3.2 Nice taste, it can be compared to a Franziskaner, I'd say it is a good one, will buy it again. Average to high price.

4.1 Bottle from Beers Of Europe. Hazy golden body with a white head that holds well. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of green banana, white bread and orange pith. Flavour of salted bread, grass and lime. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Another quality beer from one of my favourite German breweries.

3.0 Hazy golden, almost no head. Aroma is good estery fruity base bready toasty and some sweet dough. Taste is minerally a bit on the sour side. A bit chewy in the mouth. Ok drinkability. Not bad. A bit scratchy on the tongue though.

3.1 0,5 l Flasche. Oranges Bier mit für ein Weizen wenig Schaum. Riecht und schmeckt hefig und leicht nussig, recht kräftig, vollmundig.

3.6 # 1125 et # 1147; 7/2018. Velmi pitelný, svěží, pšeničný pivo. Kořenitá, limetková, kvasnicová, banánonová, chlebová, pomeranče, hřebíček.

2.8 Zunächst sehr spritzig, vielleicht sogar etwas zu viel Kohlensäure. Täuscht so etwas mehr Substanz vor, als tatsächlich vorhanden ist. Herb, fruchtiger Geschmack. Recht süffig, allerdings kommt ab dem Mittelteil nicht mehr viel. Hatte ich deutlich kräftiger in Erinnerung.

3.3 500mo bottle, drunk at home on a cold October evening. Hazy gold with a massive head, lacing to match and a fountain of fast-rising carbonation. Aromas of bubblegum and overripe banana. In the mouth, frothy throughout giving a thick texture, slight sourness, soft bitterness, flavours of banana, grains, clove and bubblegum, slight rotten fruit in the corners, sweetness rising through the long gentle finish. Soft for a Weizen, but enjoyable if the sugary finish isn't overpowering.

3.3 50 cl bottle @ hotel room, Berlin. BBE 11.04.2020. Pours cloudy yellow color with a large white head. Wheaty and yeasty aroma with subtle spice notes, hints of toffee and orange notes. Flavor is sweet wheaty, banana, subtle spice tones, yeast and distant orange again on the finish. Decent. 3334

3.3 50 cl bottle @ hotel room, Berlin. BBE 11.04.2020 Aroma has banana esthers and fruity yeast. Flavour has wheat, some banana esthers and fruits. Slightly cardboard-ish. Basic hefe.

3.3 Bottle at Dad's - hazy golden color, white head. grainy malty, some dough, medium banana yeasty. good body, refreshing. quite nice.

3.5 Bottle from Backlog, Hazy darker golden with full sized white head. Nose and flavor are straightforward for the style: lemon citrus, banana, light spice, wheat, and other fruity malt. Light to medium bodied. Not my favorite style but could be a nice summer drinker especially for the ladies. Prefer a Pilsner, Schwarz, or Dunkel myself.

3.1 Very foamy beer. Banana, grainy aroma. Clove, apple and a bit spicy. Mouthfeel is moderate and with a lot of carbonation. O.K.

3.1 Amarillo-naranja, ligeramente turbia con abundante espuma inicial. Aromas afrutados, plátano, no muy marcados. Suave y ligeramente dulce, plátano, cítricos. Cuerpo ligero/medio, refrescante. Se puede repetir

3.8 Leckeres erfrischendes Weizen. Bernsteinfarben, trübe, lang anhaltende Schaumkrone. Geruch nach Hefe, Intensive Banane.

3.2 Taková nadprůměrná bavorská pšenice. Neurazí, ale nenadchne. Na ty nejlepší vyloženě nemá.

3.8 Bottle. Malty aroma and taste, banana, spicy notes, light sour and bitter. Medium to full body, malty bitter finish. Nice ballanced, good.

3.3 Аромат хороший, немного фруктовый, пшеничный, и еще как будто гвоздика, цвет классический, мутный, пена топовая, белая , пушистая, кремовая. Вкус уже хуже, много дрожжей, странный вкус от цедры апельсина, весьма необычная и сильная кислинка. Послевкусие тоже странное, кислое, немного фруктовое и особо дрожжевое. В целом странная пшеничка, не хочу ее брать второй раз.

3.4 Bottle 50cl. @home poured into a stem glass. Cloudy medium golden, tall frothy off-white head, dissipates quickly, light lacing; aroma wheat malt, banana, yeast, fudge, clove notes; taste medium sweet, slightly bitter and light acidity; malty, banana, light lemon, spicy yeast; taste continues in aftertaste but sweeter with some bubblegum; medium body, watery texture, average carbonation; okay hefe weizen, lacks some freshness.

3.2 En vaso tiene una cabeza blanca amplia que perdura por unos buenos segundos. En aroma se destaca el trigo, el caramelo y una nota frutal. Ya en boca se percibe el pan, el platano y la vainilla. Es dulce, un poco seca y con un buen final.

5.0 Quoi de mieux qu'une belle bière allemande pour célébrer les 100 ans du 11 novembre …, en évoquant ainsi les efforts remarquables qu'a fait l'Allemagne (après le 2ème conflit il est vrai) pour corriger ses erreurs de parcours. Et pour cela j'ai choisi une bière religieuse, qui ajoute encore une autre dimension à la chose. Hefeweiss hell, à ne pas confondre avec highway to hell, faite donc non pas en enfer, mais dans un monastère. Niveau abv de 5,4 %, en format 50 cl. Mon exemplaire était à 4 mois avant sa date. Couleur doré soutenu, à la clarté brillante. Bulles fines, en fontaine centrale, à montée lente. Mousse blanche, soyeuse, stable à 3 mm. Arômes d'orange, blé, mandarine, pointe d'amandes. 1ère bouche souple, entre fruité et fleuri. Arrière-bouche à l'amertume délicate, fine, légèrement grillée. 2ème insistant un peu sur la fleur d'oranger. Arrière-bouche strictement équilibrée, très fine. 3ème qui entre dans un registre particulièrement harmonieux. Arrière-bouche longue, superbement construite. Longueur qui nous permet d'évoquer le raisin blanc bien mûr. Jambes fines, serrées, longues. Levure fine, fruitée, très belle ligne. Alcool qui joue un rôle sur l'harmonisation, mais ne se met jamais en avant, il agit en corde sensible. Finale d'une délicatesse exactement inverse à la 1ère guerre. CONCLUSION : je suis heureux de mon choix, et satisfait que cette bière puisse célébrer cet événement centenaire avec foi, peut-être pas dans l'avenir, mais dans l'attitude de l'Allemagne. Sur le plan brassicole, cette bière a été médaille d'or 2017 d'une coopérative agricole de Francfort créée en 1885. Je rejoins DLG pour son award.

3.2 Beer with yellow color, fuzzy aspect, flat carbonized, good volume of foam, weisse style beer, (drunk a 50cl draft beer during FTS dinner at "Wenzel Prager Bierstuben", Zwickau, DE #780)(#88 DE)(#36 Bavaria).

3.1 Bottle. Orange blonde. Soft banana and citrusaroma and flavor Sweetish. Hint of clove. A solid Weizen.
