3.3 Mild citrus aroma, orange amber pour. Flavor is a medium citrus, with a combo of tangerine and basic zest.
3.5 From 12oz can to snifter. Pour is a orange yellow, thick white head. Nose is hoppy, tropical, light fruit, light pine. Taste is light-medium bodied, bitter with fruity sweetness on the back end. Crisp yet long finish.
3.4 Tap @ BOT. Copper colour. Fruity, citric, mandarijntjes, some bitterness, fairly sweet.
3.4 12oz can from Shenandoah Hops. Aromas of tangerine, tangerine candy, orange zest. Mostly clear light orange with a somewhat lasting white head. Pretty dry, decently zesty, some orange candy flavors. Medium bodied.
3.4 Can had in Kimball junction Utah w family. Crisp and bitter with lots of aroma. One of the better Utah beers
3.1 CAN. Straight from the can, a light gold.. Soft tangerine, citrus aroma.. Light malt body, goes to the tangerine & citrus flavours, finished sharp and bitter.. Sourced village bottle shop & tasting room
3.8 Nearly clear copper pour with a one finger, off white head. Aroma is citrus, mango, tart melon, bread, caramel, a bit of cracker, bright citrus zest. Flavor is caramel, soft cereal toastiness, lots of deep and bright citrus notes, a hint of mango and pineapple. Medium body, slightly syrupy feel, medium carbonaiton, nice hop acid bite. Really tasty stuff.
4.1 Delicious beer. Great for a nice fall day sitting by the fire and taking out trees with the chainsaw
3.5 can. Golden with one finger head. Fairly light body, caramel malt, citrus with plenty of tangerine flavor. Solid bitterness. Good stuff.
4.0 Even though Hop Nosh is an excellent base beer, I've been happy that its Uinta infusions add a lot of fruit flavor to the mix. The tangerine variant works just as well as the grapefruit variant thanks to a juicy bouquet of tropical hops. Tangerine smell and taste comes out loud and clear, but there's plenty of zesty, floral bitterness to remind you that this is an IPA. Tangy, vibrant finish - damn refreshing.
3.3 Dunkles gelb schaum Ok, im Geruch harzig herb citrus, im Geschmack ebenfalls kräftig bitter schöne citrus Noten orangenschale etwas grasig
2.8 Orange, OK can. Almost clear citrine orange pour with an oatmeal colored, lacy head. Aroma was a bit muted, powdery, zesty, but just not that appealing. Acidic, had an unpleasant, overbrewed pithiness to it. This was the first Uinta beer that I've had that I really didn't enjoy. Including the ones they brew for Trader Joe. ABC Liquors, Betton.
3.4 Flasche in Seoul. Harzige-fruchtiger duft. Im Antrunk Orangenschale, Har und Gras.
3.6 12 oz. can bb 01/01/2018. Orange-brassy colored with a creamy disc of foam. Resin, garlic and peppery citrus zest in the aroma. Flavor is the same mix but with a touch more peppery zest. Same wooden finish of the regular Nosh. Almost medium body has smooth low-medium fizz and a dry slant.
3.3 Rated on 10-07-2017. Can. Best Before 11/12/17. The appearance is a medium sized frothy, fizzy off-white head that is mostly lasting, transparent golden body, lively, fast rising carbonation observed, and one ring of lacing. The aroma is tangerine, citrus, grapefruit, tropical fruit, hops, lightly earthy, bready, and malt. The flavor presents light-moderate bitterness, tangerine, citrus, acidic, tropical fruit, some grapefruit, malt, and lightly sweet. The mouthfeel is moderate carbonation and this beer is medium bodied. This beer has a tangerine and bitter finish and aftertaste. This beer is very drinkable, but it is a bit too tangerine tasting for my liking. This is a beer that I will not be purchasing again because of the over tangerine taste.
3.8 On tap @ Scottys in Indianapolis, during GenCon50. Orange body with a thick white head that laces the glass all the way to the end. Bright orange pulp and peel character, low sweetness, balanced bitterness. Drinkable and bright.
3.9 Bottle. Clear light copper color with tiny white head. Aroma - Tangerine, blood orange, resin, malt. Taste - Medium bitterness, sweet malt, tangerine, touch of caramel.
3.6 355ml can. Pours a hazy gold-orange with a small, creamy, long lasting, off-white head that laces. Sweet fruity aroma of orange, tangerine, peach and mango with a biscuit malt backbone. Sweet fruity flavour of grapefruit, orange, tangerine, lemon, muddled tropical fruit, caramel and biscuit malt with a dry, bitter hop finish. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Not bad but the original was slightly better.
3.1 This canned brew from a bottle shop was served at a cool temperature and poured a head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a typically carbonated body light orange brown colored body and an excellent lacing. The nice aroma was citrus hoppy and fruity. The mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start and at the finish with a lingering citrus aftertaste. The ok flavor contained notes of citrus fruity and hops. An OK brew just nothing special.
3.8 Yes! Nice hoppy and balanced showing from Uinta. Hops have been turned way up, but still balanced by considerable malt presence. Tangerine addition is refreshing. 12oz can
3.2 Draught @ Albion. Clear golden with very small frothy whitish head, faint citrus aroma, mildly bitter taste with tangerine flavor, thin body, medium bitter finish with tangerine peel aftertaste. Decent.
2.9 Yard House, San Antonio, draft. Light color. Kind of fizzy. More tangerine zest than tangerine. It's all right.
3.4 can. big hops and citrus notes. pretty unique IPA - enjoyable, easy to drink.
3.9 12 ounce bottle into pint glass, best before 11/25/2017. Pours crystal clear deep golden amber/light orange color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky off white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice dense soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, red grapefruit, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, melon, lemon zest, orange peel, light pepper, pine, toasted bread, light caramel, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/tropical/pine hops, tangerine zest, and moderate bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tangerine, red grapefruit, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, melon, lemon zest, orange peel, citrus rind, light pepper, pine, toasted bread, light caramel, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus rind, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, red grapefruit, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, melon, lemon/orange peel, citrus rind, pepper, pine, toasted bread, and herbal/floral/grassy hop earthiness on the finish for a while. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/tropical/pine hops, tangerine zest, and moderate bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero lingering hop/fruit astringency after the finish. Moderate increasing dryness from bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy, and sticky/resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 7.3%. Overall this is a delicious fruited IPA. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/tropical/pine hops, tangerine zest, and moderate bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the modestly bitter/drying finish. Don’t really prefer this much over the base beer; but it is a lot more vibrant, tropical, and dank on hop/fruit flavors. Definitely a more modern hop bill. Nice malt backbone, without being sweet or overly aggressive. A very enjoyable offering.
4.6 2017 rating. Wow! This is a remarkable Hop-forward beer. I like it so much better than the original.
4.1 Very full of citrus. Light enough for summer, but full enough for an evening indoors. Palate lasts a bit too long... like an orange peel. Super fresh and tasty.
3.7 One of the better fruit heavy IPA variations around. It pours a bright neon orange like a friscalating Fanta at dusk. The smell is like a slight orange peel and citrusy hops. The taste is a smooth, yes, tangerine dreamy experience with some slight hoppy bitter but mostly a slick juicy crush. It is deceptively drinkable and a treat for any occasion. Good for chilling on the lawn during a free Sheila E. concert next to the coolest dancing grandpa around.
4.0 From a can pours golden orange with short lasting head with some nice lacing. Hop citrus aroma and flavor with definite criteria fruit. Decent beer for Utah.
3.3 Flaska bishops Örebro. Orange kulör. Fruktig och maltig doft. Citrusskal, druva och citron. Ganska söt och kvalmig smak av citrus.
