3.8My personal rating #6262 or so, according to RB. Can from Canal's in Berlin. Nose spicy, doughy, caramel, heavily floral and heavily rye-inflected nose, pine too, overall very bold. Pour hazy orange that might be closer to golden, head off-white but creamy and dense with an interesting soap-rock mix. Dry taste in the mouth with some latent sweetness from the hops, dough and rye forward, medium-colored caramel even more so, low mineral but stronger spice; pine behind the dough and thankfully not dominant, a small brush stroke of alcohol, firm spice, relatively soft full body with a few flits and zings of citrus, bright and fresh despite the smoothness, clean and surprisingly moreish! Woke me up! A little more bitterness in the sticky-muddy aftertaste. Absolutely worth the try, and for the considered amount of rye. [2018.08.07: 3.8]
3.5Served from 12oz can into pint glass. Pours a thick, frothy off white head that drops slowly with abundant lacing. Color is cloudy yellow-orange. Aroma of strong citrus/grapefruit hops, pepper, and white bread. Mouthfeel is medium and sticky with a somewhat damp finish. Flavors of peppery rye, cracker, lemon, grapefruit, and pineapple. Overall: good but nothing outstanding.
3.8Can. Orange, rye malt, and orange peel aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with giant white head. Mildly sweet orange, rye malt, and moderately bitter pine/grapefruit peel flavor. Good body. Nice
3.3Can at home. Hazy golden pour, beige head. Aroma: malt, rye, tropical fruit, pineapple, lemon, hops. Taste: moderate sweet, citrus, peach, citric. Medium body, soft carb, bitter finish
3.7Copenhagen 2/6 2018. 35,5 cl can from Kihosk, KBH V. Blue can with a blue Crab with one humongous claw.
Pours hazy golden yellow with medium-sized white head. Settles as thin almost transparent layer of foam. Crawling up the side of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is potent and citric. Grape fruit in abundance, citrus juice. Acidic and acerbic. Very light sweet notes in background.
Medium carbonation. Providing prickly mouthfeel. Slightly thick, soft texture.
Flavor is medium sweet. A little surprising minding the aroma. Followed by slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter, citric and stays with me for a while. Finish is dry.
Fine sharp APA - getting a little softened by the rye.
3.7Found in can in Charleston, SC. For a rye, malt forward pour it is surprisingly refreshing. A good early to mid fall beer.
3.7Can in Charleston. Hazy light orange with small white head. Nice crisp citrus hop nose. Slightly bitter, citrus, hop, finishes high bitter. Medium juicy body. Decent to good.
3.3The aroma is full of hops, rye, malt, citrus, honey, flowers and orange. The color is reminiscent of pineapple jucie and the head is white and fluffy. The taste is full of hops, rye, malt, citrus, honey and lemon zest. A nice beer!
3.7Opaque amber color with resin hop aroma. Flavor is barely sweet from malt along with balanced hop bitterness and some spice from the rye. Good complex flavor without being bitter.
3.3Can from Craft Brewed. Westbrook hit distro in Nashville for CBC. Pours a clear copper with a finger of foam that lingers. Orange and peppery aromas on the nose, a bit of dried orange zest. Toasted bread and honey malt with dried orange zest & peppery rye notes on the palate. Easy drinking, but doesn't really do much for me.
3.4Pours hazy deep gold into a shaker. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to glop surface. Banana and resin aromas. Dark caramel and hot resin front to back.
3.2Can. Pours golden clear. Standard American hops aroma, without much fuss, not too pronounced. Maybe a bit of rye spiciness. Taste is OK, a bit bitter, easy drinking. Rye body enhancement is only slightly felt. Overall, an average drink-as-you-go beer for everyone.
3.5(Can) Cloudy orange body with a medium-big off-white head with stiff peaks and thick lace. Musty, floral, and fruity aroma; orange and lemon peel. Light-medium body, soft carbonation. Fairly dry flavor, lemon peel, floral notes.
4.0Sødlig med smag af frugter ala mandarin eller sådan noget. Let humlet i det.
3.4Westbrook One Claw Rye - Sitting in car watching Lake Pontchartrain crash over the rocks toward New Orleans. New age hops blowing up my dog wet and cold nose on a day way below temperatures this city is accustomed to, but acclimate yourself to new aromas and new weather, cuz this ain’t yesterday no mo. Just as the airport here is identified as MSY, for Moisant Stock Yards, since renamed Louis Armstrong, better things are a’coming. Did have one yesterday though, on the beach of #Pensacola, PNS as the airport goes, Party Never Stops, no it don’t. Cut my belly open and count the fat rings to determine how long my party’s been going on, factor that number into some sort of equation to surmise how many times i’ve left my girlfriend unsatisfied due to my overindulgence. Sex guilt - starts out over the sex you have, eventually comes from the sex you don’t have. Anyway, birds flying sideways over the lake same way as crabs move along under the waves. Imagine the planes landing on the MSY runways doing about the same. The brewers dedicate this #beer to those who travel with it, bringing it wherever needed. It would taste so good on a plane the crew would be asking you to pour them one or two. A bit harsh and dry like the air at thirty thousand feet, taking each other places though, so more smiling faces can be seen. Measuring life by the gallons of gas used, new things exposed to, and beers consumed.

3.7Can shared by bhensonb. Pours clear gold with a huge white head and an earthy aroma. There is a medium-bodied pale malt flavor with a nice bitter rye maltiness.
3.7Can from Bruisin Ales. Pours translucent gold with a white head. Ring lacing. Aroma is mildly fruity, perhaps with a touch of rye. Med body. Flavor is mixed fruit with some significant rye. Not entirely dry, and more rye spice than hoppy for me. Nice APA.
3.2Draft. Hazed mango soda pour. Aroma is dank hops. Flavor is dank and fruity. A touch too rye malty but decent.
3.5Draft. Poured a amber color with a small white head. Aroma was light juicy notes, some floral and pine character. Flavor had some light rye notes, light spice. Okay.

3.6Draught at Taphouse.
Cloudy amber colored with a medium sized white head.
Fruity aroma of hops, flowers and pine needles.
Fruity flavor of caramel, rye, hops and grass.
Hoppy finish.
3.9Pours cloudy orange. Medium sized, white head. Citrus and bread in aroma. Juicy with malty backbone and pleasant hoppy bitterness. Great pale ale.
3.912oz can. Pours cloudy golden-orange with a thick, chunky off white head, excellent lacing. Aromas of orange citrus, light malt, pine. The flavors pretty much follow suit, orange, piney hops, slightest touch of sweetness, though the finish is dry. Medium bodied with mild resin. Well-constructed like most Westbrook offerings, very enjoyable.
4.3Zgrabna puszeczka, w typowej stylistyce browaru. Po nalaniu prezentuje się bardzo ładnie, bielutka piana, dość sztywna i trwała. drobno pęcherzykowa. Fantastyczny zapach. Mnóstwo słodkich owoców tropikalnych, multiwitamina, cytryna, limonka. Obłędnie świeży i przyjemny. Ananas, grejpfrut, mango, trawa cytrynowa. Nisko nasycone. Bardzo sesyjne, świetne piwo.
3.8Can from Beautiful Beers, Bury-St-Edmunds. Floral citrus and bread aroma. A cloudy gold. Thick frothy head. Light bitter. Citrus, but of the sweeter variety. Spicy finish. Medium bodied. A tad oily. Soft carbonation. Long if low key finish. A satisfying APA, perhaps boosted due to having been stuck on the M25.
3.4Can from Roller’s in Hilton Head, SC. Pours hazy bright blond-golden with a lacy white head. Aroma is rye, bread, citrus and floral hops. Flavor has a touch of sweetness, rye spice, medium earthy/citrus hop bitterness. Nice crisp feel, medium body. Pretty good.
