3.3 Pours clear golden with a thick eggshell head. Wheaty aroma has hints of yeast and pomme fruit. Flavor has firm notes of wheat and hay, with fruity and yeasty underpinnings - quite refreshing. Mouthfeel presents good fizz and OK body. Get your wheat on!
4.3 Otima cerveja de Trigo. Leve e extremamente saborosa. Aroma muito bom. Um pouco mais fraca do que as cervejas de trigo do Brasil.
2.5 Pour on tap at the brewery, hazy golden pour with white head, aroma brought clove, coriander, some slight banana, hints of orange as well with big wheat character.  Taste is sweet orange, lemon, slight floor cleaner note with a hint of booze, hints of grass, coriander comes in big, finishing sweet.
2.8 Drank this from a 12oz bottle. Wheat beer taste. Hate wheat beers. After my second one it wasn't too bad.
0.5 No way is this a witbier. Good coriander and orange peel flavor, but it’s watery. Meg.
3.5 12oz bottle. Pours a clear, light yellow with a half ginger, white head that coats the glass. Aroma has some nice notes of wheat, citrus, and a slight candy sugar/bubble gum. Taste is balanced. Citrus, wheat, and almost a cinnamon spice. Medium body and carbonation. Pretty clean in the mouth with a soft carbonation. Overall a very drinkable wheat beer. Good citrus and spice flavours.
2.8 Picked up a 6 pack while on vacation in Indiana. Also had lunch at the brewery. Nice pale yellow, typical of a wheat. A little heavy on the banana and coriander, lingers strong as an after taste. A little too strong for a wheat.
2.6 12oz bottle from Kenny Rd Market. Clear yellow pour. Aroma of spice, cinnamon?, wheat, lemon. Tastes are sweet bread, coriander, wheat, citrus peel. Nah.
3.1 It really had a great yeasty, rising bread aroma. Light yellow color and good lacing. Inviting milky hue, however light in taste. Would be really great on a hot summer day as a refresher, but lacks body. Nice sublime citrus hint with a wheaty finish.
3.2 Sample at the brewpub. Cloudy pale yellow color with a medium thin fizzy white head that burns away quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of citrus, wheat and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of citrus, coriander and wheat. The finish is fruity with a short spiced orange aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.
3.5 Bottle to glass at Bub's Burger. Cloudy, pale yellow pour. A sweet (honey/pear?), grassy smell. Medium carbonation. A subtle sweetness, but balanced. Easy drinking.
2.8 Boring easy drinking wheat beer. Nothing special. Thin head. Light golden honey sweetness.
3.4 On tap at Upland Indy. Poured very hazy light yellow like pineapple juice. Aroma of light banana grains. Light carb med bod. Slight acidic tangy funk banana taste.
3.7 On tap in Indianapolis airport - came with an orange, which I threw away. Yellow color, white head - plenty of citrus and fruity smells. Taste is straw and refreshing, citrus on the tongue as well. Pretty good beer, easy to drink and great to nail back a few before a flight.
2.5 Cloudy pale yellow, thick white head. Very sweaty aroma, freshly permed hair, wet dog. Not very appealing really. Dry wheaty profile, simple and a little dull.
3.0 Thanks to Dad for this. Nice to try a new brewery. Uplands, more interesting but nothing too exciting summery sessionable, answer to 312? Yes. Serving:Bottle
3.4 [Tap] Draught at Farmhouse in Evanston. Cloudy yellow pour with a large amount of white head. Nice lacing on the glass. Wheat malt and lemongrass in the aroma. Citrus rinds, coriander, biscuits and lighter yeasty notes. Nice and sessionable.
2.4 Easy drinker, some spice, slight orange taste. Reminds me of blue moon, but not as good. Still could drink a few.
3.6 From a bottle. Pours hazy yellow gold with a creamy, fizzy white head. Dry feel, tastes like cinnamon, nice light spice, dry wheat, very light citrus creaminess. Light body and medium carbonation. Smells like a musky, sweet wheat, very light fizzy citrus.
3.7 Bottle. Pours cloudy pale yellow with fizzy white head. Aroma is bananas, herbs, light barnyard notes, cracker and biscuit malts, and some floral notes. Flavor is sweetbread, banana and light citrus esters, and some herbs; crisp finish. Light body and medium carbonation.
3.0 On tap, poured into a plastic cup. The aroma is subdued, but mostly a banana aroma with some light citrus peel and maybe some spice. There are also some baked bread / pizza crust - like aromas. It pours a slightly hazy, pale yellow color with a soft, beaten-egg head that remains in moderate amounts as an island of puff floating in the middle of the glass. A modest amount of sudsy lace is left behind on the cup. The taste is a medium light sweetness with a very light bitterness. The medium light body has a soft, oily texture with lots of soft, creamy carbonation. The mouth is mostly stone fruit, citrus, some light beery, and biscuits. The finish is slightly cloying, and leaves an aftertaste reminiscent of lemon poppyseed muffins.
3.5 Pale yellow color with white foamy head. This beer smells like lemon zest, coriander and a little bit of banana. Zesty, citrusy and refreshing taste. Some butter from the malt. Light and smooth and easy drinking. A pretty good drink all around
4.0 12 ounce bottle into pint glass, bottled in 07/2013. Pours very hazy golden straw color with a 2 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass. Aromas of big lemon, pear, apple, orange peel, coriander, clove, pepper, wheat, biscuit, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with good balance and complexity of malt, yeast, and spice notes; with good strength. Taste of lemon, orange peel, pear, apple, coriander, clove, wheat, biscuit, grass, herbal, and yeast earthiness. Lingering notes of lemon, pear, apple, orange peel, coriander, clove, biscuit, wheat, herbal, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice balance and robustness of malt, spice, and yeast ester flavors; with a good malt/yeast flavor balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a fairly creamy and smooth mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 4.5%. Overall this is a damn good witbier. All around good robustness and balance of malt, spice, and yeast ester flavors; and very smooth and easy to drink. A very enjoyable offering.
2.3 This one poured a very slightly cloudy yellow color with a white head. Aroma was of light wheat and metal and sourdough. Flavor was bready and metalic. Very strange beer.
3.3 12 oz. bottle poured to a Czech-pils glass, showing a hazed gold, almost straw color, with a fizzy, white, short lived head, light spots & streaks of lacing, and a finger’s width of sediment on the bottom of the bottle. The aroma presented light yeast, wheat-like graininess, a touch of sweetness, light spice, some apple-like esters, and a touch of lemony citrus. Light to medium bodied, the taste began with a light, apple strudel like flavor, then a combination of tartness & moderate hop bitterness, and prickly effervescence that was a bit overly seltzery. A refreshing, but palate scrubbing brew. Next time, shared a 16 oz. can at Lunar Brewing Co., poured to snifters. More lemon than apple notes, with noticeable coriander, and carbonation that was more appropriate and balanced. +.1
3.7 A: Hazy Golden Straw Hue, Passes Some Light, White Head, Decent Lacing S: Wheat, Corriander T: Wheat, Oranges, Corriander, Mild Chamomile M: Decent Carbonation, Light to Medium Bodied, Lightly Sweet Overall, a nice refreshing wheat beer with enough taste to make it drinkable but not overwelming with flavor.
2.8 Sampled at the Brewpub. It poured a murky straw/yellow color with a white head. The aroma was of bread, spices and tart wheat notes. The taste was of huge spicy notes with a hint of eggnog spice. It was medium bodied. Decent.
3.4 Draft at the tap house. Pours a very pale gold with a thin white head. Bready and wheaty presence with a some light spice notes.
3.1 A little heavy on the spice but over all a really refreshing beer. Golden and delicous.
3.3 12oz bottle in a tumbler. Pours golden with a white head. Aroma of wheat and pale malts, light coriander and citrus, and some dough and floral hops. Flavor the same. Average texture. A decent witbier.
