4.0 Birra dal colore oro quasi ambrato leggermente velata, schiuma bianca non molto persistente. Le note principali al naso sono miele, frutta a bacca gialla, agrumi, spezie e note balsamiche grazie all'eucalipto presente in ricetta. In bocca è dolce, fruttata, con un corpo medio ed una buona carbonazione ed una piacevole nota balsamica. Finale secco.
3.9 330ml bottle bought as part of a delivery from Beautiful Beers and drunk at home. Dark almost reddish gold and clear with a large ring of off-white head. Sweet spicy aroma - some pepper and honey - with light yeast. Bittersweet herbal taste with more honey, some stewed fruit, capsicum. Peppery and fruity notes in the aftertaste. Heavy carbonation. This is pretty special indeed.
2.8 Golden, slightly hazy. With a moderate/good white head. Aroma: Hops - citrus, eucalyptus. A hint of malts - hay, bread. Mouth: Fruity freshness (again citrus and eucalyptus) balanced with a moderate bitterness. Medium body. High carbonation. Distinct.
3.1 Sample at Ølfestival at Esrum Kloster. A orange coloured beer with a white head. Aroma and flavour of malt, hops, yeast, alcohol and with a sweet finish.
3.4 Tuoksussa kaardemummaa ja hajustettua saippuaa. Pehmeä suutuntuma. Pehmeä ja jotenkin lämmin maku.
3.7 Amberkleurig helder bier (bezinksel niet meegeschonken) met een gebroken witte schuimkraag. Heerlijke fruitige en zacht kruidige geur van sinaasappel en de eucalyptus. Smaak is eveneens fruitig maar gaan iets meer naar het wrange met een scherpe nasmaak.

3.1 Bottle 330ml. @ home. 🏡 💻👀 [ As Tre Fontane Tripel ]. ABV: 8.5%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, eucalyptus, dried fruit, light pine, moderate yeasty, sweet yeast - candy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, candy - sweet yeast, sweet dried fruit, eucalyptus, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, dried fruit, triple yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to lively. [20210512] 6-3-7-3-12
3.0 When I opened the bottle the head immediately started crawling out of the top of the neck. once I got it in the glass it calmed down very quickly and the head stopped building, which was a surprise to me. This beer is a pleasant looking medium brown with a good amount of haze. Aroma of spices. The flavor has a good amount of malt character but it is pretty heavy in the mouth a kind of muddled. Strong flavor, but I think that may also be this beer's weak point.
2.9 Bottle. Slightly hazy golden, white head. Mix of herbs (mint, coriander), ginger, lemon, black pepper. Funky bittetness.
3.6 Hazy amber color. Herbal, bittersweet nose. Sweet malty flavour ending in a dry bitter, citrus herbal finish. Interesting due to the use of eucalyptus.
3.3 Bottle, 8.5%. Sweetish aroma, hint of yeast and a spicy fruit note. Hazy amber colour. The flavour is caramelly and spicy with a decent bitterness. Late yeast note. Knowing it is eucalyptus, I can taste the bonbon type of eucalyptus notes.
3.4 Bottle. Pours murky amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of fruit and malt, with notes of flowers. Sweetish flavour of malt, with bitter, hoppy and spicy notes and touches of yeast. Bitter and clovelike aftertaste with estery notes. High carbonation. Nice but I wonder where the eucalyptus power have gone.
4.0 I have bought this bottle, at the bootlegger, at Paris. Opening it for the St-Valentin day, a perfect choice before to sleep. A classical and solid trappist coming from the sunny Roma. Here you don't have any revolution and you get a regular and perfumed tripel, 100% on the Belgian way. The color is orange and brown, rather clear with a normal carbonation for the style. This tripel is rather sweet and fruity, side of plum and apricot, boozy that it is correctly hidden, a bit syrupy, malty, regular hop, better at the final.
4.0 A solid Tripel. If there was eucalyptus in it, I didn’t notice.
3.9 Aroma: Bubblegum, dried fruit, caramel, mint, herbs. Appearance: Cloudy copper with creamy head. Taste: Slightly acidic and bitter. Dry. Palate: Quite high carbonation, medium body. Overall: Very strong Belgian notes, especially bubble gum. Not sure I can taste eucalyptus but there is a note of mint.
3.9 Nach dem einzigen englischen Trappistenbier finde ich glatt das einzige italienische Bier dieser Klasse im gleichen Geschäft 3 Wochen später -allerdings nur in dem Regal mit den abgelaufenen Bieren zum halben Preis. Mein Exemplar war schon ein Jahr abgelaufen... Aber probieren wollte ich es unbedingt. Und auch wenn es schon ein bisschen ältlich-muffig schmeckte, konnte ich die feinen Gewürzaromen nach Zimt, Weihrauch, Koriander, Nelken und natürlich Eukalyptus gut rausschmecken und mich an deren EIntracht erfreuen. Es ist etwas herber als die meisten Belgier, aber weiß dennoch zu überzeugen.
2.8 Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy amber with a dense, creamy and lacing head with a neat retention. Is that ginger in the nose? Fairly rich and solid, malty body, somewhat oxidized it seems. And the spicy notes are not ginger but eucalyptus. Not sure how well it fits in a beer really. But pleasantly smooth on the palate. Not in my Top 200 of Tripels. 210121
3.5 11.2 oz. Aroma has notes of bread, clove, oxidation, mint, toffee. Pours murky brownish orange with a large off-white head that collapses into a ring and skiff of foam after a minute. Taste is moderately sweet with a lightly bitter herbal hop finish. Mouthfeel is foamy. A little too oxidized for me, but it's not bad. I wish I had a fresher example.
3.8 Zoet fruitige limoen koriander kruidige tripel. Licht en makkelijk drinkaar maar met een fruitig kruidige licht peperige smaak. Gemiddelde tot zachte bitter met een fruitig zoet afdronk. Moutig fruitige geur Diffuus geel, met meer dan gemiddeld koolzuur en een volle romige schuimkraag. Beetje aparte prettig afwijkende trippel van de standaard tripel stijl. Fles @ Proefglas klein
3.7 Pours a pretty tinted peach color, thin white head. Nose is coriander, pepper, white grape peel, some berry. Crisp and effervescent. The fruitiness comes out nicely with banana peel, golden raisin in the back. Sweet finish. Some flashes of stale breadiness, but overall not bad.

4.0 Sweet & fruity aroma. Hazy amber with a long lasting white head. Medium sweet & light bitter taste. Full bodied, creamy texture & average carbonation.
3.5 Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Orange colour. Light malty and hoppy and moderate yeasty aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.
3.5 Bevuta alla spina in bicchiere da 25 cl. Ambrata leggermente velata, versa poca schiuma. Aroma classico di una tripel con sentori di lievito belga e frutti chiari. In bocca non risulta molto complessa, con l'alcol abbastanza percettibile durante la bevuta. Discreta.
3.6 Ambrata chiara, la schiuma è poca. Aromi molto speziati, l'eucalipto domina sia al naso che poi in bocca. In bocca si sente il caramello, Sentori di miele e propoli. Fruttato da esteri del lievito. L'alcol si fa sentire donando anche una sensazione di calore. Buona tripel speziata che risulta bevibile.
3.5 Eucalyptus komt er door zonder te overheersen. Iets wat je niet verwacht in bier, denkt niet ok te zullen zijn maar uiteindelijk toch een goede match te zijn.
3.4 Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours fairly hazy, amber, with limited white foam, very fine. Aroma is fruity, a little caramel and a small hint of balsamic from eucalyptus. Body is average, with good carbonation. Taste is medium-high sweet. Final has a thin hint of balsamic.
