3.0 (500 ml bottle, Berlin. 04 Mar 2020. 2.9) (updated on 06 May 2020. 3.0) AROMA: light to medium grain and bread/crust, middle of the road and typical euro aroma. easy on the nose (similar as before, a tad light but decent bread/grain, small layer of floral sweetness and fresh, raw meat) 5 --> strong 5 APPEARANCE: clear, moderately pale yellow with a touch of golden honey, nice billowy white head, settles to a clean thin residual (light to medium golden yellow, clean and clear, ok looking) 3 --> 3 TASTE: front is a bit light and sweet, then some creamy dairy, followed by a jolt of grain/malt and moderate hops, easy bitterness that almost returns to the smooth dairy creaminess from earlier. (easy malt, lightly toasted grain bread, some butter and jam on the toast, slightly sweet and slightly bitter, simple but tasty) 5 --> 6 PALATE: medium body, mostly smooth and fluid, with a middle bite of euro pils (some easy astringency upfront but then pretty smooth, medium light body, short finish) 3 --> 3 OVERALL: a bit one dimensional in flavor but done very well, i like the journey it takes you on with both the basic flavor profile and the feel. I like the punch of richness that it has, but with an overall lightness that makes this pils very drinkable. (not super complex but an enjoyable brew, i would call this a drinker's pilsner). 13 --> strong 13
3.5 500ml bottle. It is a complex beer with decent malty sweetness and good hoppy bitterness equal. Hint of smoke.
3.4 0.5 liter bottle. Got it from someone who was on holiday in the south of Germany. Nice pilsener! Full of flavor and body.
4.0 Mittelherb, sehr süffig. Gutes Pils in Abgrenzung zu den norddeutschen Pulsieren in Bezug auf die Herbe. Schaumkrone cremig porig, relativ stabil. Kann man sehr gut trinken. Ein gutes Pils.
3.3 Not bad pils. Looks good, smells good, tastes good. Nothing really special, but nice.
2.5 Bottle, 50 cl.As printed on the label: Feinherbes Pilsner. Herbal features very prominent. Quite intense in spite of the rather low ABV 4.9%.
3.4 Pretty run-of-the-mill, crisp and clean and usual. Light, but clean. All around decent. Netto dresden
2.8 Beer with light color, light bitterness, light body, average carbonized, not much foam, (shared a 50cl bottle beer with PG, bought it at Kaufland, Zwickau, DE #765)(#73 DE)(#3 Saxony).
2.2 From a bottle, pours a clear medium yellow with a lofty white head. The smell is crisp hops, grass, light malt. The taste is a touch tinny and corny initially. The grassy flavor comes in but the initial flavors linger. The body is light with average carbonation. Unfortunately this wasn't a very enjoyable beer to drink...
2.8 Clear golden with a small white head. Pale malt, grains. bread, resin, citrus. Light to medium bitterness, light to medium sweetness, light sourness. Lively carbonation, bitter finish. Very okay.
3.5 Fles 33cl in Colditz. Wat kruidig, bitter. Ook zoet- en hoptonen. (7-2014).
1.6 Bottle/ Draught: austauschbares Industriebier ohne Ecken und Kanten. Ich bekomme immer Sod-Brennen von der Brühe
3.2 Bottle. Golden beer with a strong head. The aroma is yeasty and dry, and the flavour is bitter with yeastiness and dryness. Overall a reasonable Pilsner.
2.3 500ml bottle shared by djoeye. pearl white head over a clear golden body, fragile lacing. Discreet grass and pale malty flavours, hints of noble hops followed by distant bitterness, Clean in the moth. Easy going. (PivotekaH7, Tromsø 29.01.2018).
2.7 Aroma; low aroma, malts, dried apricot. Look; pearl white mat, clear pale hay golden body. Taste; pale malt, leaves, caramel, bread, grain, and finishes almost balanced, to the sweet side. Feel; all normal. Overall; feinherbes, yes, even small-herbs'ish. [50cl.btl abv4.9% xp.02.18 abseits@PivotekaH7 29jan2018] 4363'11
3.5 Alcohol, fruits, flowery-sweet, apple-like aroma. Bready and malty taste. Not very clean beer profile, quite refreshing though. Short, medium strength bitterness.
2.0 26-12-17 // 500ml bottle. Clear pale golden, small White head. Dusty grains and hay. Mild bitterness.
2.8 On tap at Brauhaus am Landmarkt, Lutherstadt Eisleben, Saxony-Anhalt, 14.10.17. Clear gold with a white head. Very malty, some wort and minerals in the nose, sweet, a little grassy taste, then bitter with minerals. Light-to-medium body, fizzy, mineral finish.
2.8 Starker herber erster Eindruck mit hopfigem Aroma. Etwas ausdrucksarm, kennt man so schön häufig. Für einen netten Konzertabend ein süffiges Bier bei dem auch gut mehrere gehen.
3.0 With almost all Pils trying to taste the same, this one is located more on the bitter end of the scale. Good quality brew, I wouldn't mind having again.
2.4 Can. Clear pale golden color with white head. Aroma is cardboard, DMS, skunky, a bit earthy. Taste is the same. Meh.
3.1 Bottle 50cl. @poured into a footed pilsner glass. Clear pale golden, fair frothy white head, half-way lasting, minimal lacing; aroma malts, grain, grass; taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, grainy; light hoppy sweetbitter aftertaste, light spicy notes; medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation; overall a nice clean pilsner.
2.4 Bottle from Rewe, drank on a campingplatz outside Berlin. Crystal clear pale yellow coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is soft pale grains, metallic, stewed hop, grass. Palate is semi sweet, dusty carbonation, moderate carbonation. Flavour is composed of big rusty penny, apple, semi sweet pale malts, grassy tired hop Meh.
3.4 Half litre from the tap on 10th May 2017. Sat in the early afternoon sun outside an inn while visiting Pirna. Clear and clean golden body, fast fading white crown on top. Decent hoppy and bitter Pilsner, liked the fact it was not a sweet one.
3.0 Herbal, grainy aroma, medium body, malty taste with herbal notes. Average pilsener.
2.1 500ml on tap at the champions sports bar, Leipzig. Aroma is light sweet malt. Appearance is clear yellow with a small white head. Taste is light sweet and slightly bitter. Medium carbonation. Drinkable but boring.
2.6 Draft at the Red Bull Arena, Leipzig, Germany. Served in a plastic cup at the RB Leipzig vs Bayer Leverkusen game. Clear golden color with a small white head. Grassy and slightly herbal hops, mild bitterness and some dry grainy malt. Quite OK and definitely goes well with the football game.
2.4 Butelka kupiona w Niemczech. Aromat słodowy, niezbyt ciekawy. W smaku nic specjalnego, goryczka niewielka, trochę nieprzyjemnych nut z posmakiem metalicznym. Ot, taki lekki sikacz.
