Ar: Clove, black pepper, and underripe bananas; peach skin. Ap: Clear orange; medium head, very dense and with good retention, leaving a finely bubbled, semi-compact, foam cap. T: Tart banana and peach skins; practically no sweetness; clove and a metallic sourness; finishes extremely fast. P: Medium-light body with high carbonation; comes off as watery and dull. O: A beer with the right flavor profile, but the metallic sourness, watery mouthfeel, and dryness really get in the way.
0.5 l bottle from ’P&M Getränke’, best before October 2017. Hazy, golden amber with a large, foamy, stable, white head. Sweetish, moderately yeasty-spicy and a little fruity aroma of banana, cloves, pear and some peach. Quite sweet, a little sourish, yeasty-spicy and a bit fruity taste of banana, cloves, pear and hints of vanilla, followed by a short, slightly bitter, a little sourish and moderately yeasty-spicy finish. Medium body, slightly creamy and very effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Decent Weizen, very quaffable and refreshing, a bit too tame and bland though.
Aroma is fruity, banana, clove, wheat, it smells a lot like banana nut bread. Appearance is brownish golden, hazy, light tan head. Taste is wheat, malty, banana, clove, slightly nutty, it tastes old but I can’t read this bottle code to find out. Mouthfeel is light to medium body, light crisp carbonation, nutty wheat fruity aftertaste. Overall, this is a strange one for the style.

Bottle opened with a loud POW! This flippy top bottled brew from a restaurant poured a extremely large sized head of foamy white colored bubbles that were long lasting and left behind a typically carbonated yellow orange colored body and a thick foamy lacing. The aroma was hoppy floral malty musty wheat dough and burnt malt. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The mild flavor contained notes of wheat dough and hops. A decent one that I would consider drinking again.

Smells of dough, rustic white bread and a peppery clove note. Got some faint banana underneath, mingling into the malts while maintaining a refreshing unripe quality.
Drinks very soft, while the beer packs a lively, bubbly carbonation, which stays balanced till the end, offering a light bodied, truly refreshing beer.
Tastes of a pleasant, thirst quenching yeast sourness, immediately balanced by rich straw, toffee and a soft, herbal spice quality. Got a well pronounced sweetness during the mid palate, reminding me of high quality honey, perfectly blending into the refreshing, slightly dry finish, defined by a lively carbonation.
Perfect example for a very tasty Weisse, exhibiting a great flavor interplay and intensity, focussed on its awesome refreshing quality.
Nelke in der Nase, leicht bitter im Trunk. Leichte Süße im Abgang. Passt gut zum Essen, eher weniger als Durstlöscher, dafür zu wenig spritzig. Ordentliches Weizen.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts mild, malty, yeasty. Mild fruity like apricot, but a bit washy. Light soapy background. Finish mild, maybe a bit too mild. Okay.

Cerveja de trigo com aroma de cravo bastante persistente. Bem equilibrada. Carbonatação moderada, combinando bem com a cerveja. Final frutado, com notas de banana.

Really good Hefeweizen of the spicy variety
Mooie oranje kleur met een volle kraag. Ruikt fruitig, banaan zoetig. Smaakt zoetig, banaan, kruiden.
Bottle. Hazy golden with one finger head. Light body with bananas and very mild spicing. Seems a bit watered down, but not bad.
Everything about this brew reminds me of a German hefe, except only in lesser ways. Banana esters, cloves, yeast is all there, but in subdued ways. There is a lack of fullness or body that one expects with a good representative of this style, and it therefore finishes a little flat. This is definitely a German Weis, but they need to work on it a bit more.
0,5l Flasche. Dunkelgelbes Weizen mit toller cremiger Schaumkrone. Riecht nach Hefe und Banane, schmeckt auch so.

Basic hefeweizen aroma and taste. Outsard appearance also the usual cloudy yellow. Mouthfeel seems a bit too hard, could ne slightly softer. But overall an enjoyable hefe.
Hazy yellow color with a nice fluffy white head that last for while. Aroma is yeasty and fruity, notes of banana. Taste is like aroma with hints of wheat and malt, low carbonation and light body with a sweet wheat finish.

This beer is light-medium bodied. This beer is a session beer as it is very easy drinking. It is refreshing and light.

Light flavor from both the yeast and the malt components. Balance leans a bit more towards the malts than the yeast. Highlight: the nice nutty finish and aftertaste, with a hint of hazelnut.
