3.3 Zware IPA, maar smaakt meer als een tripel. Lekker hoppig.

3.1 Belle mousse blanche persistante, bulles fines, peu d'esther malgré la forte teneur en alcool (9.5%!) Levure indéniablement belge... mine de rien, y'a comme un petit côté "sirop pour la toux"...

3.0 Bottle 33cl. Clear amber with a big whit head. Highly carbonized. Pils aroma with fresh squeezed citrus and some metallic tones. Considering the high alc/vol, it is surpringsly fresh and easy to drink. Dangerous beer. Spicy taste with little hops at the finish.

3.0 Only slightly hoppy aroma, some malts. Head lasts a while. Thick sugary texture. Some hops, not too strong.

3.7 33 cl bottle @ Pajoma Lounge, Beekse Bergen, Hilvarenbeek. Drank on August 15th as Urthel Hop-It (9,5%). Strong, pleasant hoppy taste.

3.7 Huge white tight bubbly head stayed on a highly effervescent dark golden body. Orange, bitter/sweet citrus, spice & pith aroma. Medium to full bodied, sharp on the tongue with sticky back. Marmalade, orange, pith, spices & hops with sweeter tangy finish.

3.8 Hazy amber with a decent white head. Hoppy aroma. Fine blend of a good strong Belgian Ale with the extra hops. Good.

3.5 Drank in Eygalieres, Provence, on our Southern France trip to see Matt’s parents. Pours a golden-copper with a foamy white head. Yeast, green apple, peach, apricot, pear, biscuity malt, lots of farmyard flavours, light grass, moderate spice and pepper. Smooth bodied.

3.3 Bottle from St Rémy Intermarche at Eygalières deep copper pour with thin white head. Aroma is grassy hop with Belgian flavors. Taste is heavy Belgian ale, slight hops.

3.4 Turbid light beer, persistent white foam. Aromas of fruit and spices, floral hints. In the mouth it is sweet with a rather strong bitter note. Spices and floral notes. Birra chiara torbida, schiuma bianca persistente. Profumi di frutta e spezie, sentori floreali. In bocca è dolce con una nota amara abbastanza decisa. Spezie e note floreali.

3.5 33cl bottle, clear golden color, medium lasting white head, full aroma of grass and citrus, floral, spices and licorice notes, balanced strong flavor, medium to full body, long finish with spices and grass, quite sticky, interesting mix of styles, una divertente belga superluppolata in equilibrio tra mattonazzo alcolico e genialata, al solito mi mancano i descrittori in inglese

3.6 Robe blonde aux nuances orangées, avec un très léger voile. Mousse correcte, carbo moyenne. Nez malté et fruité, assez agréable. En bouche, c'est très corpulent, assez sucré, l'alcool se perçoit, et le houblon apporte des notes fruitées et florales. Le style est particulier : le degré d'alcool invite à imaginer un DIPA ou TIPA, mais le côté malté relativement léger tend à s'en éloigner. Les arômes de houblon sont bien présents, malgré une amertume toute relative (sûrement due à la corpulence, l'alcool et au sucre résiduel). Le côté « IPA belge » semble donc mérité : produit original, corpulent comme une triple, mais avec une réelle présence des arômes du houblon. Sympa.

3.7 33cl-fles in bierrestaurant (H)eerlijk te Oostende. U: Wazig goudblond-oranje met een witte schuimkraag. G: Veel pompelmoes, bleekmout, gist en een beetje perzik. S: Moutzoet met wat hopbitterheid. Pompelmoes en gist. Alcoholtoets. M: Medium body en medium carbonatie.

3.5 Donker geel bier met een hop frisse en kruidige smaak. Het bier heeft daarnaast wat fris en zoetheid van de fruitige smaken en het alcoholpercentage komt goed in de smaak terug. -backlog de BierApp-

3.2 330ml bottle at home, Ribeauvillé. Aroma is light carrot, light malt. Appearance is slightly cloudy yellow with a frothy white foam. Taste is sweet and light to medium bitter. Slightly unbalanced. Dry. Ok.

3.2 10 mois avant DLC. Blonde petit col de mousse à tenue bof et sans carbo. Arôme d'alcool, malt et un peu poire. Attaque en bouche très pétillante (bizarre car pas de carbo), beaucoup d'alcool et un côté fruits jaunes. Une petite amertume agrumee. Un peu trop puissante en alcool à mon goût. Semble s'améliorer au fil de la dégustation tant en terme d'arômes qu'en goût.

3.4 Medium yellow - orange, clear pour with thick, rocky, durable white foam. Earthy and yeasty in the nose with some floral hops. The flavor is sweet malts and a touch of spice, finished with a floral hop bitterness. The ending lasts. The body is medium with slightly oily texture and light fizz.

2.7 Pours hazy golden, a bit chunky, topped with a medium sized, creamy white head, quite lasting. A bit fruity nose with more biscuity notes, a bit grassy later on. Yeasty start, with sharp herbal bitterness. Very sparkly texture, peppery finish and lasting aftertaste. Lighter body.

2.6 Gold pour, foamy white head. Vaguely toasty malt aroma and flavor, with light floral notes. Not much there. Thin.

4.0 Espuma blanca que se disipa, color anaranjado, limpio y con puntuales burbujas brotando durante la cata, aroma con notas alcohólicas y frutales, sabor con ligeras notas amargas y regusto permanente.

3.7 Bottle, 330 ml. Looks very good, hazy light amber, white foam stays until z while, a thin layer stays on top. Aromas of IPAs, but in a faint version: grapefruit, peach, orange. Great body inside. IBU is moderate (like around 30-40 i guess). Palate is sweet-driven and a bit hoppy aftertaste. Alcohol comes back on the nose, but not disturbing, it's just there. Tough Belgian strong ale u have to try.

3.4 Bottled, 330ml at Cafe de Grendelpoort, Valkenburg, Limburg, Netherlands. Hazy gold with white head. There is a hopped bitterness to this, drying, pine needles on a slightly caramelised base. Reasonable palate. It's fine.
