3.0 0.33 l bottle, thanks hanniku! Amber color. Tropical fruity aroma with apricot, pine and lychee fruit. Bitter and tropical fruity taste with salty minerals, pine and apricot. Some grainy polenta notes. Light body. Leaves somewhat hard bitter and oniony taste.
3.3 Bottle a orange yellow colored beer with a white head aroma malts citrus fruits pineapple grapefruits spicy and hops flavor malts spicy citrus fruits pineapple and a bitter hoppy finish
3.3 Pours clear pale amber with one finger of dense off-white head, good retention and lacing. (4/5) Nose is toffee malt, pine resin, overripe tropical fruit, some floral. (6/10) Taste is mild sweet, moderate bitter. (6/10) Medium body, moderate carbonation, lingering bitter finish. (4/5) Not bad, but the malt-forward aspect isn’t great. There’s a note in the flavour that I suspect can be attributed to the malted corn. I guess I see what they were going for - a southern US style pale ale - but the fact is, it’s hard for me to smell corn and not think “crappy adjunct lager”. Bottom line, this one isn’t hitting on all cylinders for me. (13/20)
3.6 A very nice American Pale Ale. Pours a thick long lasting foam. Fruity taste with plenty of citrus and grapefruit just like most modern APAs but still balanced. The maize gives it a special round/sweet aftertaste. I can recommend this beer and I hope to drink it again soon.
4.0 From a 330ml bottle on 21/2/2015. Pours a clear deep golden witha medium head, The nose is pleasant - lots of stone fruit and some light floral notes. Taste wise, it has a decent biscuity malt backbone, which supports lots of sweet fruit (apricot, peach) and honey, which is then countered some big, slightly grapefruity hops. Medium bodied with average carbonation. This is a really classy, cohesive, flavoursome pale. Yet to try a dud from these guys. Can’t believe much excellent beer comes out of Denmark.
3.8 Poured into a teku showing very dark brown cloudy and hazy with a finger of clean white foam that quickly dissipates to the edges. The nose shows light pine but heavier caramel/toffee-like malts. The palate is medium bodied and highly carbonated. First impression shows refreshing pine-like hops with slight tropical fruit flavors of pineapple and mango. Moderate fruit intensity throughout the whole beer. Continues throughout with a nice slight pale ale bitterness at the end. A solid pale ale but nothing remarkable. Still great for a warm day.
3.8 Arome: Caramel with citruses. Taste: Medium to strong bitterness, caramel. Medium hoppy bitterness with nuga and a light strange almond like bitternes. Overal this is a very good beer with rich caramel and hoppy citrus aroma.
3.7 BOTTLE 33 CL. Caramel/toffee, marmalade, tropical fruit, a good dank kick (Columbus?) and some pine too. Creamy smooth body with little carbonation. Soft moderate bitter finish. Very nice.
3.6 Clear copper of color with an off white head. An aroma of malt, toffee, hops and nice bitter. A flavor of grapefruit, citrus, toffee, bitter and a dry finish.

4.0 330ml bottle from Beer Cartel. Deep amber appearance with a large foamy off-white head that laces nicely. Hoppy aromas of pine needle and citrus (orange, pineapple, peach) on top of a biscuity malt base. Taste is balanced bitter sweetness with a substantial resinous/citrus dry hop finish. Palate is medium bodied with an oily texture and mild carbonation. A fine APA
4.1 Espuma cremosa y persistente. Aromas florales, cítricos. Sabor redondo, muy equilibrado, con predominio de los lúpulos. Cuerpo considerable. Final amargo pero suave. Muy buena Pale Ale. Recomendable

3.8 (To Øl Southern Frontier) Bottle 330 ml at home, served into a tulip, ABV 6% Bright golden orange colour on the body, just a tad hazy, tall and thick off-white head, with very good retention, leaving medium lacing on the glass. Aroma of grassy hops, cookie dough, light tropical fruits, pine. Nice taste, light citrus, fruity, pine on the finish, some coal and ash to my surprise. Good mild bitterness on the aftertaste. Medium thin body, nicely carbonated, very dry on the palate. Tasty beer.
4.4 Splendour. Delicious fruity, smooth and without ovaries. Will buy this rather than making mortgage payment. Will try tax evasion also.
3.1 Flowery hoppy smell. Citric and sweet. Very bitter dry salty taste with an astringent finish.
3.6 Bottle from Mane Liquor. Stone fruit and a muted floral aroma. A sharp bitter punch witha warming, malty backbone and highish carbonation. A solid beer
3.6 Hoppy aroma of citrus, grapefruit, peach. Flavour is fruity and hoppy with a good and long bitter finish. Nice crisp and refreshing APA.
4.0 Kran 0.33L. Wygląd: Bursztynowe, klarowne. Biała, zwarta, niewysoka piana. Aromat: Bardzo słodkie aromaty chmielowe, dojrzałe jasne owoce egzotyczne. Marakuja, melon, ananas i lekki karmel. Mi bardzo pasuje. Smak: Bardzo dużo chmielu, owoce jak w aromacie oraz ziołowe. Posmak przypalonego cukru, sporo karmelu. Goryczka powyżej średnie, ziołowo-owocowa. Odczucie: Nasycenie CO2 średnie, ciało niskie do średniego, faktura kremowa. Całość: Świetne APA, słodki aromat, gorzki smak, wszystko poukładane i bez wad.
3.4 0,33 l bottle BB 08. Jan 2016 golden- orange Color, hazy, frothy, white foam, citrus, spruce, grapefruit, caramel, cereal, barnyard, medium sweetness, medium bitterness, medium body, oily feel, creamy, slick feel, average carbonation, long finish,
3.4 Bottle conditioned, 330ml from Trafalgar Wines, Brighton, Sussex.E. Hazed amber with white head. There is a slightly acrid, pine like nose which does follow on into the beer, Spruce, pine needle notes from quite an aggressive hop, bitter on a light, malty, dry body. Good but with an edge.
3.5 Brown/amber with a big foamy off white head. Aroma of yeast, citrus, lemon, sweet malt. Taste light sweet with a bitter finish. Thick oily texture, light/med carbonation. Really tasty, though I maybe poured it a bit too enthusiastically as there is quite a bit if stuff floating in it.
3.8 Bottle. Pours clear amber with a small, persisting yellow head and a lot of lacing. The aroma is hoppy, with grass, pine, grapefruit, somewhat flowery. The taste is moderately sweet, solid bitterness, with a long dry, bitter finish. Really nice, very drinkable.
3.6 Bärnstensfärgad med stort vit skum. Doftar och smakar humligt (Annanas) och ganska sött av malten.
3.8 6.0% ABV. American Pale Ale. Interesting pedigree. Toøl is a Danish concern that does experimental beers. They do their brewing at De Proef breweries which is a remarkable symbiotic relationship in beer crafting and the ongoing evolution of ale. So, Toøl comes up with the concept, try their concept out at Proef on a microbrew scale and contract with 3rd party logistics outfits to get their product out. De Proef is a really cool concept. Nice hoppy mouthful. Refreshingly like a witbier, but so full of fruity fresh hops that you’d think you had a cupful of green mango Brewed with mash!!
