# 900 et # 924; 11/2017 et 1/2018 (can and bottle). Prázdný pivo s karamelovou příchutí a nepříjemnou, drsnou, krátkou hořkostí - podobá se špatné a levné whisky. Lahvové o něco horší.
zapach słodowy, dość cięzki, trochę warzyw, odrobina jabłek, w tle trochę alkoholu. kolor złoty, klarowny, w toni pływają bardzo drobne drobiny. piana biała, średnio obfita i średnio trwała. w smaku pełne, słodowe, słodkie, wyraźne, jasne słody, trochę płatków kukurydzianych, trochę suszonych ziół i odrobina ogonków z jabłek. goryczka niska, ogonkowa, łuskowa. nasycenie umiarkowane
Sampled in a little village near Ljubljana Airport. Medium carbonation. Head half a thumb wide. Good lacing. From low expectations I quite enjoyed this beer. With taste there is an initial bitterness then a malty taste. Leaves a bitter taste but not unpleasant. Not a classic - but ideal after a long hot walk! Would try again.
Zlatnozuta boja, bijela pjena srednje debljine, srednje trajna. Metalna aroma, veoma blago, skoro neprimjetno, arome trave i meda. Slabe gorčine, duzeg gorkog finiša. Vodene teksture, jake karbonizacije.
Lager. A little bit awkward taste. Watery. Drinkable but not fan of it. Drink only if there is no other beer around.
Puszka 0,5 litra, zakupiona przez kumpla na stacji benzynowej w Słowenii. Barwa zlota, przejrzysta. Średnia, biala piana, szybko opada i odrobine zdobi szkło. W smaku jednak odrobina kukurydzy.

19/07/19 A bottle offered in Croatia. Not much scent. Pours golden with white foam. Taste of sweet malts with a bitter finish. A lager at its most basic.
16/07/22 It's still available and I decided to give it a try to see if anything had changed. I omitted the palate last time around in terms of comment and it seems to be the overarching feature of all the lagers on this trip: they are gassy with an unpleasant or metallic aftertaste. Still the same score on the doors as I remain generous.

DAAIP (drunk all alone in Portoroz, Slovenia); Pours clear gold straw with a white, mostly deminishing, somewhat lacing head. Nose is light malt and citrus fruity. Taste is light sweet and bitter with a short fruity, cardboard finish. Body is light, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is avarage.
Стандартный скучный евро-лагер. Ни аромата, ни вкуса. Пить можно если только больше ничего нет.

A slovenian, golden Pale Lager with light head. Aroma is malt, yeast, tea, bread. Taste is bitter. Pearly.
Pours a very clear golden color with slight suds of white head. Slight cardboard and walnut aroma. Light over carbonated fruity earthy cardboard taste.

Das Svetlo ist ein einfaches Helles, wie es auf dem Balkan viele gibt und dem Laško Zlatorog schwer unterlegen. Es hat weder viel Geschmack, noch ist es sonderlich aromenreich. Man kann es leicht und in Massen trinken -ein besonderes Erlebnis ist es nicht.
Verrassend lekkere pilsener met een mooie donker gele kleur en stevige schuimkraag. Het bier is licht bitter en heeft een prima mout smaak. Gezien het blik en lang van herkomst niet helemaal verwacht.
Fles. Nog over van de vakantie. Mager lager; doet sterk aan een Heineken denken. Geen bijzonder bier; als menig lager lijkt het niet af te zijn.
Bottle. Not sure what I can say apart from if it was pulled from the freezer or at least drank on a really warm beach it would be drinkable...however at a beer tasting it is just a rice bomb.
Can - Pours a clear, pale yellow an average head. Aroma of hay and some roasted malts. Full bodied for a macro with some sweetness. OK overall.

Podprůměrné vodové pivo. V čepované variantě údajně daleko výraznější, ovšem nepříliš vábné chuti.

Aroma is light malty. It smells like grain and hay. Straw yellow color with a white head. Flavor is light bitter, light sweet. It tastes like grain. Body is medium. Mouthfeel is thin. Finish is fine bitter and short. 0,5l can.
Clear golden colour with thick white head, aroma is malt, herbal with slight touch of hops and yeast, taste is malty, fresh herbal, grassy, medium mouthfeel, great carbonation.
Puszka 0,5l. Aromat delikatny, slodowy. W smaku wodniste, słodowe, delikatna goryczka.
Eurolager jakich wiele. Słodowy, z odrobiną mokrego kartonu i bardzo delikatną goryczką ma finiszu. Mimo picia w stanie skrajnego zmęczenia i pragnienia, wchodziło średnio i to powinno powiedzieć wszystko.

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A clear golden beer with a mid-sized good lasting white head. Aroma of straw, mild grainy malt, pale malt. Taste of dry grainy malt, pale malt, straw, cereals, medium bitterness.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht malzig, getreidig. Geschmack wässrig malzig, getreidig, minimale Bitterkeit.
Many thanks to David for bringing this 50cl can back from Slovenia. Neutral grainy nose. The beer starts mild and fresh, round and refreshing with hints of muddy bitterness in the back. Grainy with a fast fading, very neutral in body with a neutral bitter aftertaste with hints of grain. Pale Lager with a bitter neutral ending.

The beer is bright golden in the glass, nice malty nose. The beer starts mild, not too hoppy. Highly drinkable. The main part has a bit more flavour, nice malts, not too bitter, typical for a pale lager. The aftertaste is medium, a slightly bit malty-grainy, slightly hoppy.
