3.0 330ml bottle. Pours hazy golden, bubbly white head, lacing. Simcoe, sourness, redcurrant, grass in aroma. Taste is tart, fruity, juicy, watery. Lime, wateriness in aftertaste. Light body, average carbo. Weakest so far for me from this serie.
1.4 Keg at Stormbird, London. Tangy slightly vomit-y aroma... Not a promising start. Taste is, regrettably, similar. With a metallic edge. Not good, at all.
1.2 Keg at BrewDog Shepherd's Bush . Really disappointing, alas. Normally love To Øl but this kinda smells like old socks, and tastes like a mixture of that and cabbage.
2.5 otra cerveza ácida mas de To Ol, como las otras nada especial que decir de ella
4.1 Bottle. Pours cloudy golden with medium stable foamy white head. Aroma of citruses, lemon, orange, tangerine, lemongrass. Taste is light acidic, light bitter, citrusy mouthfeel. Medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation, light acidic, abrupt finish. Very refreshing.
3.9 Bottle. Murky honey yellow. Tall white airy head. Fruity aroma. lactic sourness plays well toghether with all these tropical things. Is it really Simcoe? Light body. The taste is tart and dry, very juicy with light sour touch. Extraordinary refreshing. Low to light bitterness. Let it be like that. i would have this beer everyday in summer.
3.6 Can from The Bottle Shop London and drunk at home. Hazy amber colour lasting white head. A little sour maybe with some good cat pee simcoe aroma. Lemon and grapefruit flavour. Really good fruit flavours. Light bitterness. Good sourness. I rather like it. Bit too sour for easy drinking.
3.9 Pours hazy gold into a shaker. Bright white head with good retention recedes to skim surface. Sour grapefruit aromas. Soft with sour orange, lemon and grapefruit upfront turning to dry pith in the lasting finish. Simcoe indeed.
3.5 Pours hazy golden with tall frothy white head. Aroma of grass, gooseberries, kiwi, dishwashing liquid, lemongrass. Taste is medium tart with a funky then bitter finish. Light and crisp body with lively carbonation.

3.9 Bottle from beer[malade]. Hazy golden color with medium off-white head. Sour aroma with citrus hops, zest, pines. Nice sour taste with vinous notes, zest, pines, grapefruits. Long sour hoppy bitter finish.
3.1 Can from Deconinck, Vichte - BE. Color: clear amber beer with no carbonation and no foam. Smell: grassy and sour, with hoppy nose. Taste: light body with sourness domination, grassy hops. Not my type. Aftertaste: astringent and resin.

3.8 Can purchased from Clinton Gourmet; shared with Brendan. Pours a golden body with frothy white lacing. Nose is sour tropical fruit with a touch of sharpness on the back-end. 3.5 Can shared with Erica. Poured a hazy gold beer with a white head. Palate is light and crispy. Mild minerals. Mellow sourness. Mild hop skunk, some pine. Tangy sour orange and orange peel. Touch of lemon. Light finish. Nice hoppy sour!
4.1 Beautiful can design. Aroma is slightly grassy with a bit of grapefruit and perfume. Taste is big and sour with plenty of grapefruit and hard sour candy. Crisp and tart with a juicy finish.
3.5 Dank straight from the 1 pint Can. No info on the pour. Very, very beautifull white can with black, very arty, flowers on it- bonus point for appearance ! I know To Ol’s artwork revceives many raves, but I’ve never really been a fan. So extra fun for me to see that change now ! Smell is mostly hoppy, but not super intense. Almost juicy ! Taste is mostly sour, rather dry. Very clear ending ( mild maltyness ) high carbo. Not as hoppy as hoped. not the best version so far, but of course not a bad beer anyway. No aftertaste.
2.0 Tap at hopaholic. Hazy yellow colour small white head. Nose is... strange... szúrós... taste is low sourness, medium bitterness. Fast finish. I loved the other sur series, but this one is horrible.
3.7 It’s an excellent sour beer but for having Simcoe hops in it I can neither smell nor taste little or any in it. Very drinkable though.
