3.1 Bottle from the craft beer advent calendar courtesy of Pix. Pours cloudy blonde with a white head. The taste is very salty with light sourness. Refreshing. Some asprin.
2.9 Color amarillo, ligera turbidez. Dos dedos de espuma con buena retención. Aroma ligeramente cítrico y mineral. Gusto mineral, salado, toques de naranja amarga y pomelo, algo agria. Cuerpo acuoso. Gose de manual, correcta pero nada memorable.
4.0 Soft, juicy mouthfeel. The spice of the coriander and peach, apricot, mango and grapefruit come through strong. Salty, fruity finish. Very pleasant gose which doesn't go too heavy on the saltiness or sharpness.
3.4 Bottle at Kiselo druženje (Sour Gettogether) 2017. Thanks, Professor Vesna. Yellow colour. Lemony and soapy. Sweet with a sour touch. Light to moderate carbonation.
4.0 En del syrlighed til at starte med, men den afløses af en fin smag af humle og en del hvedemalt.
3.6 Sweet yeasty aroma, light sourness, bit of salt. Cloudy yellow color with small sized white head. Sweet white grapes taste, yeasty, bit spicy, slightly sugary. Thin to medium body, soft carbonation, silky texture. //bottle thanks to veceo
3.7 Bue avec Elie et Mehdi. Très trouble et belle mousse. Vraiment sympa côté acide et épicée. Top.
3.3 Hazy orange, stable white head. Aroma: tons of fresh ground coriander, some fresh lemon and apricote. Light to moderate sweetness, low to none tartness, low to none saltiness. Pleasant beer, however definitely lack of tartness. Coriander overdose also.
4.0 #2444 Bottle. Hszy, yellow, medium white head. Nice aroma of yeast, coriander, muscat, flowers, saltness. Taste is neutral, lightly salty, lightly sour, lightly tart, slightly bitter in great balance. Spicy, coriander, limes, tonic, lemon peel.l, flowers. Medium to fuller body, moderately carbonated. Clean, smooth, nice!
4.2 Bottle 0.33l. Cloudy, straw colored. AROMA- flowery, coriander, apricot, touch of lemon, a bit salty. FLAVOR- smooth, slightly sweet, lightly bitter, slightly salty, malt, flowery, coriander, lemon peel, apricot... Medium to fuller bodied. Delicious! For me the best gose till now.
3.3 Bottle, 4.6%. Mild fruity, peachy aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Good stable white head. The flavour starts off quite salty. Has a citric fruitiness. Low bitterness. Good mouthfeel. Some coriander.
3.6 Bottle. Pours hazy straw with airy but stable white head. Clear aroma of yeast, with notes of malt and hops and touches of grain. Bitter, hoppy flavour with sour-sweetish Gose yeast and notes of malt and hints of spice. Estery and slightly salty aftertaste.mDecent.
2.7 Bottle @ tasting shared by TomHendriksen. Opaque murky pale yellow color, medium sized white head. Smell and taste wheat, lightly bitter, slightly fruity notes. Well, not bad.
2.9 June 2018. 330ml brown bottle, unfiltered, 4.6%, from BeerWulf for £2.49. This is only my third gose, and is probably the closest to the historic style of the three, though it lacks tartness. It is fairly sweet, with lemon and coriander flavours. It's actually probably closer to cloudy lemonade (uncarbonated) than to gose. It's OK, though; I quite like it, and could see myself growing quite fond of it as a summer drink with a slice of lime. It's clearly a wheat beer in the Belgian Wit style, and related to Berliner Weise. Less sweetness, and more character, and this could be something. But as it is, it's likable in a modest way.
2.9 Bottled, from Hopt. Hazy golden, mid sized head. Perfumy coriander aroma. Sweet with light-medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Perfumy coriander, lightly soapy. Low bitterness.
3.0 Bottle shared by omhper thanks. Small but lastning white head. Clowdy yellow color. Mild malty hay aroma. Mild lactic acidity and saltiness. A bit hard bitterness for this kind of beer.
3.2 Flesje gedeeld door Tomhendriksen. Bleek gelig bier, troebel bier heftig schuimend tijdens inschenken. Aroma is hoppig en de smaak is zacht en licht hoppig. Weinig nasmaak.
3.5 Bottle recieved in Euro Swap 2 2018 from Bartlebier, many thanks! Shared @tasting with Benzai and Inoven. The beer has a hazy amber colour with a steady white head. The aroma of herbs, sour and hops. It has the taste of flowers, herbs, sour and salt with a little fruityness.
3.6 Bottle. Murky yellow . pineapple juice - with a solid white head. Massive lemon aroma (oozing Citra) with grain, straw, yeast and a hint of banana. Excellent aroma imo. Flavour is mildly sweet and fruity with a grainy touch. Citrus and banana still present. Plenty of wheat notes in this, but not really any tart notes, which disappoints me a bit. Still a nice beer, but I expect something else from a gose.
4.0 Very nice and well balanced beer. For a Gose it could be more bitter. Overall a very subtle but smooth interpretation.
3.5 Bottle. light to moderate grain for the malt, light lemony perfume for the hops, light dough and leaves for the hops, with coriander and ginger in the background. Head is small to average size, fizzy/frothy, white with thick but slippery lacing and is mostly lasting.Color is a pale, muddy, pastel yellow. Flavor starts moderately acidic, then finishes light to moderately acidic and lightly bitter. Palate is light to medium, slick with a fizzy carbonation. An interesting beer for sure, but not what I have in mind when I think of Gose. Not a bit of tartness at all.
3.7 Bottle from Saveur bière. Com. Hazy yellow color, white head. Tart, lemon, coriander. Good one
3.7 Aroma hops give this gose a fruity nose of citrus and a little tropical fruit. Mango comes though in the taste, then the typical Weizen beer banana. The texture is a little oily and the sweet notes are balanced well with a mild, hoppy bitterness. Quite a powerful variety of taste impressions for such a relatively light beer, if judged by the alcohol content. Quite unique, resembles mostly a hoppy Weizen like Schneiders Mein Hopfenweizen.
3.1 Bottle. Pours hazy yellow. Aroma is coriander, banana, little clove. Body is heavy and sweet, full flavoured, banana and juice. Lactic indeed with some salt. Dose the style well but feels too thick. Mineralic indeed. Good, but overpowered.
3.0 Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, pale yellow with a small, white head. Spicy, fruity, perfumy note - smells a bit like coriander. Light body, dry, fruity - malty even. Not the slightest sour. Some yeast accents. Much more like a Belgian Wit to be honest, wtf? Alright, but very far from what the name let's you expect. 230118
3.4 bottle dorata torbida buona schiuma buona persistenza limone lieve erbaceo poco secca
2.7 Bottle, February 2017. Light oxidised, honey, coriander, citrus, anise, light salty. Quite good if it wasn't for the lack of carbonation.
3.5 Bottle, 330 ml, at Kiselo Druženje in MBR. Courtesy of Vesna. Hazy golden, white head. Some fruit, yeast, spices, coriander, some salt. Light bodied.
2.9 Bottle from Edeka. Nose is citrus citrus, orange, carrot. Palate is bitter orange, citrus, just hints of saltiness. this is not a gose, this is an American pale ale meets a salt shaker, sad.
