while.
3.2 Bottle. Deep golden, creamy eggshell head. Tropical, green grape hop aroma. Medium body, initial sparkly, later smooth chewy. Light phenolic burn, fermented fruit, grainy edges, catty grassiness leading to a pine finish. A bit muddled, and being lightstruck does not help.
3.4 On tap at Brus, may 14th 2016. Orange body with a white head. Aroma is spicy with grapefruit and grain. Taste is piney, mild tropical, chunky malt. Bitteesweet finish.
2.9 Bottle at a tasting. Slightly to moderately applish, high bitterness but also considerable alcoholic warmth, light higher alcohols. Not my favourite.
3.0 Bottle kindly shared by Lukka19, many thanks. Hazy orange color with thick white head. Aroma of citrus hops, soapy notes. Taste, malt, biscuits, soapy notes, apples, alcohol, citrus hops. Bit harsh bitterness in finish.
3.4 Bottle. Orange cloudy color, thick white head. Aroma is malty, grainy, caramely, floral, bittering hops. Taste is malty, caramely, apples, citrusy hoppy, floral notes
3.3 Bottle by lukka19, thanks. Pours golden color, huge white head. Aroma of apples, malty, hops. Taste is medium sweet, honey, apples, malt.
3.6 Tap@nordic. Amber color with medium white head. Aroma has tropical fruits, oat. Taste is malty with long bitter aftertaste. Flavors of citrus, grass, pine, rye. Smooth mouth feeling.
2.8 Tap at Nordic, Tampere. Clear amber color, small steady white head, lace. Light fruity aroma has some herbs and grain. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Flavor has rustic hops, riped fruits and short clean finish. Kind of English feeling here.
3.7 33cl bottle at home. Dark orange with a medium white head. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Nice bitter and subtle sweet tones. Citrus, wheat, rye, malts, tropical fruits and spices. Nice.
3.4 Bouteille 33cl, BB 01.03.2018.
3.4 (Keg at Bar Molotow, 20160704) The beer poured amber and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, herbalness and peach. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, fruitiness, malts, grass and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. A good hoppy pale ale.
3.6 Bärnstensfärgad disig med stort vit skum. Doftar och smakar citrus och ganska maltig. Fyllig med lagom beska
3.1 On tap @ Brewberry Paris. IPA céréales et houblons, de bonne facture malgré une amertume site je trouve trop prononcée au palais
3.2 Bottle from Dranken Geers, Oostakker, Nr Gent, Belgie, consumed at Camping Trois Château Eguisheim, Alsace, France, Wednesday 22nd June 2016. Hazy gold with a white head, aroma is subtle but there is a little sweet maltiness. Sweet in the mouth also and whether an IPA or not, it’s a bit dull. A touch of warmth from the alcohol, a slinky bitterness, ok, not To ’Ols best but it’s ok. A6 A3 T7 P3 Ov13 3.2
