We’ve put our all into this monster, cramming in as many hops as we dare, to stand up to the robust 8.5% ABV. We’ve had a few sneak previews here in the brewery and can tell you it’s something pretty special.

3.9440ml can.
Thin white head, a little lacing. Hazy amber body. Nose is pine, syrup, citrus. Flavour is pine, tropical fruit, strong malt backbone, hops shine through, orange pith, fruity bitterness on the aftertaste lasts well. Light carbonation, good mouthfeel. A ton of hops in here and it shows, great hoppy DIPA.
3.9Tap @ Mikkeller bar, CPH Airport. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are rich tropical fruits, citrus, hops, flowers and has a nice long bitter finish.

3.7Liquide orangé jaune trouble sans mousse. Nez fruits tropicaux et passion. En bouche, c'est une attaque très fruitée qui devance une amertume résineuse moyennement longue ! Intéressant !!!

4.144cl can from Morrisons, enjoyed in a shaker on 26-Jun-2021. Hazy golden amber with a medium sized off-white head. Aroma of tropical fruit, citrus and pine. Medium body and carbonation. Taste of sweet malt, caramel, grapefruit, orangepeel, melon and floral hops. Moderate bitterness. A lovely fruity imperial IPA.
3.7Can, from Morrisons. Muddy orange gold, thin but moderately lasting white head and low condition. Big spicy grapefruit citrus notes in the nose, full bodied and bittersweet in the mouth with solid grapefruit citrus, some chalky yeast notes and a touch of peppery esters, becoming slightly earthy and bitter in the finish, with some retronasal spirity alcohol notes.
3.8Extremely nice dipa. Pine bitter fruity smooth
3.9Hazy golden-brown with a fine lacing foam and fruit salad on the nose. Peach and orange, mildly bitter pine, a soft boozy-bitter warmth, really lovely smooth texture and balance. Great. Re-rate on tap, now at 8.0%, still excellent - soft and juicy-bitter, resin and fruit, boozy and smooth.

8.0% abv, in morrisons.
Brilliant beer, soft yet harsh. Brilliant appearance in the glass, glows light orange.
Lychee and Mango, hop burn throughout. Rough around the edges. Super stuff.
3.9Puszka. Mętne o złotym kolorze, piana biała, obfita, opada powoli. Prezentuje się bardzo dobrze. Aromat słodkich owoców tropikalnych, lekkich cytrusow i żywicy. W smaku mango, ananasy, marakuja, morele, grejpfruty, mandarynki. Wszystko dopięte przez płatki owsiane i lekką żywiczną goryczkę. Wysycenie małe. Świetne piwo... Po wspólnym rodzinnym posiłku w Grosvenor.

3.2Can sample at a tasting. Slightly hazy yellow with white head. The aroma has notes of grey, onion, malt, alcohol, herbs. The flavor is mild sweet and bitter with notes of alcohol, grapefruit, onion, "green", malt. Full-bodied.
3.9Can at home. Golden coloured. Pineapple 🍍, mango, bit phenolic, slightly dry and wry. Medium carbonation.
Purchased at Vinoteca Las Barricas
3.5Can at a tasting. Cloudy yellow. Grassy, citrus, "green", grapefruit aromas. Sweet, grassy, bitter, grapefruit, lemon, mango notes. Medium-bodied.
3.8Actually 8%
4.5Aroma is pine, bitter orange and grapefruit. Taste is crazy bitter that just builds and builds having a long tonsil shrinking aftertaste. Alcohol is matched well with the hops, just enough in the background to let you know not to smash it. A great example of the type.
3.844cl can @home. 08-03-2021

In short: tropical fruit DIPA
Did I enjoy it: yes
Would I have a full pint: yes
Little hazy DIPA, lots of tropical fruits and citrusy aromas and flavous, moderate bitter. Enjoyable.
4.0Can from HavnensVin&Tobak (Batch829@8.0ABV). Pours hazy bright golden with huge white head. Aroma is intense spruce and pine with sweet notes of orange juice, mango, passion fruit and lemonade. Taste is medium sweet, very bitter and faint acidic. Body is oily with fizzy carbonation. Finish is very long, juicy and balanced freshly sweet and hoppy bitter with notes of pine, spruce, resin, mango, orange, passion fruit, pineapple and a finishing acrid touch of rubber tyre and pencil eraser. Not hugely sophisticated, but what it does, it does really well.
3.7Copenhagen 25/2 2021. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. Black can with white drawings of hammers and a huge diamond. The name in pink letters.
Pours slightly unclear golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin patch of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet fruity, lightly fermented odor mingling with citric sour fumes. Mango, papaya. Grapefruit and citrus edge.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a mediu strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Pretty straight forward but also very nice DIPA.
3.6Cloudy golden, white froth. Orange and pine aroma. Bitter, hoppy flavour, pine, orange, pineapple. Lasting bitter finish, nice alc warmth.
3.9Dåse: Orange let ular øl med lille skumhoved. Duften tropisk ananas let grape. Sød smag igen ananas men igen også med lidt friskhed fra citrusfrugter. Virkelig en lækker øl med masser af frisk humle.
3.7Strange citrus aroma, almost urinal freshener like. Thick body and smooth for a clear beer. Citrus and lime bitterness.
4.0Can from the Vocation Brewery online shop. Hazy orange pour with a white head. Pineapple, mango, peach, papaya, sweet citrus, orange sherbet aromas. Taste is orange zest, breakfast juice, lots of tropical fruit, pineapple, peach, splash of pink grapefruit. Zesty, peachy and gosh darn it a thoroughly fruity finish.
3.0I'm not usually a fan of big flowery and fruity beers but this was nice enough. I feel like there was enough base line bitterness to keep the late hopped flavour and aroma in check.
