Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier
Our golden-yellow wheat beer, with its fine-pored white foam, smells of cloves and impresses consumers with its refreshing banana flavour. It is full bodied and with a smooth yeast taste. To be enjoyed at any time (always a pleasure / enjoyment), goes excellently with fish and seafood, with spicy cheese and especially with the traditional Bavarian veal sausage. Brewed according to our centuries-old brewing tradition on the Weihenstephan hill.

Cervesa molt compensada. Molt aromàtica, suau però amb cos, conserva la espuma molta estona, color mel i gustos de civada i fruites. M’ha encantat.

Eine Schande, dass ich so lange gewartet habe um den Klassiker schlechthin zu probieren. Optisch ein Gemäldes von einem Bier. Toller Schaum. In der Nase sehr intensiv Nelke. Im Trunk ebenso, cremig, leicht bitter, hefig, brotig, dezente Süße, lecker.
Pale golden color with white head. Banana, tropical fruits, wheat aromas. Light sweetness. Medium carbonation. Average body.
I'd say this is the best wheat beer I've tried so far. Yeast and banana taste with gentle wheat notes in the aftertaste. Another one, please!

Four fingers of head light brown color. Fruity flavors are well blended together. Very pleasant finish. Well done!

Opaque yellow-golden with a thick white head. Mild banana aroma. Well-balanced yeasty and banana flavours, gentle bitterness. One of the best of its kind.

Gigantic, compact bubble head over cloudy yellow pour. Fragrance of the wheat, straw, grain. A breaded flavor, none too bitter. Refreshing savory taste, cereal. They say cloves - yes ok. So rare but the head remains significantly intact to protect the drink beneath. Gentle warming, executed with just enough carbonation, a taste well tolerated, i.e. low IBU. Medium finish.
Mild banana, mild sour lemon, and grain aroma. Cloudy, golden, white head, lacing on end of rim. Full bodied Weiss, fruity, lemon, and mild sour. Fantastic palate, tongue tingler, balanced malt-bitterness and mildly dry.
Orange pour with a long-lasting head, aromas of oranges, cloves, white bread, hints of hay and lemon - tastes pretty similar. Very nice.
Poured from 330 ml bottle into pint glass. Thick pillowy white head, mild lacing, hazy golden orange color. Aroma of banana, spices, yeast rolls. Mouthfeel is light to medium. Flavors of clove, cinnamon, banana, bread, herbal hops. Overall: excellent in the style.
Lekker maar zeker niet het beste Hefeweizen
Servida siempre en Vaso Weißen, todo un referente del estilo, no digo más. Gran cerveza, merece todos los elogios que se le den. Si aún no la has probado, extremadamente recomendable...Prost!
Best wheat beer I have ever enjoyed. None better. Good mouthfeel. Seems bright. Never dull. I actually enjoy it.

Je suis tout de même surpris de voir la cote de cette bière. Celle-ci est très correcte et donne un bon exemple du style, mais pour ma part, celle-ci ne m'a pas donné de réelles émotions avec un manque de tension aromatique. L'ensemble est somme tout assez mollasson sur des arômes agréables mais un peu plats. En verre nous sommes sur un blond doré voilé avec une fine effervescence moyennement soutenue et une fine couche de mousse blanche. Le nez est sur les céréales, la banane, le girofle et un alcool qui donne du tempérament. Malheureusement, cet alcool qui dynamisait le nez disparaît en bouche où c'est un voile de douceur qui arrive en bouche avec un manque de vivacité. Une légère acidité est heureusement présente sur des arômes semblables au nez. La suite est relativement linéaire sur une corpulence correcte. Le final est plus sec et épuré sur une longueur très correcte. Quelque peu ennuyeux mais relativement bien faite.
Hazy golden color with a foamy, finger-high white head. Light body, high carbonation, few traces of lacing. Aroma of banana, wheat, apricot, malt, some corn, cloves and minerals. Taste of wheat, biscuits, banana, orange (peel), bread, hay, some yeast and spices. Very drinkable, slightly watery, but very refreshing. Great beer for quenching your thirst in summer.

Bananig im Geruch. Im Glas blickdicht trüb. Vollmundig süffigee Antrunk mit Aromen von Banane, Nelke und anderen Gewürzen. Angenehm carbonisiert. Ganz gut
Strong banana aroma, slightly off putting full white head with subtle notes of banana and wheat. Low carbonation, all in all, a drinkable beer.

Refreshing, a bit soury, Banana very present, matured Apples also comin thru, foam very fine. Brewing quality is very good.
11/12/2021. Pours pale yellow,big head with good retention. Great banana aroma. In taste some banana,cloves, also some grainy feeling. Good balanced heffe. Lasting aftertaste.
A classic German Hefe Weissbier. I can't believe I have not rated it before. Nice banana and clove aroma and flavor.
Trüb undorage in der Fabe. Mittelgrse und cremige Schaumkrone. Fruchtig frischer Gerch nach Orange und Apfel. So ist es auch Geschmack. Exotische Früchte und und eie ehe milde Kohlensäure. Recht angenehm
Robe jaune orange trouble, fine mousse quasi inexistante, peu de bulles. Nez principalement banane, on peut retrouver aussi des fruits de pêche et d’abricot. En bouche c’est doux et soyeux avec esters de banane et céréales, biscuit et une pointe de clous de girofle. C’est moyennement long en bouche, carbonisation moyenne à faible. Légère acidité. Cette bière de blé bavaroise classique du genre est probablement l’une des meilleures si ce n’est la meilleure des Weissbier Hefeweizen !
