Bière bue en pression au café le stout à Wazemmes. Grosses bulles, mousse épaisse, pas de nez particulier, robe blonde foncée, blonde légère, pas très amère, passe bien pour une terrasse en après-midi.
Bière bue en pression au stout à Lille. Nez classique de blonde belge. Bouche maltée légèrement citronnée, douce et légère . Bière peu complexe et passe partout. Pas mla sans être mémorable (M)

Bouche maltée légèrement citronnée. Bon corps et bonne mousse en bouche. D'un clacissisme un peu ennuyeux en ces périodes de beer junk. mais bon. Savoir revenir à la base de l'essentiel est peut être un must ? Un peu de pomme, légère épices. Rondeur. C est pas désagréable mais bon cruellement simple. Rafraichissante. Un produit malgré tout industriel. Et une médaille world best beer qui discrédite totalement ce genre de concours achetés par les brasseurs riches.

Seul hic pour moi, un final en bouche assez métallique.
Molta schiuma a grana fine aroma e gusto d orzo, sufficiente carbonazione retrogusto malto e un poco d alcool.
Goudgeel amberkleurig blond bier, goed toegankelijk. Lichtmoutig, smaken van bananen, caramel en een lichte toets van honing. Lichte metaalgeur waarneembaar.

Pours a hazy golden colour with a large throthy white head. Aromas of faint bananas, cloves, citrus, candied sugar and a little spice. Taste has the same notes with a fair amount of peppery spice and added hints of apples and pears. Medium body with a very lively fizzy mouthfeel. Slightly above average Blonde.

Floral with malts and spices to the nose.
Bread and caramel with orange blossom finishes with pepper and cloves spices.
Medium body with medium carbonation some sour bitterness finishes dry with a clean aftertaste.
Enjoyable abbey blonde beer easily drinkable not overcomplicated straight to the point.
Bottle at home. Clear golden. Belgian yeast, peppery, esters, cloves, candied sugar.

Une bière de midi.
Cher journal... Alors que je m'apprêtais à dîner virtuellement avec mes collègues en télétravail, je tombe accidentellement sur cette belle blonde belge, bien ronde et généreuse. Je l'invite donc sur ma terrasse pour déguster ce frugal repas en compagnie de mes amis virtuels. Une belle rencontre prometteuse pour l'avenir des étrangères que je ne fréquente pas assez souvent.

Bière dorée mousse onctueuse et stable sur 5mm.
Première bouche maltée, typique belge. Bonne carbonatation.

330ml bottle at The Rising Sun, Berkhamsted on 08/07/2010. Yeasty, flowery nose. A bit drier than the average Belgian blonde. Light bitterness at the end.

AROMA: medium-high fruity note of candied pear. medium-low alcoholic presence (rose-like). faint spicy phenols. no hops. malt a bit on the neutral side with a slightly sweet character. APPEARANCE: deep gold color and translucent. medium-large off-white head, creamy, with good retention. leg formation. TASTE: similar to the aroma with initial medium to medium-low fruitiness (pear-drop), with a neutral malt background (slightly sweet). medium bitterness with a fairly dry finish. PALATE: medium-low body with medium-high carbonation. low to medium-low alcohol warmth a bit distracting. OVERALL: an average belgian pale ale that lacks a bit of malt presence and with a bit more alcohol presence.

Clear amber blond beer. A bit sweet smell. Nice. Smooth taste. Balanced, fruity, modest body. Some spices, hoppy. Warming. Quite an accessible and good blond beer.
Botella de 33 cl. Color amarillo ámbar, cristalina. Abundante espuma blanca con retención excelente, de libro para una cerveza belga.
Aromas a cereal, plátano, miel. En boca fácil de beber, maltosa con notas afrutadas y a caramelo. Una buena blonde ale belga con una relación calidad precio excelente.

En copa, cerveza dorado oscuro, ligeramente túrbia y con una fina capa de espuma blanca. Aroma a cereales, notas de miel, especias, grano, fruta madura y levadura. En boca, textura ligera y acuosa, de carbonatación media/alta y amargor suave. Sabor dulzón a cereales y caramelo, junto con especias, cereal en grano, levadura y algo de fruta madura. Una Belgian Ale genérica, sin nada a destacar. Pasable.
