3.3 On tap at Big Texas Beer Fest. Pours a hazy yellow gold with medium off white head that lasts. The aroma is yeast, floral, earth. Medium body, pure sugar, bubblegum, belgian yeast, dry finish, good.
3.4 On tap at the Only Cafe. Pleasing medium light body and belgian fruit spice profile. Lightly tart and sweet, inoffensive.
3.6 Piacevole e semplice, saison con influenza da ipa, fresca e crisp. Lievito, dolcezza con finale appena amaro.
3.4 Golden big foamy head. Herbal spice, crisp sweet malt aroma. Big carbonation, fruity apples, grapes, dry bitterness, spicy yeast. A little watery, but a nice fruity bubbily ale.
2.8 Bottle. Golden body with a big, pillowy white head, slowly diminishing. Aroma of toasted grain, light mustiness, coriander, light clove. Moderate flavor with a bitter and sour finish. Medium body, watery/sticky texture, lively carbonation. The thickish, sticky mouthfeel, sourness and spiced-up taste brought this "saison" down quite a few notches. But it looks great.

4.0 Musty biscuit malt, lemon, and fresh hay aroma. Mostly clear golden yellow with large off-white head. Moderately sweet orange/lemon, biscuit malt, and mildly bitter musty hay flavor. Good body and balance. Not very metal but a damn nice beer.
3.5 From the 355 ml. bottle with an expiration date of 12/03/20. Golden colored pour under a full foamy white head. Busy carbonation. The aroma has a toasted bread character but also a rather vibrant nutmeg or all spice character. Apple and pear too. A little olive oily though. Light to medium mouthfeel. The taste is sweet and spicy with a lighter pear character.
3.4 12 oz bottle someone left at the house. To chimay glass. Pours a mostly clear light orange with a 2 finger bubbly white head that recedes rather quickly. Belgian yeast and apple and pear on the aroma. Apple/pear in the taste as well as some light pepper. Light sweetness. Light bodied with a dry finish.
3.1 12oz bottle into a Corsendonk stemmed tulip glass in California on 22nd Dec 2019 at my daughters house. Cloudy pour, orange in colour, white head, soon to be a wispy covering and collar. Yeasty nose and taste, herbal/spicy hoppiness also in both the aroma's and flavour's. Light farmyard/horse blanket notes as the beer warmed, mild tartness in the finish, before and after the farmyard turned up!
3.8 341ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey golden colour with average to huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Yeasty spicy and yeasty fruity, slightly grassy, hoppy aroma, notes of pear, yellow apple, dried apricot, brine, mustard seed, hints of fresh hay, some basil, white pepper. Taste is dry, yeasty fruity and yeasty spicy, notes of pear, yellow apple, hints of brine and mustard seed, slightly grassy and citrusy hoppy overtones with hints of old lemon peel, lime, fresh hay, some basil. Very, very nice.
3.2 Bottle at Las Buenas Pulgas, served in a Chimay glass. Pours a hazy golden colour, medium head and retention, good lacing. Aroma of herbs, apples, hay, cloves, fruits, citrics. Medium body, rough texture, normal carbonation. Finish is a bit dry. Taste is similar to the aroma. A bit low in alcohol, good.
3.8 Apple yeasty aroma, peppery spice, floral and fruity. Pours clear yellow with big fluffy white head Light yeasty fruity flavor of apple and spice. Light bodied with high co2, lingering spicy finish. Easy to drink, interesting and enjoyable.
5.0 Love it! The spices are distinct.
3.5 Aroma 6. Appearance 4. Taste 7. Palate 4. Overall 14. Yeast and spices aroma. Citrus fruits, yeast, spices, and a bit floral taste.
3.1 Pours hazy amber with a three finger, light beige head. Aroma is light caramel, light grass and Belgian yeast. Taste is thin caramel, moving to grassy notes and Belgian yeast. Finish is Belgian. A straight ahead Belgian.
3.3 750ml bottle: This one pours a clear golden color. There was a pretty frothy white head that dropped off quickly and left no lacing. Lighter nose. A little spicy and floral. A faint earthiness. The taste is good, but definitely a little lighter than a typical saison. A little spicy, light malts, faint citrus. Good. A session saison?
3.4 On tap at Patent Social, Waterloo, ON. Smells like unibroue spicy yeast, with light herbal hops. Sweet and spicy taste, like apple pie. Fine but not the best from Unibroue.
3.4 Bottle. Spicy saison yeast aroma with notes of floral hops, clove, pepper and some citrus. Pours cloudy golden colored with a thin off white head that has excellent retention and good lacing. Starts with spicy saison yeast and floral hop flavors. Finishes bone dry with clove, pepper and citrus flavors as well as a little bit of soap that’s a bit off-putting. Decent, but the soapy-ness at the end hurts it quite a bit.
3.8 12 ounce bottle purchased at Total Wine Pembroke Pines, FL for $13.99/variety 6-pack. Very good.
2.6 Pours up a slightly cloudy golden color and a nice white head. Aroma is mild yeast. Taste is thin and kind of watery. Bitter baby aspirin aftertaste. Certainly not going to win any awards with this.
2.3 Megadeth's beer is definitely not as classic as the long time thrash master's early albums. Thin bodied and poundable if it weren't for the mosquito repellent overtone in the fade. Some garden herbs, yeast phenols and hop spices in the aroma. Just ok.
4.5 Aroma a flores indescriptible que perdura en el ambiente incluso al acabar la cerveza. Muy refrescante, muy fácil de beber.
3.4 Bottle. Moderate hay and grain for the malt, light grass and herbs for the hops, moderate musty farmhouse for the yeast, with notes paper, rosemary and faint spices. Head is large, frothy, white, with excellent lacing and is mostly lasting. Color is slightly hazy medium amber. Flavor starts moderately acidic, then finishes lightly to moderately acidic and lightly bitter. Palate is medium, watery, with a fizzy carbonation and a dry finish. A nice dry beer, but not a great Saison.
3.5 This is a good beer. I would consider this a session beer. It has an orange appearance. Nothing to heavy or to light would say medium with an orange taste
3.4 Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom's place. Thanks Stas. Hazy blond. Yeasty, spicy aroma, slightly bitter, a little herbal taste with mild yeastyness. Light body, slightly spicy finish.
3.0 Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom L's place. Thanks Stas. Cloudy yellow. Yeast, floral, earth, spiciness, fruitiness, minerals, a bit sweetish, bitter finish, medium-bodied.
3.5 Tap at kool keg. Cloudy gold. White color head. Funky spice aroma. Nice light fruity character, low funk. Light body.
4.8 Excellent bière à faire découvrir la meilleure commerciale
3.4 On tap at Gio's in St. Agathe des Monts, Quebec. Cloudy, amber gold with a small near-white head and good lacing. Aroma of pear, apple, hay and grass. Taste of lemon, hay, a light clove-like spiciness and light fruit. Medium body and medium carbonation. A decent saison, albeit a bit fruiter thsnost and less complex.
