3.1 Bottled 0,33L. Dark orange color, unclear and dirty aspect, moderate bubbly impression, medium white head of short resistance. Moderate malty and sweet aroma, notes of pine, hoppy, citrus, and yeasty. Sweet/bitter palate, light carbonation, mellow and oily mouth, yeasty and pale malt final.
3.5 Dry hop forward earthy aroma and taste. Pours a hazed golden with white head. Notes: on tap at 2be Bruges, Jun ‘20
3.1 Hazy amber body with a medium sized, persistent white head. Aroma is grapefruit, resin and Belgian yeast. Taste is bitter, hoppy, mild citrus. Dry and bitter finish. Medium body soft carbonation oily texture
2.7 11/20 fairly well balanced between citrus and bitterness in this very traditional ipa.
3.8 Bottle from FinestBelgianBeers. Pours a slightly murky golden/orange colour with a large throthy off-white head. Nice lacing. Aromas of citrus fruits, orange zest, pine and some spice. Taste is again more citrus fruits with more notable pithy orange, lemon and grapefruit zest. Medium bodied, fairly smooth mouthfeel and a long zesty bitterness on the finish. Very good.
3.9 # 933; 1/2018. Velmi kulatý, vyvážený pivo. Medový, jemně ovocný, příjemně kořenitý.
3.8 LCI.
3.3 Hazy amber with an off-white head. Mildly hoppy aroma. Taste is not very hoppy, not bitter as could be expected from an IPA. Instead there‘s a range of interesting flavours of berry and grape, some sweetness. A slightly bitter palate kicks in rather late. Interesting and drinkable.
3.2 White full lasting head. Orange/deep amber colour. Aroma is moderately hoppy with citrus and tangerine notes. Flavor is moderately malty with fruity (tangerine and mango) with light hoppy tones, ending in a moderately hoppy finish. Light to medium bodied.
3.8 Ładna świetlista pomarańczowa barwa, mętne. Biała piana, dość obfita, opada wolno. Nos: owoce egzotyczne, pomarańcze, mango, lekko karmel, przyprawy korzenne, kwiaty Paszcza: wytrawne, goryczka średnia (przyjemna), wysycenie średnie (gładkie), ciało średnie, pijalność wysoka, bardzo dobry balans smaków. Takie IPA to ja lubię.
3.7 Balanced aroma. Balanced flavour, decent hoppy bitterness but countered by some alcoholic sweetness.
Lekker geheel.
4.1 Clear blond body. White creamy head. Aroma of citric hops. Nicely fresh bitter flavour.
3.4 Bottle. Nose of melon, citrus, straw, pine, light esters, and cow plop. Hazy gold amber color. Malty initial flavor, with overripe tropical fruit, citrus rind, grapefruit, and a mild bitter finish. Medium body. Rather unusual stuff, but overall not so terribly pleasant or interesting.
3.8 Birra ipa dorata dall'abbondante e persistente schiuma bianca.
3.5 Bottle bought from 2-be Brugge. Cloudy amber appearance. Hoppy and slightly fruity aroma. Bitter and again slightly fruity taste. Nice beer
3.4 Earlier Rating: 1/7/2019 Total Score: 4
3.6 Tap at 2be Beer Wall, Bruges. Orange shade with white foam. Pithy, fruity and spicy flavours. I taste some influence from the tripel style but with more bitterness.
3.5 Bottled. 33cl sample. Old note. The aroma has orange/citrus, hint of pine. Bit hazy, orange coloured beer with a medium sized head. Looks good. The taste is moderate bitter, oily hoppy, has orange, grapefruit, pine, biscuity malts. Decent.
4.1 Golden veiled with serene crackling under a nice white and compact head, laces. Malted aromas with caramel, yeast and a hop with notes of citrus and pineapple. The taste is bitter-sweet, with a creamy malt, caramel, tropical fruits, lemon, apricot, wood, spiced yeast. Hints of flowers, citrus and herbs in bitterness. Remarkable finale in high point, we want more.
3.5 Keg at Gollem, Antwerpen, 07/12/18. Hazed golden orange with a decent offwhite head. Nose is melon, bitter orange pith, straw, tangerine, light breads. Taste comprises citric pith, Belgian yeast esters, hint of orange wine gums, juicy tropical fruits, airy malts, mango pulp. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with juicy hop bitterness. Decent enough IPA.
3.5 Keg at the gollem. A translucent golden orange coloured pour with a lasting sticky white head. Aroma is floral citrus, pollen, sticky, varnish, crisp. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, pale grains, orange rind, bitter finish. Palate is soft moderate carbonation,. Not bad.
3.6 from a 33cl bottle, pours a hazy golden body with many big floaters. (NOT NICE FLOATERS) with a thick beige head. Aroma of bread, pine, herbs, and citrus hops. Flavors of grapefruits, bread, biscuits, pine, resins. Body is medium, light bitterness, and fruity. Pleasant (apart from the floaters,)
3.5 Tap @ KeyKeg International Beer Festival, Den Helder IX 2018. Hoe standaard kun je ze hebben? Daar is deze IPA wel master in. Citrus hoppig wat droog dat... Licht diffuus met redelijke schuimkraag.
4.0 Ambrée trouble avec mousse stable à 0.5 cm. Odeurs : levure, fruits (abricot, pêche, banane, poire, exotiques), miel.
3.8 Bottle at St. Arnoldus, Ieper. Hazy orange with a white head. Orange, pink grapefruit, some tropical fruit aroma, bitter, a little dry, some onion and citrus taste. Full body, long, bitter finish and lively fizz.
5.0 Van 't beste!
