3.2 Keg, Blind Tiger. Pale gold, bubbly head. Soft cereal and malt aroma. Clean taste. It's all rather subtle, and it's a decent pilsner but a bit anonymous. OK.
3.2 6 3 7 3 14 Bottle shared courtesy of my Mum. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of grain, light fruity hops, citrus and light malt. Flavour is above light sweet and bitter. Light bodied with moderate carbonation.
3.3 De Craftbeer-shop.com. En copa Teku. Jugando a Avernum 6. Correcta sin destacar. Limpia, carbonatada, con nota herbales, sabor a pilsen industrial buenecita y ligera acidez
3.2 16 ounce draft at Winking Lizard Canton Ohio Smell the grain. Yellow in color. Thin white head Film on glass. Strong grain taste and after taste. Pretty smooth and light bodied. Decent beer. Cheers!
3.3 1 oz can. Nice subtle pine aroma. Pours a hazy yellow in the glass. Nice bitter taste with malt in the background. The hops bring a little citrus to the party. Nice clean finish with a bit of bitter.
3.3 Draft at Tradesman. Pours a bright gold. Thin white head. Mild scents of grass and white bread. Taste follows the nose with mild sour notes. Not too distinctive but drinkable.
3.4 0,355l bottle from Citymarket Palokka. Pours yellow color. Flavor of toast, malts, hay, grain, sweetness, grass, hops. A tad below medium body and bitterness, quite dry taste. Good pilsner with bread-like notes.
3.6 12oz can ar home. The beer pours a clear gold color with a thin white head that disappears quickly. The aroma is some corn followed by some hops. The flavor starts off like any pilsner but finishes hoppier than most. This is a great pilsner.
3.5 Almost clear golden colour, white head. Aroma has floral hops and some grainy malts and a touch of honey. Taste is balanced, hoppy but balanced on the bitterness. Light body with medium bitterness.
3.3 Can in a variety pack. Pours light golden. I'm not a huge fan of the style but this is really a solid, easy to drink, and refreshing pilsner. Great on a hot summer day.
2.9 Pours slightly hazy dark golden with one finger, white head. Aroma is light caramel, light hops. Taste is thin caramel, moving to light clove and moderate hops. A decent pilsener.
4.1 Best pure style Pilsner I’ve had so far
3.5 Bottle. Clear golden in color with a whitish head. Crisp grainy and notes of hay in aroma. Bitter taste with some grainyness in taste. Nice bitterness and grainy notes here.
3.4 This is one of the better pilz out there. Smooth and crips, with a decent hop finish in the flavor. Aroma is about average overall, but non-skunky and actually quite good for a pilsner. Appearance is on the pale and yellow side...not much orange in the tint. Didn't expect much more on those categories, but everything else more than makes up for it. This is something I may buy a 6-pack of before the end of the summer.
3.1 Mild sweet malt. crisp hops. Semi-sweet lemon, mild earth. Full flavored Pilsner. Decent. Serve extra chilled.
4.2 On tap at Das Biergarten. Clear golden yellow. Smells of spicy and grassy hops. A hint of bright tropical fruit hops. Tastes of grassy and spicy hops throughout. Aggressively hopped and immediately bitter. Malt flavor is slick and full without being sweet or bready. Medium light. Absolutely delicious.
2.7 12oz bottle from Bentalls, Kingston. A hazy, straw coloured pour with a billowing white head; floral aroma with some caramel in the background; biscuit body with some caramel and malt; then a spicy bitterness and a malty finish. Not what I'd call a classic pilsner.
4.0 Big carbonation yella foamy white head. Oily hops, even bitterness and tasty malty backbone. If this were a blind taste test I'd assume it were a pils from Czech Republic.
3.4 Very solid drinkable beer.
3.7 Can. Grainy malt aroma with notes of biscuity malt and grassy hops. Pours clear pale golden colored with a decent white head that has excellent retention and good lacing. Starts with with grainy and biscuity malt flavors. Finishes crisp and clean with mild grassy hop flavors. Refreshing pils.
3.6 355ml bottle into glass. Sweet bubblegum nose with hints of grain. Amber beer with thin white head. Laces well. Hardly a bubble to be seen. Super easy drinking, grainy taste with bitter lemon notes. Finish has more grain and lemon with subtle malt background. Excellent Pils.
3.3 Light yellow color, then Whitehead. Multi aroma… Finishes clean ...pretty good but not my favorite style.
3.5 Appearance- golden, a bit cloudy, a small fizzy white head. Aroma- cereal, wheat malt, fruity hints, including orange and grapefruit. Taste- cereal, malts, bitter hops, juicy fruit undertones, fluffy malt.
3.4 12 oz. can. Straw color with a slight haze. Small white head. Aroma of grass, pils malt, some fruitiness. Taste is pils malt, grains, mild fruit, lemongrass, cracker. Pretty good.
3.9 Not a fan of this style, though I keep trying them. This is the most enjoyable example yet, sharing a lot of the characteristics of other lager styles I enjoy immensely. Pours golden with a thin white cap. Aroma has biscuit, slight caramel, grass, and mild pepper notes. Flavor follows similarly, but with less of the dry/pepper spice which ruins this style for me typically. Pretty smooth and semi-dry finish.
3.4 355ml botitle. Pours a biscuity gold with a white head. Aroma: sweet malt, grass, mild citrus notes. Taste: sweet malt, mild caramel and citrus flavours. Thin bodied. Moderate to high carbonation. Easy to drink. This is quite tasty. Is definitely a good pilsner.
3.5 Bottle. It poured a clear straw color with a white head. It had a aroma with notes of straw and bread dough. The taste was clean and malty
3.5 355 ml bottle bb 03/10/2017 (so slightly past). Golden, slightly hazy. Nose - grass, hay, carrot in the background. Taste - same as nose.
3.6 12oz bottle at home. Clear yellow pour with a frothy white head. Pale malt, cereal, grassy hops, hints of citrus, ginger. Clean, peppery finish, very nice.
