Brewed with flaked oats, flaked wheat, tangerine zest, and lemon zests. Fermented 100% with a very rare variety of Brettanomyces this beer is exceedingly aromatic. Aged on French Oak Chardonnay Barrels and roses petals for complex maturity and sweet earthy notes.

3.8Clean sharp straw gold with two fingers of foamy white head. Light tropical fruits and fruit skins with some funk and a touch of acidity. Light bodied. Very refreshing.
3.5Nice aroma of Rose hips and a slight lactic sour/ tartness and barnyard funk. Taste is more funky and there is not much lactic sour at all. Earthy and lemony and funky with rose hips are the primary flavors. Has a nice wit beer backing but the barnyard funkiness is a bit much for me. Not the best Trinity beer, especially for a sour. Could be a refreshing summer beer, but not for the price.
3.2Bottle in Seattle. Hazy lemon yellow, small white head. Hazy yeast aroma, some dry brett, a little lemon sour. Juicy, round body, a little waxy. Flabby as they say. Round, sweet and drying finish. Nothing special.
2.6375, capped and waxed. Pours a murky pale yellow with virtually no head, lace, or legs. Mild nose of lemon and grass. Flabby, watery body, nearly flat. Light lemon and banana notes on the mid palate. Neutral finish. Not much is happening here unfortunately.
3.37 Feb 2015, bottle. pale yellow, clear, no bubbles. nose is lots of funk, sour brett. thin body and moderately fizzy. lemon tart, some funk, straw malt. pleasant. not very tart, not very funky.
4.1From notes. Tasted on 1/27/13 from a waxed and capped 750mL bottle purchased online upon release, shared with Curtis and the Nashville crew. Pours hazy light yellow with an average white head that leaves thin lace. The nose is funky yeast, a popcorn oak aroma, lactic tartness, and tons of citrus peel. The flavor is not super sour, but very tart with the same huge funk, popcorn oak, and a creamy lactic note. The body is light with average carbonation and a long tart, oaky, and citrus peel finish.
3.5Pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is rose water, lemon zest, dry white wine, hint of oak. Light bodied, light sourness on the palate, slightly creamy mouthfeel. Taste is lemon zest, tangerine, oak, rose water.
2.6Bottle to goblet
Lemon, brett, probably infected. Yelow, clear, bo head. Infected...undrinkable.
3.3Bottle. Cloudy yellow pour with light white head. Aroma is sour acidic funk, citrus, very acidic smelling, a bit of nail polish. Taste is sour funk, followed by a citrus burst, finish is acidic with a bit of nail polish, mouthfeel is thin, carbonation is medium. A bit acidic for my liking.
2.4Tap @ brew pub. Light golden with minimal head and lacing. Nice dry crisp aroma. Flavor follows.
1.7Little funky fruity. Tastes awful. Funky. Hmm. Not good. Funky herb brett. Not for me.
3.8Poured from a 750 ml bottle., bottle number 242 dated 04/13.
Aroma has some nice peppercorn and phenolic noes with some light citrus notes. Light malt notes.
Pours a cloudy pale, yellow gold with a thin white head that recedes to the edges and lingers Faint lacing and small legs.
Flavor has some light malt notes. Moderate citrus notes with some light phenolics. Light malt character. Low bitterness. Moderate tropical fruit notes.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, another nice beer from Trinity. Nice yeast notes with a lot of tropical fruit and citrus. Well baalnced phenolic notes.
3.5"This one has lots of potential but falls a little short at the end. Murky straw color, wonderful bretty barnyard aroma. Bright and vibrant. Flavor is adequately sour and dry, and very citric, but the watery flat feel makes the flavor taper off drastically in the finish. "
3.68/11/2014. White grapefruit juice pour. Lemon, vomit, rose, and leather. Flavor of rose water, some bread. Very soft on the tongue. 7/3/7/4/15
Revisit bottle 4/27/14: Pretty much exactly what the label says: brett and rose water. Very gentle sweetness, not sour, just bretty. Very soft on tongue as mentioned above. Vomit not really apparent this time. Pretty nice but hard to justify at the price point. The original rating stands.
3.8Bottle, thanks to Jeremy. Pours cloudy yellow/pear juice. Aroma is very floral -- rose water and oranges again, a nice complement to la bretteuse, but bigger in the flowers. Taste: bretty; floral, surprisingly sweet for a brett-forward beer. Body is medium+, surprisingly velvety for a brett beer. Not sure I could crush this, but pretty impressive for a 4.8% brett beer -- I will keep an eye on these.
3.4Poured a hazy straw color with a thin dissipating head. Aroma is super funky, with a barnyard, citrus and cheese. This seemed better a couple months ago. Taste was lemon zest forward but a bit thin on the back end. Should not have saved this. Drink fresh.
3.4Bottle...with an awesome label! Pours out like carbonated urine....aroma is of tart lemon, some funky notes, light plastic Brett. Taste is of lemon, tart fruit, basement, funky tartness, earthy grape, lightly watery but that comes with the lower ABV territory. Some lingering basement and more tart fruity funk in there.
3.8Tasty and pleasant beer. Mouthfeel is soft up front; tingling toward the finish. Slightly chewy, but otherwise light and fluffy on the tongue. Bright esters of lemon, hay, spices and a bit of barnyard. Really nice mix. Grainy malt flavors. Nice amount of sourness. Light finish.
3.5Poured from bottle to glass. Straw hue with white head. Aroma is lemon, pineapple, papaya, melon, straw, lactic. Mouthfeel is nice with a medium light body and great carbonation. Taste is dry sweetness throughout with a zesty floral tartness in the finish. Overall this is a great brew.
4.0Bottle. Pours bright yellow with white head. Aroma is brett, earthy, pineapple, very tropical. Really dry, lots of brett, a really strong tropical fruit flavors, pineapple, mango, floral...really unique and really good!
3.4750ml bottle shared by Dean. Poured an ugly hazed light yellow with a smaller foamy white head. Aroma is the best feature, medicinal overall, band aid, sour lemon, acidic, earth, vinegar, some horse blanket. Flavor is far from the aroma but with some warmth not bad. Light lemon, acidic, dry grain, horse blanket, sour fruit. Better when warmer.
4.0Hazy light straw. Pineapple and funk nose. Flavor is same plus some oak which contributes a coconut-y note that makes this taste like a brett-piña colada. Really tasty but not terribly complex.
3.8A - pours hazy bright white yellow with no head. S - smells real nice. Floral (rose petals), dusty bretts, French bread, lemon custard and yogurt. Some salt notes and yeast. M - light and dry. Fluffy mf. T - floral and honey. Sourdough, lemon custard, yeast, honey and clovers. O - nice find. Nose is amazing. Taste is lacking
4.0375 bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow with thick white head that lasts, lot of carbonation. The aroma is yeast and funk and fruit. Thin mouthfeel with nice light sourness, tart fruit, and funk. Easy to drink, really enjoyed this.
3.4Bottle at BOSS thanks to Ryan. Aroma is funky wet hay. Spicy. Flavor is slightly sweet. Tartness doesn't follow through. Medium bodied. Pours a slightly hazy yellow. Decent but not great.
3.8Poured from a 750ml bottle. The aroma is citrusy, lemon rind, floral, slightly lactic, there is a sweety sock/ski boot funk. The flavor is fairly delicate, floral, dusty, funky, slight citrus. Not bad, bad not all that complex.old and tame. Tasty none the less.
4.1Bottle from Belmont Station, Portland, via Patrick. Rather enjoyed this, pours a cloudy pale yellow, small amount of offz white head. Aroma bretty, fruit, some Chardonnay, very funky. Body very lively finish somewhat tart, very subtle. Ap 4 aR 9 pal 4 taste 8 overall 16
3.9Great pour of faintly hazed straw with full white head. Nose is plenty of smooth funk and tart citrus. Flavor follows but light sour, more tart, citrus notes with straw and almost a light vegetal quality. Clean finish with a great refreshing body. Well done
3.9Love this brewery!! Great beer, solid tartness .. clean mouth and finish . .. .

3.9750 ml bottle from Evergreen Discount, Barrel Number (TBB 7-12), Bottle Number (469 4/13). Aroma of citrus zest, bretty yeast, herbs, light floral notes, oak and tart/sour fruits. Similar flavor, tart and lightly sweet with mild sourness and light earthy bitterness. Pretty light body, crisp and tingly with carbonation and a refreshing finish.
