2.9 12 oz bottle on lake Murray The ale poured a clear light amber with average off-white head. This was an ale with full flavor of malt with some spice. The medium body ale had average carbonation. The ale finished with a slight sweetness. This was a nice Spring Ale for the river or lake.
2.7 Aroma is grass,fruit... Very lagery. Quite tame. Flavor is floral, lightly spicy, uninteresting. Boring_ and not something I’d drink again.
2.9 Bottle-> SA. Golden copper with moderate offwhite head. Mild pine hops with caramel malt base, some metallic notes and a slight bittersweet aftertaste. Eh.
2.9 355 ml bottle. Pours a copper colour with a white foamy head. Aroma of orange zest, some floral notes and grass. Flavour of smooth bready malts, grassy bitterness, some minerals and orange. Some metallic notes. Light bodied and soft carbonation with thin mouthfeel. Not good.
2.8 Golden pour with a quickly fading off white head. Mild hops with a muted flavor throughout. Pretty mild overall.
3.5 Red brown pour. Aroma of caramel, creamy. Tastes creamy slight grassy hops like a british pale ale. Tastes of roasts, caramel. Creaminess to palate - I like the yeast used here. the columbia hops are not very prominent. Seems like they’re there just for bittering.
3.0 Pours more gold than anything with white head. Some light hop pine and a bit of malt on the nose; follows onto the palate. Decent, but average.
1.5 What am I missing here? This beer is bland. I give it credit for being crisp, and looking nice, but the hops are essentially nonexistent and the malts are a bit blah.
3.0 Overall not a terrible brew. Pour is a medium amber but the head dissapears quickly. Flavor is mild hops.
3.1 Nice crisp flavor and taste. Palate has a mild hoppy finish. Color is golden copper with a nice clear hue. Good spring and early summer brew to drink at an early evening cookout.
3.2 355 ml bottle. Pours clear dark golden color with a large white head. Aroma is grassy and somewhat grainy, hay, faint hops, subtle sweet fruit notes and faint spices. Flavor of pale malts, some caramel, hay, subtle nuts, some mandarin and faint yeast notes. Slick and somewhat oily smooth palate. Decent. 3314
3.0 355ml bottle from Bier-Deluxe Golden outfit with tiny white foam. Mild aroma. Quite easy taste and not bad at all.
2.9 The date I see stamped on the bottle is January 14, 2014. I poured this into a pint glass. The appearance was a light golden color with a decent transparency to it. There is a nice coating of thick foamy lacing sticking finely to the glass. The smell had some light caramel malts coming forth in a roasty yet also an earthy sort of way. The taste was a combination of cooked caramel malts with a light rice and corn flavoring. There is a quick sharp caramel aftertaste that ends up leading to a dry sticky finish. On the palate, it sits about a light to medium with a decent sessionability about it. The carbonation is fairly light. Overall, I say this is a decent California Common.
3.2 From the 12 fl. oz. bottle stamped 15:48-DEC 03 13. The pour is a medium to deep copper amber with a modest off-white head. The aroma is feint with caramel roasted malts but not much in the way of hops. The body is light to medium. The taste has a slightly more rich toasted caramel maltiness with a clean finish.
3.0 12oz bottle from Orchard Fresh, Orchard Park, NY. Golden amber with a tightly packed cream head; leafy, herbal, aroma; soft, caramel malt taste; with some cinder toffee to finish. Quite pleasant.
3.2 dark amber color; bready, piney, hoppy aroma; piney hop flavor on a bready malt base
3.4 12 ounce bottle. Pours a clear golden color with a medium white head. A nice fruity nose. The flavor is light crisp grains, fruit, some medium spicy hops. Pretty nice really.
Langt bedre oplevelse, end forventet. -- rated with beerbasher
3.2 From a bottle. Pours clear dark copper with a bubbly, frothy off white head. Tastes like very light malt, light grains, overall light creaminess. Smells like nutty, malty corn.
3.1 Bottle thanks to snoworsummer. Pours clear copper with creamy off-white head. Aroma is grainy malts, light toast, floral notes, light dates, and faint lager yeast. Flavor is bready malts, light toast, faint toffee, and faint hops; dry finish. Light/medium body and medium carbonation.
2.9 Clear copper orange, a smallish white head settles quickly to a thin film and leaves ok lace. Aromas of grain, wheat, toast and hints of cooked corn. Sweetness of the grains hits first, followed quickly by modest orange peel, grassiness, and biscuit. Light to medium body, moderate carbonation, prickly mouthfeel and a dry finish. Pretty uninteresting.
3.4 Bottle 35,5 cl. Pours a clear amber with a creamy and lacing, off-white head. Rather sweet and chewy caramel aroma, a typical US breadiness with a spicy whiff. Medium body, again sweet caramel, a little sulphur and a dry finish. Interesting and quite pleasant. 190314
3.1 Ins Glas ergießt sich ein leicht bernsteinsteinfarbenes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht röstmalzig, hopfig, blumig. Geschmack röstmalzig, hopfig, blumig, Karamell, leicht bitter.
2.7 Pours a light brown with a weak aroma. Descent malty taste. Nothimg special but it will do in a pinch.
3.3 Bottle; orange amber color with an off white head. Aroma of bread, caramel, spice and fruit. Bready finish, some sweetness and fruit. Some nice spicy hopping. Subdued flavor, but a lot going on.
3.3 Light amber with a white head poured from a 12oz bottle. Smells like a big brewer's pilsner but stronger with apparent malts. Taste is crisp and easy to sip but not watery. It's got a full, grassy, flowery hop flavor. This is not a particularly unique beer but a really flavorful session beer for sure.
3.3 Nice light. And refreshing beer, very lager-like qualities. Soft hops add a ice edge to the malt. Lots of bread character, lingering finish, mildly sweet aftertaste.
3.6 Bottle poured a clear amber with a small lingering ivory head. Aromas of caramel, earthiness and toasted malt. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a smooth dry finish. Flavors of caramel, toasted malt and light earthiness with a smooth dry lingering caramel finish.
3.2 Bottle 12fl.oz. @ home. Clear light to medium yellow - orange amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, caramel, nutty notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, hoppy, caramel, light nutty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20131116]
2.7 Base malt, bready with a trashy thing going on that sort of ruins it. Very light hints of yeast and hops. Not a winner.
