4.1Hazy gold color with a very nice frothy white head that maintained a nice covering. The aroma is fruity and yeasty. The taste is mildly sweet but strong.
4.0★★★★

We have to go back to our classics from time to time
In this spring that doesn't want to start, we have to go back to our classics and we have always had a weakness for Unibroue. What is pleasant about the products of this brewery is that the bottles are 750ml and it is pleasant to share it with a loved one. It's generous and coated. Another good reason to be proud to be a Quebecker. Love it!
4.0Poured from 12 oz bottle into tulip glass. A 3"+ effervescent off white head recedes fairly rapidly with just a hint of lacing. Color is cloudy orange. Plenty of streaming carbonation. Aroma brett-yeast dominated fruit and wheat. Mouthfeel is frothy and crisp with a dry finish. Flavor of wheat grain, apple, spice, apricot, peach, with tangy hops. Overall: very good.
3.8341ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, amber colour with average, fluffy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, biscuity, minimally bready, caramel and wheat malty and yeasty fruity aroma, notes of dried fruit, apricot, peach, yellow apple, a touch of raisin. Taste is sweet, caramel and minimally wheaty malty, fruity, slightly yeasty spicy, notes of yellow apple, hints of peach and apricot, dried yellow stone fruit, a touch of raisin, date, fig, clove overtones; creamy texture, very smooth, soft and silky palate. Superbly balanced, clean but not undercomplex. Very good.
3.6This is what it is...a good representation of the style, but not one of the best out there. ABV% well hidden with flavors of wheat, fruit, yeast, etc. I prefer the darker Unibroues, but this was available and wanted to try. Been there done that here, definitely worth the try though.
3.1bottle. Poured hazy amber with a thin white top. Aroma of bananas and clove. Medium bodied, prickly mouthfeel, tart dry finish. Taste reflects the aroma, yeasty esters with pepper and citrus peel notes.
3.3341ml bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours dark orange, hazy, with limited and evaporating foam. Aroma is malty, caramel. Body is dense but very carbonated. Some alcoholic feeling. Taste is pretty sweet, with limited bitterness. Finish is fairly long.
3.4Bottle from Hopt. Aroma is estery yeast with ripe sugary fruits, citrus, bready malt, some banana, bit spicy. Flavour is sweet and sugary with low bitterness. Body is medium. Sweet and yeasty with sugary fruits, pretty good.
3.7Can't believe I didn't rate this years ago. Gold pour, large white head, good retention. Doughy aroma, yeast, citrus, light spice, sweet malts. Wheat and coriander up front, sweet malt backbone, lemon. Medium body.
3.7From backlog. Bottle from Total Wine at Hilton Grand Vacations at The strip, Las Vegas. Golden with white head. Malts, hops, yeast, spices and Wheat.
3.3One of my first favorite beers as I started exploring my taste in beer. Not quite as impressed as I used to be. Not as complicated as I remember. Appearance is pleasant but not especially impressive. Taste is lemony, with moderate effervescence. I remember it tasting stronger and it is 9 percent but was surprisingly easy to drink. Will try again at another time.
3.817th Sep 2018; monthly beer share in Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury, usual five suspects in attendance. Cork and caged 750ml bottle, cheers to me for sharing such a lovely beer! Light mist in the golden body, snow white crown. Spicy and wheaty, liked it a lot; a wheat triple isn't something you come across too often, really enjoyed this (wish I'd kept the bottle at home and drank it all myself to be honest).
3.5660ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Sep '18 courtesy of Jeremy. Pours misty gold, pure white head. Sweet nose. Taste is smooth, fairly strong and sweet to taste, presents a fairly interesting swirling sweetness, candied icing. Decent.
3.6Bottle @ Malt & Mold sampling. Pours cloudy dull yellow with small foamy whitish head, earthy aroma with dough-coriander-nutmeg, high carbonation, mildly bitter earthy taste with a bit of salt, smooth body, long medium bitter spicy finish. Almost like a winter warmer.
3.8Nice light orange. Big yeast smell, almost like champagne. The taste has a lot more of a wheat taste than I was expecting. Lots of coriander and spice. The alcohol is nicely covered by the carbonation.
3.8Botella @El Lúpulo Feroz, Oviedo 22/07/2018
Color ambarino corona de espuma blanca, aromas levadura, malta, sabor maltoso, caramelo cuerpo denso. rica.
4.0I definitely enjoyed this beer. La Fin Du Monde is one of my favorites also and this one is very similar. It's like they did a wheat version of the beer. I like wheat beers and triples, so I was interested to try that combo together. The 9% alcohol is not detectable and covered in delicious flavors. I finished the second half of the bottle with a nice meal and it was a perfect compliment. This did not have that characteristic taste you typically get with Belgian triples. If I didn't know that style I probably would have just pegged it as an ordinary wheat beer. I enjoyed it.
3.3Orangée trouble, bonne mousse.
4.112 oz bottle. Hazy amber color with significant visible carbonation and a huge white head. Aroma is floral, sugar cookies, yeast. Light malts, banana esters, spices, yeast, wheat, pear, a bit of pepperiness, lemon rind, coriander. 9% well hidden. Tingling with carbonation. Crisp with a clean finish.
3.2Pours hazy light amber with a full, off white head. Aroma is bread, with some clove. Taste is some caramel, moving wheaty bread and some spices. Finish is smooth wheat.
3.90,341l bottle. Pours hazy golden with small white lacing. Strong fruity sweetness with citrus, honey... spiciness with coriander. Belgian yeast. Complex, balanced and great!
Excellente.
