Troubadour Blond

’Troubadour’ is a deep blond beer with 6,5 % alc. and a second fermentation on the bottle. This second fermentation is responsible for the higher alcohol percentage and the further evolution of the beer in the bottle. When poured out in a suitable glass, ’Troubadour’ has a thick white tenacious head. The first contact with the tongue results in a lovely sparkling feeling. The flavour is characterised by a mild bitterness and is somewhat spicy, followed by a pleasant sweet aftertaste and dry finish.
The aroma is mainly characterised by the spicy hop flavours, accompanied by a light fruity flavour.
Troubadour Blond is an authentic beer, consisting of the basic elements : pilsner malt, water, hop and yeast.

3.6 E o belgiană caracteristică stilului, aproape de etalon, caracterizându-se printr-o amăreală cu note de ierburi verzi și de câmp pe fundal și în postgust, bine combinate cu notele piperate/condimentate. Bună și bine făcută. Aromă ușoară, malț, fructe galbene răscoapte, ușor condimente și note de drojdii belgiene. Gust cu o ușoară dulceață de fructe galbene, note piperate specifice berilor belgiene, ușoară astringență, puțină aciditate de citrice semicoapte și amăreală cu note de ierburi de câmp pe fundal.
3.6 bottiglia 33 cl, bel cappello di schiuma bianca fine persistente, colore giallo limpido, al naso è intensa lieviti belgi banana cereali, in bocca perde un po' marmellata di pesche frutta a pasta gialla tante spezie, corpo leggero, watery, carbonazione decisa, amaro moderato, secca nel finale. 3.9 Аромат классически бельгийский. Очень много пшеницы а также цветочные нотки, немного травянистости, пряности легкие, гвоздика. Цвет полу мутный, пенка белая, хорошая, но не очень стойкая. Вкус тоже ровный и вкусный в целом. Снова много пшеницы и еще больше цветов уже с нотами фруктов. При глотке немного хмелевая сухость а также травянистая горчинка. Послевкусие уже более цветочное с медовой ассоциацией. В целом хорошее пиво по стилю.
4.0 Blonde dorée limpide, jaune soleil comme l'étiquette. Surmontée par un col de mousse blanche bien calibré, stable et compact. Belle et longue tenue. Nez équilibré entre douceur maltée, épicé levuré et amertume herbacée houblonnée. Ca sent parfaitement la blonde belge. Bouche à l'attaque douce miellée légèrement pétillante. Se révèlent ensuite les notes épicées levurées tout en équilibre et un houblonnage vert, à l'amertume moyenne. Base céréalière confortable. Belle rondeur et finale sèche. Corpulence moyenne, carbonatation légère. Blonde belge ultra-classique mais tout y est, avec un bullage un peu plus léger que la moyenne. Goûtu et frais, équilibré et assez complexe.
3.2 Citric-fruits fresh smell. Quite some sourness in the taste. Hints of bananas. Quite some bitterness as well, but the sourness is dominating. Quite an interesting, unique blonde beer. Not an easy one though.

3.1 l'Alchimie Rouen. Bonne bière belge qui évite de tomber dans les écueils de l'alcool à gogo et du goût sucré . Très bon concensus.

4.4 A beautiful blonde Belgian. Drunk in pressure. Foam provided and very white. Tonic and persistent carbonation without being excessive. Fresh, nose of citrus and lychee.

3.0 Une belle blonde Belge. Bue en pression. Mousse fournie et bien blanche. Carbonatation tonique et persistante sans être excessive. Fraîche, nez d'agrumes et de litchis. Une belle tenue en bouche, saveurs de pamplemousse et de litchi confirmées, belle amertume autour de 30 ibu. Alcool non perceptible et laissant la part belle à la fraicheur des arômes.
3.2 Gyllene, svagt disig. En svag syrlig doft. Smaken mer markerad, fruktig, syrlig sötma som avslutas med tydlig beska. Rätt hög kolsyra

3.4 Bottle from beerwulf. Hazy golden appearance with big bubbly white head. Aroma is sugar, sweet, malt and spiced. Flavour banana, wheat and spiced
3.3 Flaska. Disig mörkgul med ett beständigt vitt skum. Dofter av malt, örter och jäst. Desamma återkommer i smaken tillsammans med citrus och en pepprighet. Torr avslutning.
3.6 Hazy golden with a thick white head. Besides the features of a classic Blonde, it incorporates some more savory elements, a pleasant bitterness and some spice. Quite drinkable.
3.2 Pilsner yellow pour with a medium sized white head. Sweet lager malt aroma, wet dog, slightly hopped. Halfway medium sweet, somewhat watery taste. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Not to bad.
3.5 Bière 75 cl trouvée à Leclerc à Lille Fives. Robe blonde dorée limpide, col de mousse blanc non persistant. Arômes de miel, céréales douces. En bouche, agrumes, orange, citron, miel, levure belge. Bière bien houblonnée et plutôt ronde. Une blonde belge classique et sympa.

3.8 10-02-2019; bottle; at home (bought at an unknown location). The looks of the beer are nice. It looks like a proper Belgian Ale. The colour of the beer is a nice golden yellow. The beer has a nice straw yellow shine. It is a bit cloudy, but not completely dense. On top, there is a nice full layer of soft, white foam. Foam retention is pretty good. A nice thick drape is left after some time. Not bad at all. The aroma of the beer is very nice. It is kinda crisp and fresh. Malts give some nice slightly straw and bready aromas. The hops are nice and spicy and in a way crisp. The Belgian yeast contributes with quite a nice bouquet of fruity esters, including banana and some spicy notes. The aroma is quite delicate and nicely balanced and complete. I like it. The taste of the beer also is nice. The beer has a nice sweetness, but it is not over the top sweet. The hops and spiciness form the yeast bring nice bitterness. There is a minimal dash of acidity in the fruity yeast esters. It is just enough to bring balance, together with an even tinier savouriness. Well balanced. The palate of the beer is nice. Medium carbonation, medium body, smooth texture. The finish is quite nice. Nice spicy hops and some spicy yeast. It is very nice. I like it a lot. Great example of a good Belgian Ale.
3.5 Beetje Citrus en spicy, Belgische gist....bubblegum achtig. Easy drinking blond bier met een redelijke bitter.... iets droog op het laatst.
3.2 Blond licht wazig bier met wit mooi schuim. Neus is overwegend honingzoet (bijna vervelend), fruit, fris. Smaak is lichtbitter, lichtkruidig en fruitig (appelsien). Redelijke koolzuur. Zwakkere afdronk. Redelijk blond bier, vooral omdat hij van het vat was. Ik vermoed dat het flesje een pak minder gaat zijn. Het zoete en vooral de restsuikers zijn bij alle Troubadours toch wel een probleem. Heel mooi glas.
3.7 Kolor złoty głęboki opalizujący klarowny. Piana gęsta wysoka dość trwała. Aromat kwiaty, biale owoce, slody, pszenica, delikatne przyprawy. Smak anyżowy, pieprzowy. Owoce na drugim planie, tłem słód. Tresciwe dosc bogate przyjemne.

3.2 Keg at Gollem, Antwerpen, 07/12/18 as Gollem Blond. Clear golden blonde with a decent off white cap. Nose is straw, light citric zest, grains. Taste comprises light yeast esters, toasted malts, orange peel, grass, light spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with modest hoppage. Passable Belgian Blonde.
3.3 Keg at the gollem antwerp,. A mostly clear golden yellow coloured pour with a a sticky white head. Aroma is honey, spices, cereal, fresh. Flavour is composed of pale malts, mellow Belgian yeast, apple, metallic, bitter finish. Palate is semi sweet, soft carbonation. Basic.
3.1 Blond kruidig bier, lichte toets van honing. Goudgeel van kleur en lekker bitter.
3.5 330ml bottle. Pours a murky orange-yellow with a large, foamy, long lasting, white head that leaves curtains of lace. Aroma of bready pale malt, Belgian yeast, apple, spice and floral hops. Sweet flavour of grainy pale malt, apple, white grape, Belgian yeast and black pepper with a dry, floral hop finish. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Very pleasant.
