2.9On tap, poured into a sampler glass. The aromas are light lemon and muffin notes. It pours a sparkling clear pale gold with a white soapy head reducing to a thick ring and leaving a light lace. It’s well balanced between medium light sweet and bitter. This lighter bodied beer has an active carbonation to go with it’s oily texture. It finishes dry and crisp with scones, grains, and resin. The aftertaste is also light with a resin and lemon peel character.
2.9Gold pour, thin head
Aroma is sweet malt, soft grassy hop.
Flavour is medium sweet, grainy, low bitterness. In line with a dortmunder.
3.8From the can into a St Feuillien glass. Pours gold with head and lace. Aroma of light malts and floral hops. Medium carbonation and mouthfeel. Flavors of sweet malts, grassy and floral hops, honey, light grains, yeast, and breadiness. Overall a nice body and flavor...good representation of the style although a tad sweet.
3.0Bottle at home from backlog notes 07. Pours a clear golden colors with a medium sized white head that didn’t last. The aroma and flavor have grainy and cereal malts, grass, mild spicy hops, light caramel, not very exciting.
3.0Glass at barcade. Pours light golden with smaller head. Notes are malt, yeast and grains. A little too yeasty for it’s own good.
2.4Can. Pours a clear, pale straw color. Thin white head, not much retention or lacing. Nose is light malt, grain, wet cardboard, faint noble hoppiness. Mouth is thin, grain and malt, lemongrass, metallic, hoppy bitterness. Better than Stella or Miller... but that’s not really hard to do. Mediocre at best.
2.6Orange tinted amber. Small off white head that disappears quickly. Yeasty aroma and taste. Some malt in there. Typical Helles taste.
3.8From a yellow can. Pours a clear straw to pure golden with an eggshell head that settles to a film and leaves some soapy lace. Nose involves soft bread, honey, spicy noble hops, and some pleasant subtle rain forest. Fairly sweet and fairly bitter. Medium to light bodied, creamy, softer, with a doughy yeast and drying spicy hop bitter finish. Really enjoyable, well made brew. Imminently drinkable.
3.4One of the better lagers out there. Not overly bitter and really easy to drink. Had in a can at a roof top party
2.8Cute pup on the can. Clear, yella beer, white clingy head. Generic lager aroma, a little corny smelling. Some off over-sparged flavors, musky malting, a little graham cracker sweetness. Medium body, sort of a frothy mouthfeel. $10.99/6 - Are you #@@$ kidding me, ABC Liquors - glad I just got one.
3.2Tallahassee, Fl - ABC Fine Wine & Spirits - 12 oz can. Pours a slightly hazy medium golden, a little bit of a glint to it, thin white bubbly head. Aroma has some fresh lake water accents, a touch of wort and spent grain. Flavor is true to the style with lots of grain, some grassy notes, a touch of nuttiness and just a hint of yeast. Mouthfeel has a pleasant thickness to it, Good sturdy very drinkable lager.
2.5Pours yellow with moderate, quickly-disappearing head. Full-flavored, giving some sweetness up front, a metallic edge, some corn and chemical-like flavors, and a light to moderate hop finish. I felt pressure (internal) to like this, because if it is brewed by a good brewer like this, one might think that it is just your failure to appreciate the style. But in the end, I didn’t regret pouring half my glass down the drain. It was too rough in its chemical qualities. Can.

Clear golden body small white head
Sweet malt honey and light hop aroma.
Sweet malt, honey, and big spicy hops
Medium body mod high carb
3.5Pours a clear yellow with a foamy white head. Aroma of bread and earthy yeast. Taste is sweet with a mild bread flavor. Finish is crisp. Clean and refreshing.
3.0On tap at Buckeye Beer Engine. Decent drinkability. An edge, funky yeast, a negative in the aroma. lace sheet.
3.1This a strong drinkable beer... Taste foreign...not much going on bit I feel like I could drink a tub of this so that probably good
3.7On tap at the Brewpub. Pours a clear very pale gold with a white head that dissipates slowly and laces. Aroma has a nice light grain and light sweet grass with just a hint of caramel underlying. Flavor has light grass and floral notes with a nice grain backing.
1.9Sampled from a 12 oz can this beer poured a vibrant golden color with a huge creamy yellow-white head that lingered and left decent lacing. the aroma was sweet, tang, corny, a bit industrial and sour. The flavor was tangy, sweet and sour and had a creamed corn presence. Medium finish and medium body. Crap beer at craft beer prices, yay :(
2.812 oz can pours a golden/amber color with small diminishing white head. Aroma is grainy and grassy with noticeable caramel. Taste is on the sweet side all the way through. Light to medium body with average carbonation. A refreshing, simple summer beer that makes me look forward to winter again.
3.0Pours a pale gold and crystal clear with a small white head. Aroma is light pilsener malts with some faint caramel. Taste is light grains up front followed by a quick and fleeting wheat-beer-banana flavor. Finish is a gritty mild bitterness. Caramel sweetness throughout.
2.6Very good light summer beer. Simple taste that is great on a hot day. Craft beer drinker’s light beer
2.9Can thanks to ad nielsen. Big white head that dissipates pretty fast. Tastes like golden wavy grains. Easy to drink quickly, nothing bad to mention but i’m not about to write to my parents about it either
3.2Can @ Greg’s house picked up in the Midwest. Pours a clear golden appearance with a white head. Straw, grainy, dry herbal, grassy aroma- good but not comparable to European releases. Slight corn, a touch metallic, a touch sweet, slight goopy, light lemon, grainy flavor. Ok for an American release but not as good as some Two Brothers releases.
3.1Can to half-pint glass (shared with the Mrs.). Looks solid; a transparent gold with thin white head that dissipates quickly. Smells and tastes of dough, hops, and light caramel malt with a solid mouthfeel. Decent for what it is.
2.4Pretty standard lager. Some light hops and weak bready malt. Nothing to write home about but enjoyable on a hot summer day
3.0Pours clear pale yellow. Aroma is sweet yeast. Very light sweet lager. Lots of honey taste. Goes down very smooth and clean. Caramel malts and light hoppy flavor. I just happened to drink this with hot wings and it was pretty perfect with them. Not bad.
2.9Can. Lactic barley malt aroma. Golden yellow with giant white head. Sweet milky barley malt, light lemon, and mildly bitter herbal flavor - thankfully tastes much better than it smells.
3.0Draft at lucky lab. Pours crystal clear yellow with a small white head and tons of carbonation. The aroma has some light floral notes and some breadiness. The taste is classic lager but is extremely crisp, has a bit of grass and grain.
3.5Pours a Palestinian translucent gold. White head. Bready and grainy aroma. Some banana bread esters come through in the taste. Very pleasant.
3.712oz can shared. Poured out a golden yellow color with a white head that disappears quickly. Mild carbonation. Flavor is mild and sweet. Mild malt backbone. Flavor is crisp and clean mild bitterness of hops but the malt is prevalent. I do,like the flavor even though its light. Good summer beer to enjoy. Tis is one you want to drink colder than most.
