Whole flower hops come of age in this refreshing India pale ale. Exciting flavors will be the life of the party as we celebrate 21 years of Victory. We were so impressed with this year’s harvest in Yakima we decided to brew 2017’s anniversary brew with our favorite hops from the trip: Roy Farms Chinook, Roy Farms Centennial, and Black Star Ranch Mosaic. Aggressive kettle and dry-hopping will showcase notes of pine, resinous hop character, and tropical fruit. Slight haze.

On tap, from backlog. Golden with white head. Aroma and taste had grapefruit, sweet mellow lemon, high bitterness, light tropical fruits with a dry profile and fairly high bitterness.
drinking on 6/14/17 beer best buy 12 June 17....CANNOT RATE A BEER THIS WAY.... on fact you really cannot RATE any beer bottles..
(Bottle, 0.355 l - date marking too well hidden, at Kitty’s, 20170614) The beer poured golden and nearly clear with floating bits. Its head was huge, white and it lasted long (partly because of the glass). Aroma had pine, grass and fruitiness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, citricness, pine, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy, fruity and bitter. A tasty fruity brew.
Tämligen svag arom med inslag av söt citrus och grapefrukt.
Disig, gul brygd och ett snabbt försvinnande skum.
Stadig beska, närmast en dubbelipa men utan allt övrigt som krävs för det. Citrusbetonad smak och en torr avslutning. Tunn kropp och för liten maltbas. Lång efterbeska. En hyfsad öl för soliga dagar helt enkelt.
Gulbrun klar med høyt offwhite tykt skum. Lukter sydhavsfrukt, aprikos, grapefrukt, ananas og noe lyst brød. Middels + bitterhet, ananas, grapefrukt, sitrusskall og noe honning og druer. Lang bitter avslutning.

Pineapples, citrus, mild wood, malts in aroma.
Good hoppy flavors, pineapples, citrus, pine, herbs.
Bottle (355 ml) from Systembolaget. Clear golden with some floaters, medium white head. Grainy malt, piney, pefrfum and fruity hops. Medium bodied, medium carbonation. Dry, firm bitterness.
Smell of hops, grass. Amber colour, white head. Aroma of hops, spruce, some grass and a faint of honey. Very bitter, slightly sweet. Wild carbon.

Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Grapefruit, citrus, some malt.
Sample from draft poured a lighter yellow colour with a white head. Nose of light malts, citrus, zest and light pine notes. Taste is watery, malt, and soft citrus notes
Bottle from systembolaget Sweden. Big white lasting head. Clear solid yellow color. Fresh cascade aroma. Big bitterness and a medium hop taste. Wery dry fermented that don’t match the big bitterness.
Flaske. Flot lysegul klar øl med et flot skumhoved. Duften er henad citrus. Smagen er bitter med for megen bitterhed der også går udover mundfylden. Ikke fantastisk.
Tasty and good casual IPA - not really special, but good... Can recommend it.
Clear golden color with a fine white head. Good intensity in the aroma. Medium (+) body and a fine carbonation level. Moderate sweet and a fine carbonation level. Semi dry ending. Citric, malty, pine and fruity flavor. Lets hope this day will be a celebration.

Flaska från SB. Gyllengul, lätt disig mörkt gyllene färg med högt vitt skum. Ganska djup söt fruktig doft av välmogen mango, ananas och zestig och juicig citrus. Smaken är snarare torr, gräsig och stramt citruszestig med en resinoljig och aningen tvålig munkänsla. Ganska besk med långt skalvitebesk eftersmak. Saknar lite av fruktigheten från doften för att lyfta men helt ok.
Misty blonde with a billowing white head. Standard longneck with a tacky label. Very nice, aromatic, floral, fruity aroma - fairly sweet and zesty. Drier than it smells, sturdy bittering, kumquat notes, fizzy. A bit pithy. Lightish, fizzy mouthfeel. Finishes out with some starfruit, grapefruit, kumquat. Blew the shift after the bouquet. ABC Liquors, Bull Run.
Bottle at Beer Hunters, Pori. Clear golden color, medium-sized white head. Citrus, grass, pine in the nose. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Citrus, grass and pine also in the flavour! Pale malty. Nice fresh hops.
Bottle at home. Taste of grass, metal, white pepper, eucalyptus and grapefruit.
Lilly and lemongrass bouquet. Hazy amber, firm thick head. Lillies and grass. Slightly vegetal celery finish. Light body, moderate carbonation, resinous. Probably good fresh, but this sample had some flaws that are starting to show.
Bottle at Kitty's. Amber color, white head. Bitter taste with citrus, floral hops, peach, resin, a bit of pine and grass. Bitter finish with citrus, hops, peach, pine and a bit of resin. Very nice IPA.
Hazy deep golden with a big white head. Piney and citrusy aroma. Citrusy flavor initially with a solid bitter finish. Nice.
@ Bjällerödsvägen 8/5-17. Bottle from Systembolaget. Fruity and hoppy with citrus and grapefruit, also pine needles. Body is medium, the finish is dry, bitter and fruity.
En ganska medelmåttig IPA tycker jag. Slinker ner men saknar karaktärer som gör det till en minnesvärd produkt.
Bottle from Systembolaget. Fruity and hoppy smell with some citrus. Similar taste. Medium bitterness. A bit low on the hops. Drinkable though.

Quite insignificant actually. There really isn’t anything that stands out; it’s just a beer...
Pours almost clear golden with a moderate frothy white head. Aromas of esters, citrus, kiwi, flowery notes. Taste is bready, citrusy and somewhat floral. Mouthfeel is light bodied and dry with medium carbonation.
